Très bel hôtel, mais très éloigné du centre ville sans connexion aisée par les transports en commun. Coût du parking de l'hôtel prohibitif.

Hotel très agréable, chambre propre, insonoriser, accueil serviable est aimable. le point très négatif est la distance du centre de amsterdam, il faux 20 a 30 minutes et les transport son très fiable mais très chers.

Séjour d'une nuit. Prix accessible. Chambre très confortable. Décoration très charmante.

Très bon accueil et très bon état général. Personnel qualifié et accueillant. Finalement pas si loin du tramway si on connait les raccourcis ! Avis général excellent. Si je retourne à Amsterdam, j'irai dans cet hôtel.

Bon niveau de prestation compte tenu du prix des chambres. Une station de tram se situe à 500 m environ avec des trams toutes les 10 mm sauf la nuit après minuit 20. Chambres propres, spacieuses et confortables. Le prix du petit déjeuner est très élevé mais une bouilloir avec des sachets de thé et de café sont gracieusement mis à disposition des clients […] dans la chambre. Le tarif du parking est prohibitif 17 € par jour, dans le quartier tous les parking sont au même tarif et il n'y a pas de places de stationnement public. Ce budget parking est donc à prévoir. Très bon accueil. Ambiance chaleureuse. Prix très correct surtout en réservant 3 semaines à l'avance. Quartier calme. Liaison Hotel/Centre ville en bus :-(

L'Hotel offre tout le confort d'un 4 étoiles et est très bien décoré, dans le style design agréable. L'accueil et le service sont agréables. Chambre très calme, assez grande et disposant de tous les équipements attendus. Pas de garage, de restaurant ou de café à proximité, ce qui incite à prendre une place de parking et le petit déjeuner à l'hotel. […] Pour le parking, un tarif promotionnel très correct a été appliqué, ce qui est une excellente initiative de l'hotel. Pour le petit déjeuner, sans être extraordinairement cher, un coût plus bas serait la cerise sur le gâteau. Pour visiter Amsterdam,l'hotel n'est pas si éloigné du centre ville et les moyens de transport sont proches, pratiques et efficaces. De plus, il est proche de la rocade, ce qui permet de quitter Amsterdam facilement. En revanche, trouver dl'hotel dans la soirée peut se révéler une aventure sans GPS, vu sa localisation dans une zone d'affaires et une signalétique limitée. Il vaut mieux se procurer le numéro de téléphone de l'hotel avant le voyage... En conclusion, une excellente adresse, avec des possibilités d'amélioration sur la logistique facilement atteignable. Hotel original par le design et la décoration mais attention, hotel situé dans une zone de bureaux, donc un peu excentré et prix du parking exhorbitant (16,50 €/jour)

un hotel trés design et chambres tres confortable une déco irréprochable pour un prix abordable seul petit bémol a 20 min de tram lign 2 pour arrivé a ledseplein mais aussi non j'y retourne pour mon prochain sejour

Bel hôtel, cadre calme et reposant,climatisation efficace (mais les femmes de ménages enlevaient systématiquement la carte en notre absence). Parking trop cher 16€50 par jour !! Petit déjeuner cher également:19€. Bon à savoir: prévoir de quoi manger si vous n'avez pas l'intention de diner à l'hôtel à votre arrivée car l'hôtel est isolé des commerces […] (entourés de grands groupes industriels). Le 1er tram est à 10-15mns à pieds (le 1er parking également). Le tram 2 va directement à la gare centrale (compter 30mns environ). Un très bon Hôtel. Le service et les personnes qui nous ont accueilli ont été très gentilles et professionnelles. Sur toutes nos questions on recevait des réponses. Propreté remarquable et un design hors norme.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce type d'hotel. Chambre agréable et confort des lits. Mais attention à l'aéroport c'est le bus 195 direction "Slovotaar" qui faut choisir et non les bus engagés par les hotels qui vous en coutera pas moin de 14,50 euros.....

Un hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville mais très facile d'accès : Prendre la ligne 2 du tram et descendre à l'arrêt Aletta Jacobson. Cadre très agréable, très bel hôtel, très propre. En bref, un très bon rapport qualité prix. Attention, on ne peut pas accéder aux chambres avant 2 heurs de l'après midi.

The hotel is around 15 mins with a buss in to Amsterdam. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing i can say was kind of negative, was that most of the staff was moody except for 1 or 2. It was nothing around the hotel, but that we allready new before booking the room, so cant complain about that.

It was a good hotel as compared to those braned hotel . It is definite worth fo money . I wl stay agains in this hotel whenever I go to Amsterdam .

I stayed 4 nights at the Artemis hotel last week and the hotel accomodation was comfortable and the room was clean. The service in their restaurant was poor. My dutch colleagues were warning me that they have poor service and it was confirmed to be true when we had dinner. We waited 30 mintues before the waiter came back to ask for our drinks. However the hotel is quite far from the center of Amsterdam, although there are public transport options to get you to the city center. its location seems more suited for people going to Amsterdam for business rather than tourists, as it is quite close […] to the airport. Large rooms, clean and efficent hotel. Placed away from everything. Not the designhotel-feeling I look for - to "sterile".

Rooms are modern and clean, with anything you could possibly want including a trouser press. The front desk is..... well not the most helpfull staff but it could of been the language barrier..... Location is about 15-20 minutes outside of the city, good if you want to get away.... a bit of a hassle if you want to be in the thick of things.... no real […] options near by for food.... prices seemed a bit pricey for food at the hotel.... The hotel location is so bad . Eventhough the told me it is only 5 km from city center , people should walk for 15 min from last tram station to hotel and the in NO any shopping centre , shops around the hotel . this 15 min walk for travelers are terrible with luggage . Moreover no breakfast , IDONOT reccomend to any one .

The food and beverages were ridicolous overpirced. The food was okay nothing special. I think its disgusting how the hotel takes advantage of the fact that you are a captive audience due to the lack of other shops or restaurnats and feels it is appropriate to charge such inflated prices. Good comfortable and clean hotel, located in open green surroundings. Easy to reach from airport and also easy to go to city centre from hotel. Bus departs every 30 mts. Good price and comfort - can be preferred over the equally or higher priced not so good hotels near Museumplein

Actually, for the 8 hours I was at the hotel, I can say the guy who checked me in was excellent. I can deal with a smoking room and just sleep but there was ash on the floor. That's not great is it?

This hotel was very nice. The rooms have hardwood floors but they are VERY scratched up so it makes the room seem dirty when it isn't. The hotel staff were ok and if you have a car, parking is CRAZY expensive ($17/day). Somewhat close to public transportation (about 10min walk).

Perfectly nice hotel with location being the only real issue. Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side so try and get it included in your room rate if you can. Showers screen in the bathrooms could do with being upgraded as they don't really do a good job of stopping the water escaping onto the floor.

We stayed in this hotel as it was close to where my relatives lived in Amsterdam near Schipol Airport and we were there for a wedding. The hotel stay was very pleasant and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The first room we were given on the first floor, the wash basin was blocked and the staff were very helpful and changed the room for us immediately. […] Also my mum was very fussy and wanted a room at the top floor and that was quite easily fixed. This is a very nice hotel located in a modern, high end, office park (IBM, Texx, Price-Waterhouse, etc.) that is not far from Schipol but far from downtown. The rooms are large and well appointed, I didn't visit the restaurant. The hotel is easy to get to on 195 bus (10 min.) from AMS airport; or on the #2 tram and #18 bus from center city but it's […] a long ride (30min or more). The real problem is that there is nothing else near the hotel, nothing at all. So it is great if you are visiting one of the offices during the week, elsewise you need to plan travel time to even find a place to eat (besides the hotel). Amazing hotel inside, very trendy, rooms are superb. Had to pay €17.50 euro per day which I didn't realise and the hotel was far from Amsterdam, bus in was ok but a pain on tram on way back. Overall very good

The hotel is great if your looking for a typical comfortable American hotel room instead of a European cracker box. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We were there for a 6 days and the cleaning people did a great job every day. The hotel is located a good 10 minute walk to the tram to downtown tourist areas which takes about 20 minutes. […] Bus service is also available right outside the hotel but doesn't run as often as the trams. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean, well maintained and the rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The room rates are very good value. City centre is about 25 minutes by tram or bus which is fine. The airport is also just 20 minutes by bus.The restaurant is fairly good value for dinner and lunch but the buffet breakfast is a monstrous €19. […] The location of the hotel is a fairly strange mix of multi-national company office blocks and further up the road, some fairly shabby looking flats. There is nothing in the way of shops, restaurants or any other services within reach of the hotel. However, I was there for the Amsterdam marathon and the hotel was ideal, with a bus to the Olympic stadium leaving from across the road. A lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Brewing facilities topped up in our room every day and room remade and cleaned every day. It was a pleasure to stay there. My only gripe would be that it's about a 10-15 minute walk to get the tram stop then 30 mins on the tram to get into the centre of Amsterdam. Enjoy Amsterdam but make sure you get the […] last tram back to where you are staying. Do not under any circumstances get a taxi. we did one night and it cost 26 Euros! Fantastic Hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was way over priced at 19.00 each...If you want breakfast then wait till you get to central Amsterdam. Hotel was miles out from the city which was the main downfall.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was easily accessible by both tram and bus. Not being in the throng of the city meant the evenings were quiet and pleasant. The neighbourhood felt safe and the nearby park meant there were lovely birds songs and greenery aplenty. The hotel is outrageously expensive by Canadian standards so we ate […] elsewhere. For tea drinkers the hotel falls woefully sort of options as the tea/coffee service in the rooms is meagre and typically one has to ask for refills of supplies on a daily basis. Room and the bath room were comfortably spacious. The air conditioning was very ineffective. The power connections were dead. The table lamp was not repared even after repeated requests.
