We went for the easter break the hotel had a easter programe music & b/q afternoon by the pool food was great saff helpful with a smile from all areas of service ( easter eggs in our room a nice touch). The room was clean & comfy but a little worn could do with a refurbish but still a good stay would book again

The hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal for visiting other parts of Cyprus in our hire car. The beach was not perfectly sandy but fairly quiet as it was only really used by hotel guests.

The hotel trys to make every cent out of you, but doesn't have a clear policy on how to charge for children or early checking in. The hotel's room can only accommodate two small size adults, best for restirees. Nice hotel, I've stayed in some fantastic 4 star hotels in other countries and I think they were a lot nicer than the Palm Beach. I think it's the best hotel i have stayed at so far in Larnaca and would recommend it to any visitors.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years because it is relatively close to the airport by taxi, the staff are friendly and the service is good. Our experience at the Palm Beach Hotel was very disappointing due to unprofessional and uncaring staff who did not meet our requirements.They had an "I dont care attitude". We made five complaints in our nine day stay at this hotel, all to do with inadequate care by members of staff. On three occassions our patio door was left unlocked after the room […] had been cleaned, this was not rectified even though we complained three times. We attended the so called "Cypriot Night" at the restaurant. In my experience Cypriot food revolves around the quality of the meat, unfortunately on this occassion the meat was inedible as it was so dry. On payment we pointed his out to the Restaurant Supervisor who didnt seem to care saying "what can I do I am not the cook..." We also had an instance whereby a member of staff entered our room uninvited in an inappropiate personal time. After confronting him he said he came to check the mini bar, He said "I knocked but you did not answer". His attitude was abrupt and rude and said "report me then, I dont care". We complained to the Duty Manager who said he would inform the General Mananger but we did not get any feedback at all. Unless these incidents are recitifed this hotel will never meet its Star quality. We are seasoned travellers and this would be the worst hotels we have experienced. Lisez la suite

Comfortable hotel with good facilities and accomodating staff. Probably the best all-round package in Larnaca. We have used it for about 5 years and the standards are consistently delivered. Lends itself to short breaks or business trips.

We treavelled as 2 couples from US and Romania. Hotel is in fairly convenient location, ~14 km from the Larnaka airport (stayed for nights of arrival and departure). We liked that the hotel had customers of all ages, a nice lobby, a nice bar, a nice coffe shop, a nice breakfast area with an excellent breakfast buffet. I was looking for a quiet hotel with a beach and a pool and was really pleased with Palm Beach. It's leisure facilities, including the gym, are really good. The staff were always helpful, despite reviews I'd seen beforehand that suggested the opposite. I decided to get half-board since I was travelling alone, but with hindsight I should probably just […] have taken the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was really good and varied, but the dinner buffets on offer were less inspiring. There are some restaurants across the road from the hotel so there are possibilites to get dinner outside the hotel, which I didn't know when I made my reservation. The only negative aspect I can think of was the fact that using one hour of internet on the hotel computers was quite pricy and there was no option of using less than an hour. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers who want a quiet location with nice outdoor and fitness facilities - it's not a party place but nice for a relaxing holiday in the sun. We were looking for a romantic getaway. So we paid extra to have a private bungalow in the pool compound. Well, we wound up with a 2nd floor "bungalow" and the pool compound wound up being family/kiddie land. The location was terrible. It cost a minimum of 10Euro to get anywhere. The staff was less than stellar with their information to the sites. The […] concierge was never there. When someone did show up she told me to find the english speaking concierge - she was only here for Germans. The gym didn't open until 8:30am which is way too late for an avid gym goer. the positives - nice view from the seaview rooms and bar facilities are good. the negatives - Customer service levels are awful with the over-riding impression being that the staff appear to view customers as an inconvenience that interferes with the running of the hotel! It is not the hotel's fault that 'out of season Cyprus' is very quiet... The location, however, is fairly remote and therefore away from the main centres of what activity there is. The re are nearby bars and restaurant and the hotel is very well serviced by its bars and restaurants. Palm Beach Hotel shows up in some guidebooks as a 4-star great place to go. It was alright, but certainly not 4-stars, and it is in pretty deserate need of an upgrade. Staff was very nice, food at the restaurants was good, but our room for a family of 3 in the main hotel, while clean, was very small and decor and furniture were dated - more like 2 star […] or less. Whilst the hotels public areas were very well maintained the rooms and corridors to the rooms are very tired, with worn carpet for example. The shower was a mystery alternating between very cool and scalding hot and the water would stop coming out every 4-5 min. Friendly staff and excellent service and breakfast was nice. Nice enough for a couple of […] days away but since there was nothing to see/do in the neighbourhood could have got very boring. Larnaca itself offered very little too. Hotel restaurant was nice for dinner and has themed nights but I'd recommend a walk along the seafront to the Mer Blue were the food was great, massive portions, well cooked and really quick service. Nice looking hotel with good ration price/quality. Good fitness room and pleasant bar/restaurant alongside the beach (but service quite slow). Mainly intended for tourists, businessmen can also find here a pleasant stay with good wireless internet connection and easy access to the airport.

Отель построен неправильно: от общей "городской" дороги сначала идут так называемые "бунгало" (а на самом деле - обычные 2-х этажные корпуса обычных номеров) и только потом идет Главный корпус, за которым море. "Нормальные" отели строят наоборот: Главный корпус должен стоять на дороге, а за ним - до моря должны располагаться бунгало (как более дорогие […] номера)! Море мелкое - глубина 20см на протяжении 100-200 метров! Шведский стол 25 евро с человека за один прием пищи! Напротив отеля много кафэшек, пара"сельпо" и несколько пунктов аренды Авто - очень удобно. Просил на ресепшн пепельницу в номер - обещали, но так и не принесли за 2 недели - купил сам в сельпо. However, was annoyed of being moved on the first night because of overbooking, but when returned we was upgraded to a bungalow for the next 2 nights. Vi bodde i en bungalow, 2 vuxna + 2 barn. Jättefint poolområde som hörde till bungalowområdet, oftast väldigt tomt så man var ensam i/runt poolen. Större poolområde på framsidan av hotellet mot havet med strandområde. Mycket bra frukost, trevlig personal. fräscht hotell. Lite trist område, ca sju km in till Larnaca centrum. Das Hotel ist super! Der Service ist sehr gut, allerdings nur die Kellner und Zimmermädchen. Alle Mitarbeiter höherer Positionen(Rezeption, Oberkellner etc. einschließlich Hotelmanager) sind nicht sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. Sauber, ordentlich und ausgezeichneter Service. Perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand und das Wasser war wunderbar und warm im November. Wir fühlten uns sicher in Zypern und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
