Had no microwave or alarm clock but nice hotel worth $

A reasonably priced hotel which has an excellent location for UCO visitors. It was clean and nice but not new. The TV was an old tube type. The free "breakfast" needs some work - the coffee machine didn't work so I could have only orange juice and muffins. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though.

I reserved a non-smokoing room. When I checked in, the room smelled like an ash tray. They initially told me they had no other rooms. Then a manager came by and found a non-smoking room. Even so, the room was smelly. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The furniture was worn out...and the room was right below the smoking rooms. At 5:30AM, it smelled […] as if someone was smoking in the room. I forfeited my cancelation fee rather than stay in the room a second night. Unless you are a smoker, stay away. Lisez la suite

My friends and I booked our rooms too late and all the other hotels were taken other wise we never would have stayed here. The breakfast was lacking, the rooms were dirty, and the place was falling apart. In my friend's room the mattress has a massive blood stain on it! Looked like something out of CSI! Then we found dirty clothes under the bed that […] had to have been from the previous guests. The so-called breakfast was semi-passable coffee and packaged muffins. Two stars is a generous rating. Hotel was older but kept in good condition, def get what you pay for. Overall it was fine for a quick nights stay.

The Hotel was ok, we only stayed one night. The one thing that freaked me out was the fact that there was mold all around the shower and tub.

Upon arrival at this hotel, there was a very loud lady in the next room on her cell phone. The room itself was clean, but the bath tub left a lot to be desired. They advertised their jetted tubs but when they are brown and nasty it's not very enticing.

This place was not at all what we expected. First of all no one would answer the phone when we called after midnight. When we arrived to check in, someone came to the window in pajamas. We had to ring a bell from an outside window. The lobby was just an extension of that glass window. It had a horrible smell. The bathtub was not clean. The "whirlpool" […] was just jet streams in that tub that looked like leaves would come out of them if you turned them on. There was no way I was getting in that tub! The towels were dirty. I called to complain and the lady at the front told me to go outside and flag the cleaning lady down or come down to the glass window. When I went outside to flag the cleaning lady down she gave me 3 more towels, two of which were still stained- GROSS! I told her to throw the towels away! I will NEVER stay here again. The room was old, outdated, it smelled of bad cologne and inscents and it had mold in the corners of the tub/shower. Let's just say that I didn't get much sleep in this room for fear that something might crawl up on me!

It was a great stay, comfortable, and good customer service.

It's a place for you to stay for the nit only. Don't expect more. You don't want to touch anything unless it's real necessary. We got nothing for the so call included breakfast. It said that "juice in the refrigerator" but it's empty except for two bottles of "refilled" water. The coffe was "colored" water without any taste of coffee. Huge sign on the building states Newly Renovated, Not quite sure when that was. Bathroom in desperate need of renovation. No alarm clock had to ask for light bulbs. Breakfast very poor. On the bright side it was very quiet and the beds were clean.

Its summer time. We reached the hotel around dinner time, and the room is VERY hot when we get in the room. The aircon was not ON before we check in and we have to wait till mid-night before the room start to cool down. ;-( bad stay.

Hotel claims to have recently been updated but only the linens and carpet seem to be recently replaced. The mattresses are obviously very old and should be replaced. They boast about having jetted tubs but they do not work. The clerk at the desk was more interested in talking on his cell phone than taking care of guests and seemed to become upset when […] his conversation had to be interrupted. Lisez la suite

Beds were great, bathroom needed a cleaning, and "Free Breakfast" was non-existant, at 0730 ther was no coffee,or any breakfast whatsoever. Note said orange juice was in fridge. ( had expired 4 days previous. Owners can afford NEW Lexus and top-end BMW but couldn't afford anything for breakfast ? Avoid this motel like the plague.

Service was blunt but effective. Our room had fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, jetted tub...everything worked and was clean. Other hotel guests were only deterrent but never felt unsafe. Would repeat.

The motel is OK but they advertized a "Continental Breakfast". It consisted of Orange juice as many small muffins as you wanted. However they were all the same. Nothing else! No fruit ,no cold cereal, no nothing.

This hotel caters to laborers on assignment. No alarm clock or in-room coffee. No one on duty after 9:30pm or in morning for check-out. It is a cheap hotel!

We were looking for a nice hotel place to stay that was also inexpensive and the price was good. We found the bed to be comfortable and the heater worked great...no problem with the condition of the room. However, the next morning I got a nice hot shower (and I didn't take a long one) , but by the time my husband got in, the water was cold. I realize […] there could be more than one reason for this, but the first one that comes to mind is that the hot water heater was too small. When I told him what I paid for the stay, he decided he would take his chances again in the future because we found it to be quite a bargain with or without hot water. Lisez la suite

This hotel was a good value for the cheap price. The walls were thin but it was a clean, comfortable room with nice upgrades. Nice TV, comfortable and clean bed. Right off I-35 and very close to the UCO campus.

If ya want a bed and nothing else this is it. Had to go out and buy a box fan to stay cool, air conditioner was struggling big time.Started to switch rooms but I talked to other guests and they had same trouble so it was not just our room.

The location is great. Just a walk across the parking lot to an AWESOME breakfast with other nice resturants and stores just across the street. No coffee pot in room was surprise. We stayed three nights and one day the towels were not replaced.

The Stafford Inn advertises whirlpool tubs in every room, but the jets didn't work and there was an ugly patch job on the inside of the tub. I was not happy with that. And the bed was very uncomfortable. But, the location is convenient to shopping, eating and city parks. The room would have been perfectly acceptable for the price had the whirlpool jets […] worked and the tub not looked like it was in the middle of a repair. Lisez la suite
