bed very uncomfortable.and room smelled like dirtly feet

I have read some of the reviews for this hotel and thought they were ridiculous. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean which is always a plus, so all in all it was a nice stay.

Location just off the Mass Turnpike and only a few miles from US 91 is very convenient. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. My room needed more electrical outlets, but I managed. The price was right.

Just needed a quick hotel off the highway that was inexpensive. I had a large king bed and everything worked fine except for the shower head was kind of just spitting out water.

This hotel was an easy commute to the Big E, and less expensive than many other hotels in the area. The continental breakfast was average - nothing special, just like most other continental breakfasts provided by hotels. There is a Wendy's right next door, which is nice. My biggest complaint was that while our room was completely fine and smoke free, […] the hallway reeked of old cigarette smoke. Not a pleasant smell when you first walk through the door. Very convenient to the Mass Pike..The room was nice enough, but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I like...the staff was accomodating when we asked for extra pillows..they were delivered to our room right away...However, the advertised continental breakfast was a joke..a meager selection of tiny-sized donuts and coffee that tasted like it came from a […] vending machine..Our in-room coffee pot made MUCH better brew..that said, our room also had a refrigerator and a microwave, so things evened out. Exit 3 MATPK location ok but access to Rt 10 S from motel entrance very difficult

Hotel near Westfield State University and that's the only good thing about it. A pool was advertised, we were told 2 different stories about why pool was EMPTY on Labor Day weekend and obviously had been for some time, Bathroom door did not close, balcony rail was very shakey and lower mesh screening was all pushed out-to a 15 ft drop on cement, Tv […] did not work. When the maintence man came to check he just shrugged and left us. He did not speak English. We called down to desk and were told they could not wake up Mr. Patel (hotel manager)because he was working that night. That night I called after we returned from dinner and nothing had been fixed. Mr Patel said he would give a 35% discount which wound up being closer to 20% and a refund for a cot . He could not have cared less about the room problems. Very disappointed.There is a hotel across the street for more money and We will stay there from now on. Lisez la suite

this place is dirty and has mold every where. wall paper coming off walls etc.

Old, but clean. Nice large room, friendly desk. Walk to Wendy's, Friendlies, etc. Right off highway.

Only stayed overnight, decent 'doghouse' to sleep in. Continental Breakfast completely non-existent!!! Dunkin donuts down the street....

Very basic, average quality older motel in need of updates in many areas. I felt the room was over-priced due to location just off turnpike and weekend rush.

most importantly ive stayed at this hotel many, many times. i keep going back because of location, price, and general habit and will probably even stay here again. if youre on the first floor, the second floor toilet flush sounds like a hammer drill is being used on the concrete. that kinda sucks but what can you do. the only issue i have with my stay […] THIS time was that my girlfriend was getting directions off the hotel's computer, was having difficulty with the printer, and was approaching the clearly marked 15 minute time limit. the desk clerk was more than rude in reminding her that she was near the 15 minute limit. we shall not beleaguer the fact that there was no one else present in the entire building at the time other than the front desk clerk or that my griflriend was attempting to use a problematic computer owned by the establishment for a wholly legitimate purpose. the way to solve this issue is for the hotel employees to realize that the computer is MEANT TO BE USED by their clients. not to remain unused save for a few 14 minutes and 59 second sessions per day. ***WAKE UP and realize who writes your paycheck!*** Lisez la suite

Not a bad hotel, but it was over priced. Decent and clean, convenient if you need to stay in Westfield.

The Econo Lodge is what it is. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is probably not for you. Hotels in Western mass in the summer are reallllly expensive, so this hotel is definitely a great deal. The only bad thing about this hotel was that the hall way smelt reaalllyy funky and the key card reader for the front door was broken making it hard […] to enter the building. There were very few vehicles parked the night we stayed at the hotel which tells me that the price was too high. Other than that, it was fine and convenient to the turnpike and Friendly's.
