Très bonne impression. Hôtel parfait. Il ne possède pas de parking mais à proximité il y a celui de la mairie qui est souterrain, il est très bien, rassurant et pas cher du tout. 7 euros pour la nuit. Hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés. A proximité des restos sympas dont l'italien qui est très bien........

Excellente impression, nous avions décidé de nous retrouver avec nos amis Anglais à proximité du logement de notre fille, car celle-ci avait été hébergée pendant sa scolarité chez ce couple avec lequel nous nous sommes liés d'amitié. Partout le calme, la propreté, la sobriété associée au bon goût. L'agréable confort qui fait oublier les petites dimensions de la chambre. Great service, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was quite tasty. They only drawback is that the rooms are somewhat small, and so are the bathrooms. Staff and owner were very nice. Must also add, that besides the free WiFi (which works great!), calls to the US (cell phone and land lines) are free! I took advantage of these opportunities […] :) There is also a very good restaurant right next door to it. Had my best meal there in the 4 days I spent in Paris. The name? Le Sans Sert. Small and friendly hotel. Clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good; dining room a bit too small when all guests arrive at once (hotel reception area/foyer). I booked a room here for 3 people after reading all the reviews based about how friendly the staff was and I was NOT disappointed! I look for two things in a hotel: clean rooms and friendly staff and they had both! The entire staff would greet us and made us feel welcome for our stay. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are small, but then again you don't be in them long. 5min walk to the metro and just 3-4 stops (10mins) to Arc de Triomphe. A great 'little' hotel in a fantastic area of Paris. Outside the main city so you don't have to get caught up in all the traffic, but an easy metro ride in to the centre. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. It was clean, modern and very efficiently run by very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel offered room service for breakfast. There is even FREE WiFi, air conditioning in every room and a decent sized elevator (by Paris […] standards) to all three floors. The hotel is compact and in a business district but it manages to convey a certain Parisian charm and I felt like I was living in a cute little Paris apartment for a few days. The nearest subway station is Esplanade de la Defense on Metro Line 1 which takes you to all the major tourist sites in a matter of 15-20 mins. The area felt very safe and is well lit. It was lovely to meet and chat with the night concierge, Olivier, who was so helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. If you're after just a clean, comfortable place to sleep with breakfast included, this hotel will meet and exceed your expectations - all without the exorbitant central Paris price tag. Very new stylish hotel which is clean and spacious and friendly. Receptionists speak several languages (but not Japanese regrettably), and they are kind. It is located just in front of Gare Lille Europe. The breakfast isn't the best though facilities can cover it up.

Everyone is just willing to answer questions, show directions and they all speak good English! There is a nearby metro station and the walkways leading to the hotel are wider than the roads.. safe for walking during the day and night. We definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of old Paris but accessible. The surrounding area is quiet hence, we had restful evenings even as our room is on the 2nd level of the hotel.
