The only complaint was the pool heater was not working so could not go for a swim in ice water. But otherwise it was a great stay.

We stayed one night at the hotel (and thank god it was only one night). We arrived late in the evening after sunset. The entry to Hotel is of service road with no lights and it was a little tricky to find entry drive way. Once inside the hotel, check in clerk was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Soon after check-in we realized that we had forgotten to bring toothpaste. we ask for toothpaste, the clerk saidthey were out of stock. Next morning , toilet clogged. When I called hotel service at about 0800 am, no one picked up the phone. It took 4 or 5 calls before some one picked up and promided to send some onr to fix the problem. We waited and waited and had to call twice more, tilll someone show up to fix the issue. After that when we went to breakfast, at about 0930, (Posted breakfast serving time 0730 to 1000), they ran out of Egg, french toast and sausages. Attendant said he can not replenish the food because microwave was broken. So we had to check out the hotel and eat breakfast elsewhere. Bottom line- I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. We have been staying in this same hotel every year for several years for price/location/quality , and loved it. This year the price was MUCH higher, the staff was abnormally unfriendly, pillows were awful, bed was rock hard, our room needed maintenance which they did tend to very quickly, the breakfast that is included is a good deal and there are a […] variety of restaurants and conveniences very nearby for just about anything you might need, over all a nice hotel and good value (if you book early early) i just hope this decline in quality and service was just a fluke... Second year in a row at this hotel for Spring Carlisle. When I booked the room through hotels I booked a suite and requested that it be on the side of the hotel away from Highway 15. I even called the hotel directly a few days before check-in requesting the same. When we arrived late on the first night of our stay I was given the key to our room and […] was told it was on the highway side and there was nothing they could do to help me out (the two young adults on site clearly had no interest in trying to help me out). The following morning after a sleepless night I went to the desk and again asked about changing rooms. Bill, who I will rave about now, went out of his way to switch us to a regulat room on the other side of the building with someone who had not checked in yet and had no preference to room location. He did tell us that ALL of the suites were on the highway side and there was NO WAY the hotel could have met my request. Wish I had been told that when I called the hotel and made my request. Other than that, I have no complaints. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast (although I could live without the microwaved soggy eggs) and if you need someone who actually cares about the customer, find Bill, he was terrific. Lisez la suite

The place was understaffed, there was no microwave and refrigerator in the room as advertised, the stairs needed vacuuming when we arrived on Friday and still needed vacuuming when we left on Monday AND the eggs were awful!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel with our 3 young children. We stayed for a quick overnight as a place to sleep on a longer road trip. The room was very good sized and clean. I have stayed at this hotel twice and it has been perfect both times. Friendly and helpful staff, hotel and rooms are clean, quality bedding, and a great breakfast with waffles. I have stayed at many of the other hotels in the area and this is one of my favorites.

We stayed here for a weekend and were basically happy with the room itself. It was clean and had all the conveniences we wanted. We were happy the suite had a door for the bedroom and there were two tvs. The hotel however needed some work. When you walk in the lobby the beautiful staircase was missing three of the bannister legs. The pool had NO heat […] at all! The hot tub was very hot the first day and cold and stinky the next. There were never any towels in the pool room so we constantly had to go to the front desk and ask for some. The exercise room was a little small and had filtered water with no cups. Why? The front desk was very nice, when there was someone there. If they could just take care of the pool and exercise room and fix the bannister it would be a pretty decent place! It's all in the details! Indoor Pool temperature was cold, Spa timer didn't work, exercise room bike didn't work, breakfast offerings-minimal, watery oatmeal,no yogurt,no attempt to refresh the food offerings. Front desk staff did not seem to be about "customer service". Usually would have a much higher rating for a Country Inn and Suites and that's […] why I chose it initially. Will not return. THE ROOM AND HOTEL WAS NICE ,THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT HOWEVER THE POOL WAS NOT WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM THEY HAD SOME PROBLEM AND THE KIDS AND I PICKED THIS PLACE SO WE COULD SWIM SO THAT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW WE COULDNT SWIM I WOULD HAVE PICKED A DIFFERENT SPOT.

Very nice, great location for our destinations. I took my son away for his birthday to see the antique car museum and Hershey museum in Hershey and Carlisle sports emporium. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. We'd stay there again. All areas of the hotel where nice and clean except the 1st floor carpeted areas where dirty and bubbling up in spots. There was a cat urine smell in the stairwell area and carpeting in there needed replaced or cleaned. All in all not a bad hotel just needs some updates on carpeting.

I only stayed at the hotel overnight, but for the price, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast selection was good, if not the most gourmet -- it did have fresh Belgian waffles etc. Overall, I would stay there again.

We were expecting heated pool but it was too cold and the jacuzzy was too hot but that might be ok for some people. Room was clean, breakfast was great.

Great breakfast, and nice rooms. When I drew a bath, the tub retained the heat for over an hour and a half. Will return.

There are a few reasons we selected this hotel: 1) Past stay was great 2) Queen-sized beds (not many in the area) 3) Excellent breakfast. Our stay was great. Very comfortable. Quiet. Great breakfast. Pleasant staff. Everything we needed!

The room was too noisey. I heard the outside truck traffic continuously thru the night. I got very little sleep. They should do something about deadening the traffic noise in the rooms facing the Highway. I stayed once before in a room in the rear of the Hotel and it was fine. Very dissapointed. May choose another Hotel in future.

Overall, very good stay. Staff was great! Pool was cool even though it said it was heated. Good variety of food for breakfast. Facility very clean. A lot of road noise.

The hotel was near a busy highway which caused a great deal of noise at night as trucks passed. If this was not bad enough, you could hear everything including conversations from the adjoining room. Since the patron in the adjoining room apparently had an early morning arising at 3:30 a.m., there was very little sleeping that occurred in my room.

We were there for five days. Everyone was nice but the front desk did not acknowledge guests or even raise their heads from their computer when a guest came in the door. The exercise room needs work. The only bad thing is that for the second time in as many stays, I could not get the wireless internet to connect. Several network connections available but none would work. Don't have this problem anywhere else.
