Personnel sympa et efficace. Super breakfast, fitness room et piscine sympas. Laverie bien pratique. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Emplacement pratique et proche zones avec bcp de commerces. Je retournerai dans cet hotel

Hotel avec très bon rapport qualité prix. Service très courtois, et j'ai eu affaire à plusieurs membres du personnel. La navette n'était pas disponible quand je suis arrivé à l'aéroport, j'ai pris un taxi et le prix de la course m'a été immédiatement remboursé. Petit déjeuner gratuit et tout à fait correct.

Spatieux, très propre, personnel charmant. Juste un petit effort à faire dans l'environnement de la piscine où les matériaux font sentir un peu d'ancienneté, mais c'est très supportable.

the staff was very friendly especially the bartender, Mrs. Kellie. The only thing i would suggest is hooks in the bathroom for your towels and wash cloths. the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I have a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites in Hampton. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My only dislike was the fact that housekeeping never really cleaned the room they just made the bed everyday and didn't come until late at night to do that. "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"
This was my first time staying and I cant wait to go back. I have dropped off and picked up people from this hotel but never went inside and now wish I did before but it was awesome to have that first experience with my husband. "Not bad"
My husband and I decided to have a one night getaway during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We stayed in the area just as a night away from the family. The hotel served its purpose. We had a corner suite called a "spec" room. It was very spacious with huge floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the […] living area. The overall decor was okay. I prefer boutique style hotels. So to me, it felt like a standard hotel. Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was good. The lady behind the made-to-order egg stand was very friendly and entertaining to watch. I think it is one of the nicest hotels in the area. "Look forward to staying again"
I look forward to returning to this hotel in June. The staff was excellent. It is close to all attractions like the Appleby's and Chilli's, Walmart and the mall. Housekeeping was ok but overall it was a great stay.. Was a little disappointed with the sheets and pillowcase. They were dirty. Housekeeping Manager did a great job on correcting problem. "Nice hotel but breakfast was chaotic"
Room was very nice and smelled clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was overcrowded due to a large group that was staying that weekend. There were no stations to deposit dirty dishes and the tables were not being cleared quickly enough. Dishes were everywhere. Food was not being refilled quickly either. "Only one compliant"
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My only complaint was that I asked repeatedly for extra towels, we had run a half marathon and it had poured down rain and was cold, And never got them. The place was nice, the lobby was very crowded the first day due to a hiring fair. Interviewees were using the business center computers, often their was a line to use the computer. Our stay was very pleasant, The beds were very comfortable. The Breakfast was excellent and very friendly Omelet station staff especially the man and woman team on Saturday morning. The line was very long, but move pretty rapid. The only thing I was disappointed was upon arrival and entering our room.....the room smelled extremely stale even with housekeeping […] coming up and spraying it with something...which did not help, but eventually the smell was not as noticeable. "Easy to get to, fantastic breakfast, comfy room"
Nice big comfy room, having a fridge is nice, tv channel selection ok. Breakfast in the morning is by far the best complimentary breakfast of any chain, and it's nice that they serve it until 10:30 on weekends. REALLY long line (it took about 20-25 minutes to get through the line), but the hotel was full, and I think everyone came down to breakfast. […] They kept everything full (eggs, bacon/sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy, fruit, french toast/pancakes, bagels, cereal, etc). I didn't try the omelet station (really long line for that as well), but the ones I saw on people's plates looked good. I wish they did offer room service or some kind of food late night though, I got in at 11:30pm after a wedding, and was really hungry, it would have been nice to get a snack. "all one bedroom suits but noisy and can't shower"
My family stayed 2 nights for family vacation before school start. 4 of us over Fri 8/24 and Sat the 8/25. Rooms is nice with one bedroom and a separate living area with good sizes and 2 flat screen TV. Parking is difficult due to wedding reception. Taking shower is a pain. Water don't come out due to pressure issue and in the middle of my shower, it […] is just dripping a few drop of water. Painful for me because taking a shower really relax me after a long day out. My room is on the 8th floor and was very noisy the whole night. I can hear next door or maybe up stair's room has their TV on all night. Breakfast...never mind. No enough tables, long line for getting omelet with just 2 chief and everyone doing things slowly like they don't care if you get to eat before 1030....that's when they close the line. Good thing is the room cleanliness is good. Hotel is 20 miles away from Williams burg/Brush garden but only highway I-64 always have traffic for 2 reasons. First is due to number of lane cut down from 4 to 3 than 3 become 2 lane. Second is local drivers do not know how to drive and this highway has lots of accidents. Inter-net cost is $9.99 for 24 hours. Not free. Breakfast is complimentary but I would skip and go else where instead. Target is 2 blocks away....If you have plans to go North to Williamsburg, Brush Garden or Water-country. I would suggest to just stay up in Williamsburg area instead. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE AMENITIES WERE GOOD. THE HAVING TO HAVE THE CARDS FOR MEALS WHEN ITS FREE WITH THE STAY, IS INCONVENIENT.
