the hotel was great you didnt need to drive anywhere in your car everything was right there great stay but bad beach weather very cold and rainy

Have been there before and enjoyed the location very much - Wish I had known they had a heated indoor pool!

We took my daughter to Myrtle Beach for her 16th birthday with a couple of her friends. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the views were spectacular. The staff was always cheerful and ready to help. I really enjoyed myself. It was a couple of miles away from the attractions like Family Kingdom and Broadway at the Beach. Enjoyed it and would definitely consider it again. The management staff was easy to work with when I had several questions for them!

Everything was good but didn't like the "Resort Fee" that I did not know about ahead of time. Otherwise it was great.

The room wasn't bad but the hotel is a little out dated. Great for the price. Customer service was good. The bar is ridiculous on there prices ... 10buck for a not so special mix drink ... I would stay there again for the price

This was a nice hotel. Not a 5 star but nice. I was not happy that I did not get a king bed at check in when that is what I did request and for the most part our stay was nice. The outside pool and lazy river needs to be warmer and the indoor pool also. They were really cold!! The hotel staff was very nice and helpful I did ask for a late check out […] and the whole time that we were there no one was granted a late check out but it never hurts to ask. I also like to be on the upper floors not the lower ones but I was told that that was all they had left. On our last night in the hotel the people (a bunch of college guys) were making lots of noise and my husband tried calling down to the desk from 11pm until 1:30am and no one answered the phone. He tried calling over 10 times so he finely opened the door to our room and told them that they needed to be quit he said that there was over 10 people standing out in the hall. We have three kids so I was not really happy about that. We just could not believe that there was anyone at the desk since our room was almost right over the main desk!! There is a big open balcony that looks right at the desk and with all the noise that those kids were making if anyone had been there they would have heard them. Our stay was most satisfying. We loved the professional manner of the staff. We didn't use all the facilities as we were there for too short a time. We do plan on returning with a much longer stay. One very interesting factor is the risk free booking. There are times that things just don't work out as planned. It's a relief knowing that there would […] not be a charge for a reservation that might be cancelled. It was such a delight sitting outside our room and watching the palm trees and the endless beauty of the ocean. As we were checking out we were told to stay safe so we could return. Those words run over and over in my mind. What a thoughtful way to say thank you. Our daughter and family joined us for breakfast. She was so impressed with the staff as well as the facility. She also wants to return. Our grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. All and all the entire stay was a delight. We will return. Lisez la suite

A good value for the money. Only one complaint water pressure on shower was terrible.

This was our first time staying in this area. The hotel location was very conveneient. We could walk to restaurant's, gift stores, and nightlife. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. There were only a few things we didn't like. The bedroom was on the hall side and you could hear everything going on. The other thing was the bathroom was too small. […] Also, when we checked in, we had to pay an extra booking fee. I have booked with Hotels.com before and have never had to pay an extra fee. Staff not friendly. indoor swimming pool temp is low.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Most of the rooms were clean, our housekeeping person half-cleaned the room,but she made the beds very well. I would stay there again because it is an oceanfront hotel(great location), not necessarily for the comfort of the hotel.

Excellent location. Nice beach pool and hot tub. Close to stores and resturants. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay for a girlfriends weekend. Got the suite with oceanview. Everything was very clean and a beautiful view. Hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful; however, the cleaning crews would talk very loudly early morning walking the hallway. Our room was right next to the service elevator and you could every time the elevator would […] ding. No other complaint than that. We stayed over spring break and had no problems. Our room was nice and had a microwave and fridge was convenient and nice. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

I was very unhappy about my first experience and probably last. When I arrived to the hotel I checked in and right off the bat the hotel informed me that I owed $24.00 for charges you did not tell me about. Then as I opened the door to my room there were 2 double beds instead of the king size bed as my confirmation stated. I even called this hotel the […] day before to confirm the king bed. I went back down the the counter and the lady behind the counter informed me that because I did not book through the hotel I was not entitled to get what I requested. I then responded why do you allow hotels.com to book rooms for you if you are not going to honor your guest request? I work in retail and you are supposed to make your customers happy. She informed me I could upgrade and pay more. Was not going to do that, it wasn't my fault. I'm 6'4 I did not sleep worth a crap any night especially when the beds felt like u were sleeping on a hardwood floor because they are so hard. I chose to stay here so I could save an extra $50.00. the hotel booked us an an ocean view room with king size bed. when we arrived it was on the side of the building. you had to stand on the balcony and stretch over it to see around the building to the ocean. the room was as big as a king size closet. only room for the bed and a very small bathroom, that's it. instead of dying from claustrophobic I asked […] for anothr room. they charged me an extra $20 a night for a real ocean view room with a regular sized room, even though it was a "smoking" room! the bed was very uncomfortable. the room cleaning was poor. we even asked for the floors to be done. The lazy river and hot tub had lots of sand in them. Never saw them cleaned.

This hotel hates when people purchase a room through a service and they make sure you know it. They tried to put me in a smoking room in the middle of march as if they didn't have a nonsmoking. I requested a change due to the fact that I don't smoke and I have asthma. They changed our room but made sure I knew that it was all because I didn't purchase […] the room through them. Also the indoor hot tub was cold and the hot tub outside was hot but filled with debris. Overall I enjoy staying at this place regardless. Lisez la suite

Awesome and very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Treated us college spring breakers like any normal guest! Already booking my next stay here :)

My wife and I needed a quick get away and we was not disappointed. The price was very affordable and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff took care of us right away and were very friendly. Will stay again soon!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights during our Spring Break vacation. For the price, this hotel is nicely situated on the beach with outdoor and indoor pools. To add, everything was pretty clean in the lobby, outside, and in the rooms. However, simple changes to the following could make this hotel much better: the outside showers […] do not work which led to everyone cleaning their feet in the pool, the hottubs were only luke warm when we tried them, the buttons on the elevators often needed multiple presses, the safe does not open until 9am which mean you cannot leave until after if you have a security deposit, and the staff were not very friendly. This is a place I would consider again for the price but only after extensively looking into other locations. I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Lisez la suite

Located right there at Main Street where all the clubs and restaurants are. You never have to get in your car and go anywhere. Excellent facilities, tiki bar, nightclub, restaurant, pools, hot tubs right on premises.

Reasonable rates, easy to find, wi-fi, kitchenette type set up with dishes, fridge & microwave, murphy bed & 2 tv's. While the neighbors were a bit rowdy for my tastes, a phone call was all it took to get them settled down for the night. Beautiful view from balcony. Chairs for outdoor use & right on the ocean. It was a winner for us.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary and couldn't have stayed in a more beautiful room with a beautiful view. Everyone from front desk to the cleaning staff was very hospitable and a joy to deal with.

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and on the beach. The main attractions are in Myrtle beach, but North Myrtle beach was very nice. My only con was that we stayed during their off season so 90% of the hotel's services (spa, diners, etc) were closed.

The room was ocean front and very clean. Would return to this hotel for a summer visit.

The staff was great! Checked in a day early staff made sure our luggage was transferred safely.Our room was kept clean the 6 days we were there. Would recommend this hotel to everyone..

UPON ENTRY TO THE ROOM ,. THE BED IS THE FIRST THING I LOOK AT FOR CLEANLYNESS. IT WAS PERFECT. THE FIRST NIGHT REVEALED THAT THE MATTRESS WAS TOO THIN, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER VENT RATTLED TERRIBLY. MY HUSBAND STUFFED THE VENT WITH KLEENEX TO QUIET THE NOISE . THESE LITTLE PROBLEMS WILL NOT KEEP US FROM RETURNING. we had a 5th floor, ocean vies and it was extremely nice. With the balconey, we opened the windows and had the ocean wave sound all night. It was a pleasant surprise as this was the first time using Hotels.com. Everything worked out well. Only addition was the resort fee for $7.xx which was ok with the overall pric e for a very nice room.

Great location for quiet vacation. Stayed there many times and love it.....

EVERYTHING WAS 5 STAR PERFECT HERE OTHER THAN THE PARKING. ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, GREAT VIEW. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. PARKING LOT WAS SMALL AND IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN HAD TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET. NOT THERE FAULT, BUT THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. LOVE THIS HOTEL!!

Right on beach and view is great. But room arrangement is wierd as you walk right into the bedroom from the outside hallway. Did have full size fridge and microwave with dishes that I did not expect. Very noisy when next door group checked in. Walls are thin.Glad we only stayed overnight.
