Excellent accueil, personnel sympathique, hôtel propre, excellent petit déjeuner, délicate attention avec le thé et le café: rien ne manque pour une escale agréable et reposante.

Hôtel choisi pour une étape d'une nuit, chambre grande et confortable pour 3 personnes(2 adultes et un ado) avec TV et accès wifi gratuit. Salle de Douche une peu petite et parking avec un accès pas très aisé. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

Très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Accès très facile proche du périphérique, ce qui appréciable après de nombreuse heures de route. Parking gratuit. Le revers de la médaille, c'est que l'hôtel se situe dans une zone périurbaine sans charme, la route jouxtant le bâtiment est très passante donc très bruyante. L'isolation est bonne, mais ne comptez pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Bus très fréquent pour aller au centre, environ toutes les 15 minutes. Les bâtiments de l'hôtel ont beaucoup de charme, très bon restaurant attenant, et petit déjeuner excellent. Très bien tenu et propre.

trés bon accueil de la part de la dame agée qui nous a reçus , trés soucieuse de nous satisfaire, à nos petits soins! hotel calme: parfois un peu difficile de stationner! pensons revenir l'année prochaine!

Zanhotel Europa se trouve à Bologne (Gare centrale), près de l'aéroport et non loin des sites suivants : Galerie d'art moderne de Bologne, Palazoo Comunale et Palais de l'Archiginnasio.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement

"Zanhotel in Balogna"
Good 4 stars hotel. Very near to train station. The room and breakfast are guite good and price is reasonable. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Bologna in future.

Hotel is very close to train station and the city has signs pointing out hotels but the signage for this hotel is "Europa Hotel". I was looking for "ZanHotel" so we walked a lot to find it. The room and bathroom were clean and more westernized than some other hotels we stayed in in Italy. Hotel Europe in Bologna was more than I expected. While it is a four-star hotel, the rate that I paid was closer to a three-star rate. I was pleasantly surprised to find a an elegant hotel. Service was professional and traveler friendly.

This hotel was very disappointing. My collegues room was full of mould and had a bad stench. My room was not much better. My main complaint about this hotel is the staff, they are extremely lazy and rude, a combination not so good for hoteliers. I would not recommend this hotel. I have stayed in it a couple of times out of desperation but it is extremely […] over priced and the staff make the stay very uncomfortable an intolerant. This was my 2nd time to bologna. As expected, the rooms are much smaller than the US. This includes the beds, shower, bathroom,etc. This hotel was located 3 blocks from the train station which was very convenient and about 5-10 minutes from the main area of bologna. "Very good hotel BUT paper thin walls"
We stayed at the Zanhotel Europa for 2 nights. The staff was friendly, the hotel very clean and the breakfast amazing. The hotel is located near the train station and is 15 minutes walk to the center of town. Great if you are arriving by train. The price was really good compare to the room that we have. It is an old hotel but really clean. It is a bit far a way from the town (about 20 min work), but it is nice to walk.

"reasonable room and facilities"
Hotel was comfortable with good sized room and full breakfast. Hotel parking lot across street was 15E/night. Staff was not very helpful but did speak English. Location convenient for access into/outside the city via car and a 10 min walk to downtown. One problem: it was a cold week in may and we did have difficulty getting the heater to work.

The hotel was pretty nice and not to far from the city. If your an older person and dont want to walk this is not for you but if you dont mind a 15-20 minute walk then your good.Nice lobby and the room was a normal small italian room. If coming from the train station just get a taxi . "Good Deal"
The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was awesome. The meal included eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful. Our train left a couple hours after check-out time, so they offered to hold our bags until we needed to catch the train.

After a short 3 block walk from the train station, we discovered this great hotel. Our room was spacious with freshly painted walls, beautiful curtains and bedspread, and clean carpet. The bathroom was large with lots of shelf space. The breakfast was awesome, it included scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pasteries, nutella, […] honey, a huge assortment of jellies, juice and a push button coffee, cappucino & espresso machine. There were several breakfast room attendants making sure the tables were clean and the food was constantly full and rotated. We would highly recomend this hotel to anyone who visit Bologna. Location is good about 15 min walking to city center but this is not a 4 star hotel, at the most 3. Of course price is 4 star. In “business center” in hotel internet was for 35 cents / min, hmm. Breakfast was good. Staff quite polite

This hotel has a lot of excellent qualities but its location is a bit disappointing. The area close to the station becomes a bit rough at night time so you might want to avoid some shortages on your way back to the hotel. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in and out totally hassle free. "close to the station, a small park, restaurant"
A satisfying experience overall: excellent sized-room, impeccably clean and neat, the breakfast buffet was outstanding! A bit far from the centre of town but close to the station and well connected. Staff helfpful and friendly, good prices for parking the car just round the corner...a very nice hotel indeed.

Een zeer redelijk hotel, goed ontbijt, medewerkers zijn vriendelijk op z'n italiaans (...). Ligt aan een rustige weg. Mijn kamer op de 1e verdieping was goed verzorgd al had het matras z'n beste tijd gehad. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het centraal station.

Hotellets läge nära Centralstationen är perfekt när man besöker mässan som har mycket bra service med transferbussar från centralen, men mycket lyhört, man hör ALLA aktiviteter från angränsande rum och framför allt; Hur tänkte man när man döpte hotellet till Europa och inte någon tidning, nyhetskanal eller någon TV- kanal över huvud taget på annat än […] dubbad italienska!!!! Ett prisvärt och rymligt rum med bra standard. Det enda som drar ner intrycket är en saknad dörr i duschkabinen. Fin frukostbuffe. Närheten till centralstationen är också bra.
Hotel elegante, personale della reception gentile e disponibile. Camera piuttosto spaziosa con un bel bagno pulito. Colazione a buffet varia e buona ma forse non all'altezza delle 4 stelle. All'arrivo alle 12.30 la camera non era ancora disponibile, abbiamo atteso fino alle 14. 駅から歩いていけますが、ずいぶん寂しい場所にあります。近くにレストランもなく、食事はテイクアウトのケバブか駅前のアウトレットのピサ゜(すごくまずかった)しかありませんでした。部屋は、それなりのり広さもありますが、古い設備です。ただ。朝食つきの値段としてはすごく安かったです。価格で割り切って使うならいいかも知れません。

un buon albergo in una bella città. L'unico problema sono gli ospiti che partono la notte e fanno rumore..ma non è colpa dell' albergo.
