"Hotel in Ripley TN"
Our room was on the first floor, the person(s) staying above us were stomping and moving about in the middle of the night. This was very disturbing both nights.

The first room had an odor and the bathroom had mold and and meldew on the walls behind the toilet and at the bottom of the side wall. We asked for another room and it was much better.

MY HOTEL WAS BOOKED AND PAID FOR ONLINE. WHEN I ARRIVED THE CLERK CLAIMED I HAD NO RESERVATION. I SHOWED THE CLERK MY CONFIRMATION AND WHERE IT WAS PAID IN FULL AND IT STILL TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY ROOM. MY VISIT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING NOT TO MENTION THE CELL PHONE RECEPTION IS HORRIBLE. I DO NOT PLAN ON STAYING AGAIN!!!
The halls as well as the room smelled, like mold or something! My husband got a headache when we walked into the hotel and it left when we left the hotel. I got several bug bites that still itch. The indoor pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it. Water was warm, hottub was unbearable to get in!

the only problem that we had was that we were guaranteed a late check out put when we got there we were told that we could not have it. if we had known that we would have stayed some place else cause we had one person that needed to stay at the room and could not so that threw a curve ball at us and we had to change plans completely. it would have been […] nice to know before hand. The room was very clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area and needed a place for the night.

Room was clean; bed a bit harder than mine at home so my first nights sleep was not as it should have been. Second nights sleep was much nicer though. For the money, this hotel was a good choice. I'd stay here again.

Service was good Breakfast was average Room was clean Room smelled like cat urine...had to buy room deodorizer & kept spraying it...finally sprayed under beds and it got better...apparently that was the source of the odor Toilet tissue dispenser was coming out of wall Hotel is right across the street from some type of jail or prison
"almost a perfect hotel for the money"
This was a great hotel for the money but if you are traveling with a baby you need to bring your own high chair. There are none in the hotel, not very accomodating to people who have children!
