"Nice clean hotel close to a good restaurant!"

Business travel obviously requires things not generally needed. The room and bed were wonderfully comfortable but my kingdom for an office chair that fits the work table. As well, it would be helpful to be able to turn the television to allow for work at the table (which I always move) and still be able to see the screen.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Housekeeping not so great"

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on a main road and close to just about anything you need (stores, food, etc). The staff was friendly and the free breakfast wasn't that bad either. "Good location, reasonable price, but stinkiy"
This motel has too many smokers using it. We got a non-smoking room but it stilled smelled of smoke from the adjacent rooms. We asked for a different room right away and were given one at the opposite end of the motel which was definitely better. The staff was prompt and courteous. It was a good place to stop for the night, good restaurant next door and a Costco just down the street for gas and any thing I might have needed.Breakfast was ok the coffee was good and I was happy about that.The desk person was good at what he did and was able to give me good advise about food and place to get gas for the truck. No elevator for second floor was a problem for us, just had knee surgery and climbing stairs was difficult with luggage. Pool area had way too much chlorine, burned your eyes just to open the door. Rooms were quiet even though we heard a barking dog early in the evening. Close to good restaraunt and good food. We got a good deal and would stay there […] again. We stayed on second floor and boy it stink soo bad of smoke. We will never stay there again.. We were disappointed that they allowed smoking in some rooms even thought we had non-smoking room. "stop over heading home"

My first time booking here on line! Everything workied out great and all my paper work was waiting on the desk when I arrived. Good place to stay when picking up supplies. My room was suprisingly quiet after 9pm. Good price and still had all the ammenities of higher priced motels. The staff were exceptionally helpful.Avis véridique Hotels.com
The issues I had were that it took 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk because they were on a break, there were children running up and down the halls slamming doors at 3 am., and they also double charged me for the room - once from hotel.com and once from Americinn itself. The hotel was hard to find at first as there I really no sign in the hotel that is visible from the road. The front desk attendant when we checked in was not helpful however every other staff member was awesome! They were very friendly, helpful and efficient! The hotel was about a $14 cab ride from down town and all the action which was great. The hotel […] is close to shopping and food! The pool and dap tub were a bonus and they were open late. The breakfast was also good with boiled eggs, toast, waffles and cereal just to name a few things! Overall we were very happy with this hotel and above all the staff was awesome!
