Staybridge Suites Mt Laurel - Mount Laurel

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via Hotels.com sans pour autant le connaitre avant. Nous étions très surpris de la qualité de l'établissement ainsi que de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme du staff. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Perfect place to stay with young children. Breakfast was good and the pool was a big hit! The room was very spacious. Will definitely go back.

This hotel was spotless! Very comfortable and with numerous ammenities. We had a full kitchen, two full baths, living room area, and two bedrooms. Much more than we expected! The complimentary breakfast was great. Nice pool, and even had a basketball court. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is conveniently located and a short drive from downtown Philly. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would come back anytime.

Everything was as expected except for the fact their indoor pool was not available. Apparently that was a something that went unmentioned on Hotels.com and could only be found by visiting the hotel's official website. I booked on hotels.com and my two boys were disapppointed along with my wife and i when we were told of this at our check-in. Furthermore […] the front desk clerk could not provide any solutions or ideas where we may still find a place to swim. Aside this disappointment the hotel and the room were nice. Lisez la suite

Found the building well taken care of and personnel very responsive to patrons. Was very pleased with the computer room and availability. Breakfast was better then most motels we have stayed at in the past. Good selection. Most likely will be back again as our kids live in the area.

Pros: Very nice Clean Decent breakfast (open until 10:30 on weekends!) Big indoor pool Kitchenette includes dishes and pots/pans Dishwasher! Cons: Must request standard room cleaning on weekends if staying multiple days. Room cleaning unavailable on Christmas or New Years Day.

I am a big fan of Staybridge Suites. They are excellent hotels at a great price. They are ideal for families with small children. The kids can go to bed early while the grownups can watch TV in the living room or the other bedroom. The pool was very nice. No hot tub.

The hotel was a little hard to find a night, but was very pleasant service and met our needs. Nice heated indoor pool, plenty of room for my family they let us setup a christmas tree in our room as well. There were some minor maintenance issues with hinges on a bathroom door and they were short on staff for the holidays but they let us know and the […] front desk handled everything upon request. overall a very nice place to stay. It was a very nice place to spent time with the large family. We enjoy the pool(that was a little cold) , the privacy of the rooms,breakfast was good .Excellent location.

Great hotel! Very clean, good breakfast.

It was quiet, large rooms, nice staff, very clean and they have a great breakfast. The babycrib was clean, made and waited for us in the room. At all the other hotels we had to call housekeeping to get it, and clean and make the bed ourselves. Everything was over our expectations!

Friendly staff and clean, spacious room at excellent price. Nice breakfast spread too! I would definitely recommend this place. However, i heard they charge a $75 pet fee! ridiculous.

We were very happy with Staybridge Suites. Staff helpful and pleasant. Very clean rooms. Breakfasts were excellent and we also enjoyed the Barbeque one evening included in the price. Great value for price. Would stay again.

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room but it smelled of stale smoke. The plumbing sounded like a jack hammer anytime it turned on kept us up all night. Toilet did work in one of the bathrooms when we checked in. The buffet breakfast was pathetic. Would not recommend or use this facility again.

Our groups reserved 4 rooms and we all missed not having our rooms cleaned up during our stay. I know we could have requested it, but we were there for gravesite services and just too busy to figure out how to make the request.

This was one of the BEST hotel stays my family has had. The rooms were vere spacious. The staff were very helpful (printed out maps etc...), and the breakfast each morning was great. We stayed during a recent hurricane but everything ran very smoothly with a full hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Hope to be back soon!!!

For the price and the rooms this is a very nice hotel. We found the hotel staff to be very nice. Their free breakfast was nice they had a nice variety but their. dining room is awful small for a fully booked hotel, but we still enjoyed it. Would defineatly stay there again.

The fire alarm went off early in the morning. I don't hold the hotel responsible for the unexpected wake up call, but they didn't make any efforts to try to work with the guests to extend the breakfast hour or extend check out times after losing over an hour outside while the hotel was cleared to reenter. This hotel is very comfortable and feels like home. My family and I stayed while on vacation and it was great. Strongly suggested.

If you are looking for a home away from home look no farther. This hotel had it all ...an excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices that varied from day to day, excellent service, a quiet clean neighborhood, dinner treats during the week, full kitchens in the suites for your at home cooking, pool, tennis court, basketball and a comfortable bed for […] a great nights sleep. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub but all the other items made up for the one thing it lacked. Book your home a way from home here now...you won't be sorry! Lisez la suite

clean, comfortable room - nice staff - asked to register early so we could dress for a 2 pm wedding - no problem.

I enjoyed my stay the The Staybridge. The room were very clean and bed was comfortable. Although I was the under the impression they offered two beds in room, the one bed was very spacious and offered enough room for my sister and I. I enjoyed the continental breakfast....there were multiple food options for those on the healthier eating side. The swimming […] was a bit small, but the water was nice and warm. This is the first hotel I've been to that offers FREE laundry. I was very impressed that I could wash and dry my clothes absolutely free. The hotel service was good - we appreciated that a full breakfast buffet was offered - with plenty of seating and food - as well as food btw 5:30-7:30 pm. Not having to pay for laundry, wi-fi, using their computer and printing was appreciated too! Our room was a little small, but there are 4 of us, and we could have gotten a 1 bedroom suite. This review is low due to the reservation promises made by hotel.com. We requested a room with two double beds and a pull out sofa for our family of five and hotel.com said they would make sure it would happen and they were in contact with the hotel. When we arrived they said they don't even offer one room suites with two double beds. If i had known […] that i would never have booked it. The hotel was nice and had FREE laundry which was great but my daughter had to sleep on couch cushions because we did not want to pay more to upgrade to a two room suite. Lisez la suite

This stay met all of our expectations and exceeded those expectations. Everything was great. The reason we chose to stay here was its location for us. This is a good family hotel. The only downside for us was that the pool was closed for one day. Since we were not there for most of that day, it did not impact us. The pool was reopened before we left […] and everything seemed fine. Two of the evenings, we were able to partake of their complimentary evening buffet. Very nice and clean hotel. Good service and well mainained.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and we were surprised to get free dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings!

Stayed here because of previous good reviews. Happy to add another one to the list. Very clean, well maintained. Room amenities excellent for price. Easily reached from highway and convenient to Philadelphia.

A very clean and helpful hotel. Staff is very helpful with all are needs. Breakfast in the mornig was very good. I would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel with our two children ages 9 and 13, we had the one bedroom suite, we felt it was a little small for the price we paid, it was cramped once you opened the sofa bed and there wasn't even a little dinette for us to all eat together and the only bathroom was in thru the bedroom. Would have been nice had the bathroom been outside […] the bedroom in the main area or even a half bath in the main area. Felt the one elevator for the hotel made things slow going. Can't remember how many times we had to wait upwards of 10 min for the elevator because not only was there only one it was small and you couldn't fit more than 6 people in it. The breakfast buffett was great, way more than we expected, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice and friendly, was in a nice and easy to get to location.
