très bon séjour, personnel adorable et disponible, nécessite une voiture car un peu excentré du centre de playa blanca, mais le calme est un luxe.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hotel du 28 mars au 4 avril 2012. L'hotel est vraiment très bien. Nous avions une chambre suite junior au rdc. La chambre est très bien, l'espace chambre est assez grand, plus un espace avec canapé lit et TV ou dormaient les enfants. Salle de bain très bien aussi. L'hotel est grand mais pas trop et donc on est proche de tout. Il ya plusieurs piscines et chacun y trouve son compte (pataugoire ou piscine interdite aux enfants par exemple). N'avons pas participer aux animations si ce n'est la mini disco et un ou deux spectacles du soir (tres bien). Le seul bémol c'est le resto :grand, bruyant et de la nourriture plutôt destinée au anglais ;-) mais ca tjs comme ça dans ce genre de club donc pas mieux pas pire qu'ailleurs. Il y a deux autres resto a thème qu'il fait réserver mais nous nous y sommes pris trop tard. Dans les environs il y a des palges sympa accesibles a pied en 10 min et le centre de Corralejo en 15 min. Et le parc de Las dunas tout proche aussi et vraiment magnifique..

Bel ensemble de bungalows, situés tout près de Playa Blanca, face à la plage. L'ensemble est bien aménagé avec piscines, palmiers, jardins intérieurs bien entretenus. Il y fait très calme, beaucoup de couples d'un certain âge. Wifi à volonté et gratuit près de la réception. Les bungalows sont très conviviaux: petit salon cosy, terrasse avec chaises longues et tables, cuisine, salle de bain et chambres séparées, petite cour intérieure privée pour pendre son linge au soleil. Les points négatifs: les matelas sont usés et grincent abominablement la nuit, et même si tout est mignon, tout est aussi un peu défraichi dans les bungalows (mais cependant fonctionnel). Certains membres du personnel sont impatients et peu sympathique, mais ça reste isolé. J'y retournerai pour le calme, l'environnement apaisant et les piscines joliment aménagées.

Le morromar est un charmant hôtel situé à 5 mn à pied de playamatagorda et de sa longue digue de 12km.on y accède par un agréable chemin qui traverse un jardin de palmiers et cactus. il possède 2 splendides piscines 1 avec séparation pour enfant et l autre abritée du vent et très "cosy".l"hotel est planté dans un magnifique jardin tropical, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Nous avons testé le all inclusive; nourriture, boissons et cocktails étaient variés et de qualité. il existe cependant la formule "à la carte"; à des prix attractifs, ou la supérette de l hotel si vous decidez de cuisiner vous même dans votre kitchenette très fonctionnelle. En un mot, une adresse à retenir...

A Yaiza, l'établissement Hesperia Lanzarote se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Musée des baleines et des dauphins, Plage de Quemada et Plage de Puerto del Carmen. Plage de Pocillos se trouve également à proximité.

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin de l'aéroport tout en étant dans un lieu tranquille à proximité d'un petit port sympathique. Ce n'est toutefois pas un 5 étoiles, malgré sa prétention, mais un bon 4*.

Hotel is located on a beautiful spot and serves good breakfast buffet. Good vibes in this place! Though in februari it was a bit windy and cold esp. in the evenings. So take warm clothes with you.

Came back last week after spending 5 nights at this hotel after 1 week self catering in costa teguise. Was looking forward to a bit of luxury at a 5 star hotel with spa facilities. Firstly didn't bother with spa as when we arrived we found out it was another 60 euros each! infect everything is extra at this hotel. You pay to hire a kette or an ironing […] board! No concierge to meet and greet. real lack of information on hotel facilities. Front of house staff don't seem happy to me. The hotel was quiet and it was totally lacking in atmosphere. Souless. The rooms were dated and bland. Clean yes but a lot of the furniture is chipped and damaged. definitely not 5 star. We moved rooms 3 times. Cockroach in room on bed which we told them about. They said they sorted it. next night a huge one in the bath. So we changed rooms. the room they tried to put us in was depressing, overlooking car park. Shoddy furniture. Moved us again. Most annoying thing is they weren't really bothered. Last room we were in had chip in coffee table. I rang To complain but to be honest gave up and put up with it. Fine if you've got some kids and want a week away. But for couples looking for a bit of pampering I would pay more and try to find a bit of luxury. Also it's out on a limb. You definitely need a car unless you want to stay round pools which are not heated. Even the one they say is heated is freezing. Be warned. No one was in the pools!! I've decided to self cater in future. These supposedly 5 stars are really apart hotels anyway without facilities to make your own drinks. Just loads of rooms built around a main reception block. The Hesperia is a great hotel. From the well presented rooms, great setting and friendly and efficient staff - all contributed to a wonderful holiday. The buffets were excellent, especially the breakfast choices and the home-made pancakes! Theresa - who welcomed guests into the restaurant - was a joy! She remembered guests and their interests and was […] unfailingly both professional and friendly - a real asset to the hotel! Nice Hotel for relaxing and admiring the ocean, Good choice for breakfast the only thing is if going there for supper you will see some of the same things again for supper. Suite are nice and cleaned twice a day. Lots od activities in the hotel and great kids club. Lack of management around and not a great welcoming on arrival, also no porter on duty […] a lot of the time so be perpared to carry you own bags. Good entertainment in the evening. Staff, particularly at Reception, were extremely helpful. Hotel and spa beautiful. Restaurant excellent. Very handy to shops/restaurants at marina. Very relaxing holiday. Thoroughly recommend it!
"Perfect location for a reacting break"
It's now the third time I have visited the Hesperia and every time we love our stay there. If you are looking for a wild time then don't choose this hotel but if you want a beautiful location and relaxing time, then this is for you. The hotel is not 5 star and needs to improve to facilities to warrant a 5 star listing. My main criticism would be […] the food offerings and the bar facilities. Apart from the breakfast the food was average. The drago pool bar served what has to be the worst food on the Island and at 10€ a sandwich not cheap either! The hotel needs to look at it's restaurants and improve quickly, we stayed for 9 nights and only eat at the hotel twice (evening time) The hotel should invest in a good bar, on most nights the only option was to sit in the Piano Bar which is housed in the vast reception area, no atmosphere whatsoever ! Why a hotel with such a beautiful setting doesn't have a bar to sit in and watch the sunsets, the bar closes at 5.30 and doesn't reopen until 9. The chill out bar on the beach is another example, when does a chill our bar play "right said Fred" and 90's disco music? The management just seem to leave the bar staff bring their own music choice in! Overall a great hotel which could be a fabulous place if they got a few things sorted. I noticed the hotel has been taken over by nh hotels , so we might see an improvement! I hope so, we love this place. Lisez la suite

everything was great although we did upgrade at check in as our room did not have a view (well only of car park) no problem and not expensive to upgrade and had fanyastic pool view and sea and surrounding mountains amazing. I cannot praise the staff enought they were so polite and helpfull in every part of the hotel. The spa is fantastic and again the […] staff very helpful. I woudl recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning again at the next possible chance. Although we only live in Fuerteventura across the water to Lanzarote this mini break served us well and we were most impressed with the standard of the sevice and the politeness of rthe staff. Calidad-precio aceptable, pero para nada parece un hotel 5 estrellas. La limpieza deja un poco que desear, y los detalles son inexistentes. Das architektonisch schöne Hotel mit gutem Spa und guten Pools liegt am Rande von Puerto Calero, einem Retortenort, der nicht so recht zu florieren scheint. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist der Service unangemessen schlecht: lange Schlangen an der Rezeption, diese ist telefonisch so gut wie nie erreichbar, Anrufe von außerhalb werden nicht abgenommen, mit […] Pool-Handtüchern wird man durch die Gegend geschickt, um sich eine Art Rückgabekarte geben zu lassen, mit der man dann an der Rezeption nach erneutem Anstehen sein Deposit zurückbekommt etc etc. Das Personal an der Rezeption erscheint überfordert und ist überwiegend unfreundlich. "Vacanza splendida"
Non posso aggiungere altro al titolo, è stata veramente un'ottima scelta e delle straordinarie condizioni di costi. L'isola è molto bella, l'hotel pure. Vi ringraziamo e...già consigliato ad altri amici che però non hanno trovato la stessa vantaggiosa offerta che avete fatto a noi. Ciao e grazie ancora. Alma e Cino.
"No ac for 4 nights!"
This hotel is quite far from a 5 star. The rooms are tatty, with plaster falling off the walls, blocked sinks, cigarrette marks on furniture and stains on sofa. (we stayed in a suite). On the other hand is was very reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. What ruined the stay for us was that the aircon didn't work for the first 4 nights. We complained […] each day and asked to be moved, but they just promised to fix it, but had to live with 26 degrees at night with a 5 month baby used to Norwegian climate! After 4 nights they admitted that it had been switched off from 2200 - 1000 and that they would switch it on all night! Basically they lied to us! There were not enough tables or staff for all the guests, so there were long queues to get breakfast and lunch. Wireless useless as so slow. They charged us for 4 things on our bills (2 seperate rooms) that weren't ours so be sure to check this! On the plus side it was very close to Calero marina with plenty of restaurants. The restaurant staff in the hotel were also very friendly and brilliant with our baby! The hotel pools etc were lovely. The breakfast was also very good with a large selection, but try to get there early (8.30ish) to avoid having to queue. Overall we would have been fairly happy if it wasn't for the ac! Lisez la suite

El hotel es muy correcto y el personal te hace la estancia muy confortable.Lo unico a reprochar es la distribución del edificio que lo hace un tanto lioso acceder a todo el complejo.No lo recomiendo si no se dispone de coche, ya que andando a penas accedes a Puerto Calero y no te ofrece playas ni gran cosa de ocio.Pero esta a diez minutos de Puerto […] del Carmen en coche o taxi. Tämä hotelli sopii, jos haet rauhaa kaukana tavallisesta turistihälinästä, jos haluat lähemmäs luontoa ja jos arvostat rauhallista, hiljaista ilmapiiriä, ja etenkin, jos rakastat meren läheisyyttä. Lentokentältä pääsee paikalle edullisesti taksilla. Hotellin kylpylässä saa ihania hoitoja, hintataso sama kuin Suomessa. Hotellihuoneet ovat tilavia ja […] hyvin varustettuja, helmikuussa villasukat ja villanuttu iltaisin hyvä valinta. Hotellin puutarha kaunis ja suuri, jotta aina löytyi rauhaisa nurkkaus. "super fruehstuecksbuffet"
sehr tolles hotel. wenn lanzarote, dann wieder hier! so ein fruehstuecksbuffet hatte ich noch nie gehabt!!! super gut! das angebot mit hotels.com war sehr gut und das beste, was wir finden konnten.
