Un très bon séjour. Nous avons très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio est équipé d'un micro onde et frigo, idéal pour préparer et garder au frais les sandwich pour les visites aux environs. Bed and breakfast à 2 km de la gare accessible par les bus 256 et 15. Arrêt Koiipark. A very nice place to stay. Far from 2 km from central station. Need to take bus 15 or 256 Koiipark stop if you don't want to walk.

Hôtel calme et luxueux,à 20mns de Rotterdam en pleine nature(piscine en sous-sol).Le confort des chambres très spacieuses, et la propreté sont parfaits.Un personnel chaleureux,toujours à l'écoute des clients; excellent rapport qualité,prix!A RECOMMANDER SANS HESITATION!!!

the hotel is at a nice location, only 5 mins to the closed tram station. they served very good breakfast. we had stayed at a quadruple room at the upperstairs of another nbr (not the exact nbr of the hotel), the room was huge and clean, but some of the lamps were out-of-order and unable to get repaired (we reported at the first day) before we checked […] out. "Very poor quality, holes in wall rude staff"
We arrived in the evening and discoverd there was no parking anywhere near the hotel. They then sold us their parking for €7 a day we got to the parking and it was the worst most unsecure parking. There was also a hole in the Wall and hole in the shower roof which was sewage dripping into the shower, it had been plugged With a dirty tissue. Stairs […] were very steep. Staff very rude, would not change our room and would not refund. We left after 2 days and had booked 4. No prospect of refund, hotels.com should do more to check hotels this was the worst ever, and the surronding area was an immigrant Hood, With crap coffee shops. "Not a good stay"
This hotel may be classified as a 3 star but I am starting to wonder who is doing this rating? This hotel has no air conditioning, no screens on the windows so if you leave them open to try to cool off you are bitten by mosquitoes, and the tv and refrigerator do not work. So if you want a room where you want to sleep without street noise or a room with […] a decent room temperature, choose a competitor as there are many. I would not stay here again at any price. "Hotel Milano - Baking sun, no a/c, food poisoning"
I was all over Europe for 2 months and this was the worst experience I had the entire time. My room was facing the sun all day, there was no a/c (which is not surprising in Europe) but the room temperature was 92 degrees!! We had the windows and door open to vent the heat but the traffic and an apt building across the street which housed dismissed mental […] cases which had screaming crazy people throwing furniture and bottles out the window made this option as discomforting. The following morning one of the crazies was outside throwing pave stones through through the plate glass windows in front of the building. Also, in the morning we went to the breakfast buffet that was included. The meats and cheeses were in the direct sunlight and had spoiled. We became very ill with food poisoning. The location is on a very busy intersection and in an unsafe part of town. In fact there was a investigative crew filming the area and interviewing shop owners about the high crime in the area. Very good value for money, includes a good breakfast. Very close to the route 23 tram line, walking distance to nightlife and many good restaurants.

"Good Budget Hotel"
The hotel has no A/C and we have to close the windows after killing 3 mosquitos. The room and bath are spacious. The breakfast has a lot more than expected. Chinatown is located in between the hotel and the central train station. The area is mixed races and appears to be safety for walking.

Un pò trasandato, io e mio marito avevamo una camera doppia tanto piccola che non riuscivo quasi a passare per andare a letto. Siamo rimasti bloccati due volte in ascensore (piu che un ascensore era una cosa strana................) e il giorno di partenza ci siamo dovuti portare giu le valigie per quelle scale strette e ripide, non è stato piacevole. Ich hatte Einblick in vier Zimmer. Positiv: + Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich + Frühstücksauswahl + 20 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Centraal + 3 min zur nächsten Tram-Haltestelle + günstiger Preis Negativ: - Zustand der Zimmer; könnten alle eine Renovierung vertragen - Einrichtung sehr unterschiedlich (teilw. kein Telefon oder kein Fön oder kein TV) - […] Einzelzimmer sehr klein - Ausblick nach vorn zur belebten Kreuzung, nach hinten zum verwahrlosten Innenhof Lisez la suite
"Nice hotel on a very noisy road"
The good things: - Large, clean room with large bathroom - Very comfy beds (not too soft, not too hard) - Lovely breakfast buffet with fresh croissants, fried and boiled eggs, cereals, breads, cheese, ham, fresh juice, tee, coffee, hot chocolate and more. - Near the central station The bad things: - The hotel is placed on a very noisy road. Couldn't […] sleep. It would probably be fine on the back side of the hotel. - No air-con. The room was extremely hot and we didn't want to open the window because of the noisy road. I wouldn't stay here in the summer. - The area was a bit dodgy. Not the nicest place to walk around at night. - The hotel would have been fantastic if it wasn't for the location. "Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es super!"
Das Hotel ist sehr klein und hat nicht all zu viele Zimmer. Aber die Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung, jedoch muss man beim Duschen aufpassen, dass kein Wasserdampf in den Feuermelder gelangt, denn ein ausgelöster Alarm kostet etwa 250€!! Das Hotel liegt nahe von China Town und man kann von hier aus viele interessante Orte gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das […] Frühstücksbüffet ist grandios! Ich war ernsthaft überrascht und sehr erfreut! Viihtyisä aamiaispaikka ihan hyvine tarjoiluineen. Tilava huone, mutta meluisa katu, mutta meluunkin tottuu. Kannattaa pyytää huone sisäpihalta, jos ei pidä automelusta. Hyvät yhteydet - kaikkialle. Hotellia voi suositella: hyvä tunnelma.

Kamer was netjes, echter drie hoog in een bijgebouw zonder lift. Het was warm en de airco hing er wel maar werkte niet...volgens de receptioniste was hij nog niet aangesloten ?? Ramen konden niet open i.v.m. i verkeerslawaai. Op ons verzoek voor een andere kamer kregen we alleen de naastgelegen kamer aangeboden met dezelfde problematiek , jammer.
"Relativ zentral, aber unfreundliche Umgebung"
Zwar zentral gelegen, aber in schlechter Umgebung mit vielen Sexshops etc. Zimmer mit sehr unterschiedlichem Zustand - teilweise OK, teilweise unsaniert. Parkplatz ist ein kleiner Hinterhof auf der anderen Straßenseite. Frühstücksbüffet ist hingegen gut.

A nice and clean hotel that I recommend if you don't want to pay too much. Close to city centre and tram. But the elevator was broken which meant that we had to climb the steep stairs.

Het hotel voldeed ook de tweede keer aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik moet voor mijn werk vaak overnachten in Rotterdam. Ik zocht een nette kamer, goede badkamer, schoon en goed ontbijt voor een redelijke prijs. Dat klopt bij hotel Milano. De ligging aan de doorgaande route dwars door Rotterdam (via de Maastunnel) maakt het gemakkelijk bereikbaar maar er […] is natuurlijk ook verkeerslawaai. "Hotel Milano te Rotterdam"
Ik was in dit hotel om 1 nacht over te blijven voor mijn werk. Ik heb daarom een goedkoop hotel uitgezocht. Mijn beoordeling komt dus voort uit ervaring van 1 nacht. De locatie kende is. Het is de oude doorgaande route met de maastunnel, dwars door Rotterdam. Het ligt aan de rand van het centrum. Parkeren kan gewoon op straat in de achterliggende woonbuurt, […] overdag moet je dan elke uur de meter bijvullen, 's nachts is het gratis, tot 9.00 uur in de ochtend. Hte hotel bestaat uit een aantal samengetrokken woonpanden die d.m.v. gangen met elkaar zijn verbonden. Ik had een eenpersoons kamer, niet groot, maar voor die ene nacht groot genoeg. Sanitair nog wat ouderwets. Kamer en badkamer waren schoon en ook de lakens en het beddegoed. Ontbijt bestomd uit croissants, broodjes en soorten brood, muesli etc. Alles zelfbediening.
