"This hotel saved our vacation!"
We stayed up north for several days at an all-inclusive and also at a hotel in Rodney Bay. One was ok, the all inclusive was horrible. So we quickly changed our reservations and treated ourselves to this hotel for the last two nights. The room, Ginger Lily, was amazing! Great views, great room, and a comfortable bed and private pool. We had an a/c […] room, but it wasn't necessary. The hotel staff was also very kind and helpful. We booked a tour to the volcano thru them and all our transfers. Suzan at reception was the first person in the whole trip who actually smiled, laughed and ttalked with us! We didn't think we would return to St. Lucia after our first few hotels, but would now just to spend a week at this resort. Lisez la suite

"Best accommodations I have ever stayed at!!"
I stayed at the Flamboyant Villa and was by far the best accommodations I have ever had! Beautiful view of the sunset, mountains, and Caribbean Sea! Staff was very pleasant and food was yummy!
"Stonefield Estates - a St Lucian gem!"
This is a fantastic place to stay in St Lucia. It is not a massive cookie-cutter resort, it feels very private and intimate - perfect for couples or families looking for something special. Such gorgeous views, wonderful villas, and the people could not be nicer. They really take care of you! The girls at the front desk are truly fabulous. The food at […] The Mango Tree is really quite good, they change the menu every night so you can't possibly get bored. Not too terribly expensive either, though food on St Lucia is more pricey since a lot must be imported. But there is nothing more relaxing than having a glass of wine and watching the sun set near the Pitons from their gorgeous terrace. Most of the villas have kitchens as well, so you can save some money if you wish by making your own meals. They are happy to shuttle you down to the beach, but there is also pool (though on the small side for a resort). And of course most (if not all?) of the villas have individual pools, so you can enjoy a private swim as well. I have stayed at several different places on the island, as a wedding photographer St Lucia is one of hte hot destinations, and I think Stonefield is definitely the best value of all the places I have been. Other hotels like Ladera have similar views for twice the price! Lisez la suite
Throughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely spot and very helpful and friendly staff. We could not have had a better time.
"Stonefield Villa - Near all amazing locations"
This hotel is located in Souffriere near all the nice beaches. My recommendation would be to land at UVF Airport because it's closer and then rent a car. The hotel villas are very nice though the bed mattress could be a little bit more plush. The private pools and views only add to the experience. The hotel has one restaurant called Mango Tree, which […] is nice and has amazing views to the sea. Breakfast was inclusives as part of our deal and it was very nice with good options on the menu. Food is expensive, so it helps to do quick groceries and store them in the fridge if you're staying for a long time. Soufriere town is a five minute drive and Eeroline is great for groceries. We had an issue at the restaurannt with too many cats running around and one even jumped on our table. It took the hotel staff about 1 day to get all the cats removed, so the hotel was responsive. In the meantime, they delivered our food at no extra charge to our villa. There are mosquitos in St lucia, so go with mosquito repelent. The staff at this hotel is very nice/helpful and responsive. The hotel is conveniently located near Jalousie beach, Anse Chastnet beach, Sulphur Springs and the Gee's Bon Manje restaurant (all of these should be visited) as part of your stay. Be advised, there is no wireless or TV in the villa but the hotel does give you games and cards to play (it's quite refreshing). Also, the open air showers and the bathroom are amazing. Given that stonefiled villas are set in an open hillside be prepared for a little bit of nightime bird chirping noises. It didn't really bother us. Housekeeping is very deligent about keeping the room clean, making beds ets. In a nutshell, this is a Very Nice hotel and i would recommend it. If you have some extra money to spend, checkout Jade Mountain, Jalousie, Anse Chastnet and Ladera hotel. When you check out of the hotel, be sure to check your bill carefully. At the restaurant, tip is already included as part of the service charge, so don't do Lisez la suite
