hôtel situé en bord de route mais bien insonorisé, gratuité des transports en commun pour les clients de l'hôtel, hotel bien tenue, personnel aimable et souriant !!

Un bon hôtel avec des chambres comfortables et grandes. Les prix sont assez interessants pour une ville comme Genève. Proche de l'aeroport. Un peu loin du centre ville, mais possible d'y aller avec l'autobus.

First impression: the place stinks. They were just cleaning the wastewater pipes pumping off things I do not wish to describe in detail here. The staff is arrogant and very unhelpful. They are only after your money and they do not hide that fact. You are much better off going somewhere else - in particular just outside town in France. Hotel agréable, beau jardin et belle terrace au RDC grande chambre spacieuse et très propre. je n'ai pas pris le petit dejeuner donc je n'ai pas d'opinion le concernant bon rapport qualité-prix

Propre, confortable, agréablement décoré; cependant la soufflerie de l'air conditionné dirigé sur le lit pendant la nuit nous a enrhumé.

Dans l'ensemble plutôt bien, mais un commentaire lu avant notre passage annonçait que le système de réveil ne fonctionnait pas et c'est effectivement arrivé!!!

Large clean family room close to the airport. Really worth the price.

A very nicely designed hotel at a very convenient location, with lots of amenities. The hotel staff are kind and efficient. It would be advisable to replace plastic cups in room with glass ones -- for environmental and quality reasons.

Overall a good clean and reasonable priced hotel for Geneva. Direct airport bus and downtown service stops just outside the hotel. Was none too happy that the check-in employee charged the rooms to my credit card when I had already prepaid entire reservation with hotels.com. I had to get a bit heavy with reception but they did sort out the charges and […] refund my card before we left. Hotels.com need to take some responsibility for ensuring their reservations/accounting system works with the hotels they are selling. We chose this Hotel primarily because of its proximity to the airport and assumed that there was a courtesy bus between the hotel and the airport. With lots of baggage and two small children we were forced to take a taxi that cost 30 EURO for a 5 minute ride. The rooms were prefabricated cabins (cheap). Don't bother staying here.

This hotel was simply superb in every way, a spacious suite to sleep 4 people including Breakfast, this would be good value in almost any International city. The cleanliness was up to the normal very high Swiss expectation. Reception staff were probably the weak link, polite, but not very helpful with a WiFi problem. Will definitely be returning.

Suite Novotel Genevé, are placer perfectly, only 1 km from Geneva int. Airport, takes 5 minutters by coach number 10 to get to the hotel. Same bus goes to center of Geneva. There family rooms are very nice and can only be recomended.

Everything fine except the restaurant was shut! The excuse was it was a weekend! I would have thought that was exactly when a restaurant would be open. So very inconvenient to trudge the very cold streets looking for somewhere to eat.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Take bus 10 from airport - 5th stop, bus 10 takes you to the town centre as well. Shopping centre across the street with a few solid eateries, wide range of shops. The hotel itself is/looks new. Room was big with en-suite bathroom and toilet (they are separate). Room can be split by curtains into two areas, one with double […] bed, the other with single bed including desk and kitchenette. All in all very handy altogether. Geneva was very booked up when I made reservatons so few choices and most of them over-priced. Although not in the desired downtown area, this hotel seemed the best compromise and proved to be totally adequate when I arrived. Small lobby, small elevators but quite roomy in the room itself. About halfway between the airport and the downtown, it's about […] a 20-25 Swiss Franc taxi ride in either direction. A Very Clean and Quiet Hotel near Airport Geneva, Taxi Drive of 6 Min. Hotel is Quite and there is a Shopping Mall Across the street. 10 Min. Drive from City Center. Use Public Transportation due to Very Expensive Taxi Fares in Geneva. Very Recommended Hotel for a Business Stay of a Day or two.

Good for the airport. Free bus pass is a nice bonus too. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel but it does not remain open in the evening. It's probably better than most of the Geneva airport hotels.

Perfectly comfortable hotel. Easy to get to from airport by public bus and also to continue into town. Rooms large and comfortable. Wifi poor but in-room cable access is fine. Internet included as was a large selection of movies. Breakfast expensive for what was provided: would probably pop over road to cafe in the shopping centre next time. The room was very spacious, clean and with proper blinds so the room stayed dark. The only problem was that we could not sleep because the air conditioning was not effective enough! It didn't help that the pillows were so springy it felt like your head was going to be sprung right off the pillow at any moment.

We stayed here one night before flying out of GVA. All hotels in Geneva give guests free transit passes, but this hotel is right by a bus stop that runs every 10 minutes (even in the very early morning) and is 10 minutes from the airport. No need for a car or a taxi.

Good experience clean convienant

it was too expensive when considered how far it was from downtown and there was no airport shuttle service.

Very nice room - even with two kids it worked well. Little kitchen facility, great. Good bathroom. Super shopping centre opposite - very conveniant. Only problem: you cannot open the windows... might be too noisy, but we would have loved some fresh air.

Hotel is very close to airport on one hand and to the city center on the other. it was very useful for us to stay at the hotel on the night we had the flight back. Reception was very hepful and nicely. There are moview on demand, intenet games and more for free in the room.

Take the no 10 bus from the airport (collect free ticket in baggage reclaim hall) to get to the hotel. At checkin you'll receive a free public transport pass for your stay. A couple of CHF extra required for local tax, breakfast is about CHF11 - cold buffet, quite tasty.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not open on Sunday and the morning "buffet" (the pay buffet in the restaurant) was a little sparse. There are no other convenient places to eat in the area except for the fast food places across the street in the mall. The ride to the airport is expensive. We […] had leased a car and returned it on Sunday rather than deal with the hassle on Monday morning when our flight home was scheduled. As a result we needed a taxi back to the hotel and one to the airport in the morning. The combined total wiped out any savings of not staying at a more expensive hotel right at the airport. Use the bus (N0 10 - 4 stops) from the airport as Taxi's wont take you (too close to the airport!) without setting a minimum fare which is 3 times what the meter says. At checkin you get a free bus pass and the service to both City and airport is quick and frequent. Large shopping centre with supermarket, bar and cinema opposite hotel. The Hotel is very efficient and typically transit. Rooms are large and well equipped - but very few non smoking rooms, so non smokers make sure you book up front. hotel is 5 minutes from Geneva Airport but a long way from the city centre, so use the train to go back in, as Taxis are expensive. Breakfast is good.

Very comfortable, clean and fairly large room. While the overall decor was somewhat 'sterile' the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. A great shower. There was adequate storage for our belongings. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant. Very convenient for the airport - about 10 minutes down the road. My family was in Geneva for 2 days between travel destinations. We wanted to be close to the airport and needed a room for 4 as our children are young (6,3). The hotel was about a 5 minute taxi ride or 10 minute bus ride from the airport. Across the street from the hotel is a large shopping mall with restaurants, grocery store and movie theater. Staff […] was polite and helpful. Our room was as shown on the website, which slept 4 comfortably. A bonus that I was unaware of was that we received a transport pass that included an area of Geneva which we could travel in free of charge for the duration of our stay. Great option for business traveler or family traveler with close access to Geneva Airport. Room is large with separate shower and WC - somewhat prefabricated unit typical of Novotel in the 70s - may not please every one. Parking at & $15/night kind of steep but onstreet parking exists for late arrivers. Internet through wired service was free - nice […] plus.
