L'hôtel est bien situé au centre de Canmore a 2 min. de l'autoroute. Près de tout les services et a 15 minutes de Banff. Les chambres sont propres mais on besoin de modernisation. La piscine intérieure , le gym son propre et le hot tub extérieur est très bien surtout après une journée de ski .

le B&B est trés bien situé il faut un Gps pour le trouver ,breakfast super l'acceuil super ,la seule chose qui m'a un peu gêné ,c'est la taille de la chambre car entre les photos et la taille de certaines chambres cela sent l'arnaque ,eviter les chambres 1 ,2 et 3 elles sont vraiment petites

Très joli complexe en dehors de Banff, avec toutes les commodités dont un accès à Banff avec une navette. 3 jours reposants dans un environnement calme.

Nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit, et il est vrai que l'endroit est un peu bruyant (le long d'une route fréquentée et hôtel occupée par beaucoup de jeunes). Ceci dit, l'endroit est très bien situé, le long de la rivière, proche du centre-ville et des plusieurs sites touristiques.

À Banff, Red Carpet Inn se trouve sur la promenade principale, tout près des sites suivants : Centre d'information du parc national de Banff, Lieu historique national Cave and Basin et Station de ski de Mount Norquay. Cet hôtel est très proche du centre ville, les chambres sont fonctionnelles et le personnel sympathique. Ce que je reproche c'est : internet payant (et cher !) et petit déjeuner moyen.

We stayed the weekend in Banff at The Red Carpet Inn. Reviews seemed okay so when we booked, however its a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Walking into the room it smelled old and musty. The King bed had sags in it, the carpet needed cleaning, the bedspreads need to be completely disposed of, and the bathroom fan sounded like a truck. Housekeeping staff […] were very loud in the mornings singing and yelling at each other down the hallways. Parking in the back is VERY limited, and difficult to maneuver in and out of. Also dislike the fact that guests smoke on their balcony's and throw their cigarette butts onto the cars below. Continental breakfast was adequate, however no fruit at all and no yogurt. Something other than carbs would have been nice. There are many hotels in Banff that are in the same price range, go there instead of the Red Carpet Inn. Lisez la suite

"Red Carpet Hotel, Banff"
This hotel is in a great location and in a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious enough for two adults and two children. The complementary breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

A very nice hotel and ideally located although the room was a bit warm at night. The hot tub was on the same floor as my room but watch your footing as the floor is slippery!!

t think for the price I don't think you can beat the place. Yes its a bit dated etc and parking could be tight (especially if those people with big trucks who can't park!!). If you want a cheap hotel its for you, if not, then pay more and go elseware.

We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not the nicest hotel available but for the price paid a great value. Room was clean with a new flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable. They were in the middle of repainting the hallway so it was a mess but an obvious work in progress. Hot tub was working and looked freshly renovated. "Parking - not guaranteed"
My only issue with my stay at the Red Carpet Inn was that the parking in the back was limited and very small. They had underground parking, but there was not enough clearance for larger vehicles, so we had no choice but park out back. Some small cars were parked there which was not fair! We were there on a weekend and went out in the evening, when we […] got back there was nowhere to park, so we had to drive all around and find a parking spot on teh street. We were not impressed with this. The least the front desk staff can do is ask visitors with cars to park underground. I heard several people check in and they did not do this! Sooooo annoying! We always try to stay at the Red Carpet when we come to Banff skiing. The hotel is excellently priced and the complimentary breakfast is very welcomed. The rooms are clean and well presented and I believe that they have done a series of upgrades. The hotel was very easy to get to, since it's on Banff Ave. However, after checking in we had to go around the block and back to the front of the hotel to park behind the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Since my friend and I were there on a snowboarding trip we turned the heat up and were nice and cozy. We booked the hotel for the use of the hot […] tub after a long day at the hill. But when we went to the hot tub, we found out it was out of order. We were able to go to the neighboring hotel to use theirs, but we had to walk outside in the cold. It would have been nice to know if the hot tub was out of order before booking the hotel. The first night was great, the second not so much! We had some drunk people in the hallway that kept us up till 4 in the morning, phoned the front desk, they said they already knew and had already spoken to them. I would think that after a ton of complaints you would simply ask them to leave as they are disturbing other guests!!!

this hotel is not in the middle of town, but just a few blocks from the "main part". it's a short walk, and the price is affordable with breakfast and WIFI included. the room is a little small but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. ask the front desk to borrow bear spray! other guests leave it behind if they're traveling onwards and you […] won't have to buy your own for $35! in all it was OK but we believe the carpets in hallways +elevator should be replaced or at least could use more cleaning,they were quite dusty.Breakfast continental was acceptable and very cleaned.

The sink was in the room, not the bathroom. It was only accessible from the rear and the gutters were all pouring water right where you had to walk to access the stairs. The room was tiny, cramped and on the front of the building with the busy street right there making sleeping pretty much impossible. The morning breakfast left much to be desired and […] the front desk person was not much interested in giving out any info. A friend and I enjoyed our one-night stay at the Red Carpet Inn. We LOVED the vaulted ceiling in our third floor room as it made the room appear more spacious. We were apprehensive as our room faced the street side, but were pleasantly surprised as we found we have no problem with noise at all. Having a continental breakfast the next morning was great […] as we were able to finalise our plans for the day over breakfast. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future. We only stayed at this hotel for one night but found it a great little place to drop into. The room was on the main floor right next to a door where we could easily access to take our little dog out. The TV was updated, there was a small fridge and we were at the back so it was quiet. The continental breakfast in the am was good but the coffee not so […] good. "Could do better"
Would not stay here again when there are many other comparable price options. Room had gum embedded into the carpet, there was no security on the ground floor windows facing the street ( except for a stick in the window frame), so you could not open the window without risking security. Air conditioner was a rattler. Accomodation had been prepaid, however […] reception took $300 from C/Card which took about 7 working days to get back. Think this hotel may be family owned. Could do with a few lessons in customer service. Need to welcome their clients more openly. The cleaners of the rooms have more about them. They were very pleasant.

We are upset about the front desk service. We booked the room and paid for it 5-6 months ago and received 2 confirmations. When we arrived the hotel around 5 pm on July 24, we were told they had to move us to another location becuase overbooking. We chose Red Carpet becuase it is close to the place that we will attend a personal event. We complained […] and later we got a room there. The hotel was a great place to stay -- a great value! Even from our balcony which was on the 'back' side of the hotel we had a spectacular view of the peaks surrounding Banff. Shops and restaurants are only a 5-min walk away. There is parking under the hotel as well as outside (behind) the hotel. There is no elevator to the underground parking though. […] If you do not bring a laptop, there is a computer near the lobby that costs two dollars for 15-minutes of use.
