Room was spacious, very comfortable, and uniquely decorated. The staff was always helpful. The food was excellent. A great experience.

We stayed here for a last minute 25th anniversary trip. The boutique bed n breakfast ignited our idea of a romantic getaway. We experienced the beautiful area of Sedona, took a day trip to the Grand Canyon, always leaving with enough time to return to our luxurious, comfortable villa. We would return to the smell of freshly baked bread, low lights and […] the sound of gentle spa music. Adobe Grand Villas is located in West Sedona, near Thunder Mountain. Sometimes we would eat out at the excellent choices for dinner, but a few nights, we stopped and picked up wine, cheese, etc and just relaxed in our wonderfully comfortable room. We stayed in the Country Gardens room. The attention to design detail amazed us. The rooms, the grounds and the staff are fined tuned. It was a wonderful place to spend our special anniversary. I absolutely loved the Adobe Grand Villas. My room was huge and comfortable. I loved having a fireplace in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I had a wonderful view from my balcony. The service and food were fantastic. Chef Michael's breakfasts were decadent, and Tanya was so helpful. She even loaned me her camelback for my hike one afternoon in addition […] to printing out a map for me. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend. I have already booked my trip back in November! We traveled to Sedona for my Cousin's wedding in June 2011 and stayed @ a few "luxury" hotels. This was by far @ the top of the list. We had a car, so no worries with regard to location but if you're sans car & want to be near the center of town this may not fit the bill. The room(s) was/are enormous by "hotel" standards. For 2 people, we could have […] moved in & practically lived in the space. Huge Bedroom/Living area; dining area, sink, micro, coffee, etc.; patio; HUGE bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity & separate toilet. I think there was also a Murphy bed, according to the description but we never used it/needed it. Other amenities outside of the room itself include: THE BEST MASSAGE SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD!!! Do not miss this. We booked the signature service with massage & honey facial & it had my man snoring.... Also, the pool area is small but beautiful and relaxing; daily breakfast is gourmet & cooked to order. We also booked a private dinner one night which was absolutely delicious, and so nice to just walk back to one's room. We cannot endorse this place enough if you're looking for a place away from the hustle & bustle where you have all the amenities & pleasures to make for a wonderful & relaxing vacation. This hotel is fantastic, a really wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in some lovely hotels around the world but nowhere has there been fresh bread cooking in our room for when we arrived. Excellent !

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Adobe Villas in Sedona. I am not a big B&B fan but the Adobe exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the detail was incredible. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The food served at breakfast was very good. We decided to have Chef Micheal prepare a dinner […] for us on our last night. We decided on the Filet Mignon with garlic cheese filling. It was fantastic. I would highly recommend this meal to anyone....was probably the best steak we ever had. We arrived at the Adobe Grand Villas in Sedona, AZ around the 3 PM check-in time. We were greeted by very friendly personnel and given a tour of the facility. The landscaping is beautiful, with many colorful flowers and fragrant vines. Upon entering our room, we were immersed in the aroma of baking bread. All features of our room were shown to us as […] nothing was left to chance. The refrigerator was stocked with water, soft drinks plus jam, jelly and butter for the hot bread. There were also snacks to take with you if you went hiking. The room was very quiet as the air conditioning unit could not be heard. The television was a CRT unit with satellite service. The in-room Jacuzzi was wonderful with an ample supply of hot water. A King size bed provided a lovely night’s sleep as the mattress and pillows were just perfect. There was a book with all local information including hiking trails, tours, restaurants, shops and galleries. Out by the swimming pool, there was a refrigerator stocked with cold water. The included hot breakfast was one of the best we ever experienced; fluffy pancakes with heated syrup! If you wanted something different than offered, the chef made it for you. We would say that this is our new favorite place to stay in Sedona. The only thing we noticed on the down side was the lack of low energy using fluorescent lighting. In time we feel that will be addressed. Upon checking out, we were shown several other rooms. Each one was unique. One had a wagon theme—the bed had wheels at each corner while the room was decorated in this Western theme. Other units had entry doors with a working water feature! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathroom area alone was larger than most motel rooms. Once we arrived, fresh bread was baking in our room and ready to enjoy with the wine we had brought along. Complementary snacks provided in lounge area throughout the day as well as breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. We were on short time frame and […] were only able to stay for one day. Recommend staying longer to enjoy all they have to offer as part of the packet. Rooms are all themed, very nicely decorated, and as my wife stated "make you feel like you never want to return back home". Fabulous B&B resort. The rooms are enormous and the decor is flawlessly executed. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your every need is met. The breakfast is prepared by a talented french chef and every afternoon you return to your room to find bread baking in a bread oven just for you. The only negative comment I have is the location is off […] the beaten path and a car is needed to get around town. Unfortunately the way the town is laid out makes it a car dependent town. We stayed at the Adobe Grand Villas during the first two nights of our honeymoon. It was amazing! We loved it so much we returned for a third night. Absolutely wonderful~ clean, friendly, romantic and cozy,

Everything was amazing at Adobe Grand Villas. Everyone there was very thoughtful and nice to talk with. I was extremely happy to be around them. The artwork and design was well thought out. I will most definetly stay here again for one of those romantic getaways!

Charming, welcoming accomodations in west Sedona. There was warm freshly baked bread waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Would definitely stay again (and again).

The rooms were very spacious. We loved the jetted tub and large shower. The homemade bread in the room was a nice touch. Linens were very good quality. The only change I would make is to offer a breakfast menu rather than serve a breakfast and hope the guests like it. Breakfast was served at 8:30 and that was a little late for us.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The attention to design details are amazing. There are so many personal touches in the room. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will feel like royalty. The […] only downside is there is no gym on site, but there are plenty of places in Sedona to hike. I will be staying here every year from now on when I visit my family. We stayed at this hotel using my WelcomeReward night, but my expectations were still high because of the wonderful things I've read about it. We had a good time in this one of a kind bed and breakfast. The villa we stayed in had a Country Theme, it was quite impressive how every detail of the villa is tastefully decorated, there is even a balcony. There is fresh bread every afternoon made inside our Villa, breakfast is well thought off and well balanced (and full service with such hospitable […] staff), and there's a bonus appetizer in the main hall every afternoon! Bottled water, fresh brewed coffee, a hot tea are available for the guests in the common room! Swimming pool is small but very clean, jacuzzi is ample as well! The only wish I had is for this bed and breakfast to have a better view of the red rocks. Some 2nd floor villas do have a good view of the red rocks but the first floor villas do no have any. We weren't exactly sure what to expect from this B & B since the photos online can be so deceiving. We were both WOW-ed beyond belief when we saw our room and the hospitality of all the staff. The innkeepers go out of their way to make you feel at home. The pictures online do not do these rooms justice, we stayed in the Whispering Pine and were a little […] afraid it would be a "washed out" room judging from the pics, but just the opposite, it was a warm, luxurious room. The waterfall shower was wonderful, the spa tub, the robes, the bed with it's extra pad, both fireplaces, it was truly perfect. This was also the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, the cleaning staff obviously puts a Lot of hard work into keeping it this way, kudos to them. There wasn't even any dust under the floorboards, I know, I checked. There were also many complimentary items in our room, snacks, water, sodas (Hansen's), cocoa and coffee, bread, butter and jam, etc. The breakfasts were two courses, well thought out and balanced providing fruit, juice/coffee/water, a muffin or scone, and then a main course w/ a side of breakfast meat. Everything was freshly prepared and homemade and calculated to make you full without that "blah" feeling. My bf and I were in awe at the price we got on this room. To be honest (and I Never say this about Anything) this is actually worth the full price the hotel normally offers their rooms for, without any discount, with a discount you feel like you're flat out stealing the room for the weekend. I will say that this room didn't have a typical Sedona view of red rocks but the attached patio garden was so well laid out that we really didn't notice or care about the view. It was fine at 1/2 rack rate...however, in an area known for dramatic views, this property has none. They do the best with what they have...sculptures, interesting doors, uniquely and nicely decorated rooms...but I need the Creek and views in Sedona.

Beautiful villas - they are huge. Warm bread waiting for you in your room. The room decorations were wonderful. Probably the nicest place we've ever stayed at!

I've stayed at several different hotels in Sedona and must admit that this hotels is the best value for what you pay to get. Staff is very cordial. Rooms are well appointed. I'm staying here from here on out when I visit Sedona again.
