Very courteous staff greeted me at 10:30AM for 3PM checkin. Room was already available. There ws a small issue with original room which was promptly resolved. Property is smoke-free but odour of cigarette smoke was detected. My concern was promptly and politely answered with the situation being quickly resolved by the front desk. The rooms I saw were […] very clean and well kept. Internet access was fast.There is not a lot to do in the area since it is in an industrial area. Arrived in a snow storm and loved the attached restaurant and relaxing jacuzzi.

Due to an early flight.. I stayed overnight to make it easier. Shopping at providence mall..close by. Ate in the hotel restaurant....excellent food. Accommodations were fantastic and the front desk was very cordial and gave us a quiet room. Loved the beds....shuttle service was great. Had breakfast the next morning. Very nice hotel with ample room and all furnishings in very good condition. Easy to locate and ease to all sights. Wish the high speed internet had not been so slow though-only complaint. Would definitely stay here again

Pick-up at airport fast, useful information by driver on quick trip to hotel, easy check-in, large and comfortable room. Good breakfast, some say they want it free, but the charge meant the eating area was not the "zoo" that busy hotels often are with free breakfast. Good experience for a quick business trip.

Great stay at the Hilton Garden. Good location with easy access to Rt 95 and other major roads. Service was great and the room was very clean, bright and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Located across the street from the Rental Car Return - very convenient. Very helpful and attentive staff (manager).

The hotel staff was very nice. My room was ready when I got there and was as clean as it can be. Housekeeping did a great job after I went out and came back. The location of the hotel is not bad even if you don't have a car because the 20 Bus to downtown providence is an 8 minutes walk away. The neighborhood was decent and safe. My only complain is […] the food I ordered. The food was terrible so if I were to stay there again, I'd order pizza instead of room service. Overall, my 2-day stay was great. We Had Rented 3 Rooms everyone was very pleased. Like how the Spa opened early. We all wished it included at least a Centennial breakfast though.

The staff here is amazing. Awesome customer service And very friendly. It is away from Newport R.I. But close enough to drive. The morning breakfast Was a great value and the food was great.

Over priced and they implied breakfast was included and then it was not. Very nice accommodations for the area.

I had high hopes with it being a Hilton Hotel. But I found that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn't replace dirty glasses or empty the ice bucket during our four night stay without us calling downstairs to have it done. The hotel was easy to find-right off the highway. It was nice and clean and the breakfast was awesome. There were 6 of us in our party, we all had omelets made fresh in minutes, It was a yummy full service breakfast.

Very nice hotel if you're in the warwick area. The immediate surrounding areas are not that up-scale but once you travel like 5-10 minutes, you get to just about everything. The warwick mall is very accessible.

I was most impressed with Lynn at the front desk, tall gal with long brown hair, believe her name was Lynn. Promote your staff that goes above and beyond.

Convenient to Providence Airport. Iron Works Tavern (IWT) adjoins Hotel and was good place for meal.

I never realized what a great hotel this was until I had to stay somewhere else because you were booked for the first night of my trip. The Hilton is amazing. I stayed at the Holiday Inn express and called the front desk because I forgot my toothpaste. The women at the front (although nice) told me that I could come down and get it from her. I was already […] in my pajamas and therefore did not go. The same thing happened at your hotel the next day and the front desk man was SO nice and within minutes had brought toothpaste up to my room. Hotel was clean and comfortable and close to city of Providence

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful with directions, boarding passes and any request that I asked for.

The room was very nice and the restaurant had an excellent menu. Nicest "Airport Hotel" I have ever stayed in.

I had reserved a non-smoking room but the entire room, the towels, and linens smelled badly of cigarettes. It was disgusting and I couldn't change rooms because the hotel was fully booked.

We stayed for 5 nights and ate breakfast on site each morning, in all that time we only encountered one employee that was not extremely friendly and cheerful. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a large selection of high quality items for breakfast in the lobby cafe. Our room was clean, bright and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool/spa. The hours and variety of food for breakfast was great. All staff members were polite and helpful.

This hotel was wonderful! From the cleanliness of it, the curtesy of the staff and the breakfast was outstanding! I will definitly stay here again.

I booked two rooms the weekend of a nearby softball tournament. Our party consisted of two moms and 5 teenaged players. The location was the primary reason for choosing the restaurant as the drive to the field complex was short and there were many restaurants/chains nearby. The front […] desk clerk was very responsive to our requests for forgotten items, extra towels, etc. The queen beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was available starting at 6:30 a.m. which was fortunate as the players had to leave the hotel before 7:00 a.m. The manager was on site, walking around greeting folks during breakfast, and was very accommodating. Very convenient for air travelers. Shuttle that runs back and forth to the airport frequently. Not even a 5 minute ride. Nice and courteous staff. Room was nice size and clean, My only complaint is that I was put in a smoking room that reeked of smoke. Other than that it is a nice hotel for the business traveler.

This hotel was ok. It was clean, the staff was friendly, but it is pretty much just run of the mill.

The pool and hot tub was handy and occupied the kids for the evening. They have a small menu to chose from with cocktails for the adults! Very quiet!

Loved the Hotel, wish for the money we could of gotten free breakfast with it, that was the only downfall.

You will not find better beds anywhere! The breakfast is outstanding! I am booking another night when I finish typing this review.
