Un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel où l'accueil a été très chaleureux et le personnel très professionnel. Lorsque nous avons voulu réserver une voiture l'hôtel s'est occupé de tout de même pour les taxis et tous les renseignements dont nous avons eu besoin pendant notre séjour. Hotel sympa et design ! personnel aimable et serviable ! La situation de l'hôtel est tout simplement extra. En plein centre ville mais dans une petite ruelle très calme. Aucun bruit. bref je recommande cet hôtel

super séjour , l’hôtel est vraiment très bien placé , le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et a votre écoute .la chambre très spacieuse et très confortable , le petit déjeuné est vraiment très copieux hélas un peu chers a notre gout . nous retournerons dans cet hôtel si nous devons revenir sur Séville.

hotel proche des sites importants. Chambre avec ordi portable! il y a des ordi portable dans le hall d'entrée aussi. les rues sont en sens unique, j'ai un peu tourné pour arriver dans la rue. Il y a un parking souterrain mais pas assez grand pour tous les clients, je suis allé au parking public place Nueva, juste à coté.

Rien à dire sauf que il est assez mal isolé donc si vous avez des voisins un peu agités... Il vaut mieux prendre le petit déjeuner devant la cathédrale sur une terrasse. Beaucoup moins cher et nettement plus agréable!

très bon hôtel emplacement idéal dans Séville en plein centre.wifi gratuit mais quelques difficulté pour se connecter. prenez le bus de tourisme pour visiter la ville .pour aller boire un verre je recommande un bar en contre bas du fleuve.deco façon cosy.super.commandez la sangria elle est excellente.

hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de la cathédrale et à la décoration soignée .Accueil agréable,personnel à l'écoute et parlant français . Par contre ,accès difficile avec une grosse voiture(style 4x4) et chambres familiales petites . Quand à la porte vitrée de la salle de bain ,que dire ? c'est une aberration...

Difficile à trouver par le manque de panneaux indicateur, parking indispensable, très bien placé très bon accueil, propre et au calme, à conseiller.

Ne correspond pas à votre définition de **** (pas de bagagiste, pas de services resto ou détente ou autre). Très très bruillant : 1ère nuit très peu dormi à cause d'ados foutant le b... dans le couloir : personne n'est venu leur demander de cesser leur boucant (de plusieurs heures). Jolie chambre, mais bcp de poussière, et bcp d'éléments mal fixés […] ou mal réparés (abattant toilette...) Salle de bain pas du tout isolée de la chambre (phonique et lumière), rien pour poser ses affaires (vetements, trousse toilette...etc). Lits jumeaux, comme demandé, mais collés l'un à l'autre : ce ne sont plus vraiment des lits jumeaux. Bref, bonne situation, personnel charmant, mais c'est un bon 3 ***, surement pas plus. PS : px petits déjs prohibitifs, alors que de nombreux cafés alentours en proposent de délicieux pour 1/4 du prix de l'hotel. Hôtel très bien placé par rapport au centre ville de Séville. Chambre agréable et soignée !! A noter que leur parking n'est pas très haut et que notre voiture avec un coffre de toit n'a pu rentrer... donc un peu galère de trouver une place.....

The hotel is very close to everything in Seville and in a quiet little street. The rooftop terrace had amazing views but could be used better. The bedroom was very comfortable but the air-conditioning wasn't working because they still had the heating on despite temperatures in the 20's so the room was always hot. We stayed in this hotel as a family. We were assigned Room 3 and Room 7. Room 7 is good value for money, high ceilings give it a feeling of luxury, spacious bathroom. Room 3 is not good value, the two twin beds were cramped into a small space, so walking around the room was d ifficult and the air conditioning did not work. The claim that the broadband is very fast is true, the internet worked well in both rooms we stayed in, but the power shower didn't quite deliver, as the water pressure was not strong enough to ensure that all jet streams could be switched on at the same time. The service was hit and miss. A receptionist called Juan was efficient and matter of fact. However, a female receptionist with a long face the day after was abrupt and impatient, so would recommend more uniform staff training. The breakfast was simple but good. Fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, selection of cold cuts, fruit, sweet breakfast foods (chocolate donuts etc), small sausages, cereal. Nothing was lacking, but the food in Seville is amazing and cheap, so really you're paying for the convenience rather than an amazing spread. Lisez la suite

A bit tricky to locate if you are driving, but a convenient garage and the key sites are very close. Breakfast is nothing special, but the room was nice and staff very helpful.

Stayed here last week for a city break. Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful, location excellent for exploring Seville.

Perfectly placed for cathederal, Alcazar and E Morales - best tapas in town! Only grumble is glass door in bathroom - why? and slightly antiseptic feel to the whole place. Staff couldn't have been nicer however.

This hotel is on the edge of a small town. It is nice and quiet with nice views. There is a 1/4 mile walk to the old section of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was comfortable. Room was good for a family of 4 (bunk bed plus king). Good central location.

Hotel is in a great location for exploring Seville. It was very clean. Receptionists were very friendly and pleasant. We didn't have the breakfasts as they were expensive (can't put exact rate as per hotels.com regulations). However, there are nearby cafes and a Starbucks so breakfast wasn't a problem. The only difficulty I had was that on the last […] day my nightdress got swept up with the bedlinen (!) Unfortunately, the laundry isn't done in the hotel, so they are sending the nightdress onto me. I have been back in England for less than a week, so obviously have not received it yet. Wish I was a tidier person!!! Despite this, I was impressed with this very clean, modern hotel which was in a good location for exploring the lovely Seville. The hotel is tucked away, but as it turns out in a great location within walking distance of everything we wanted. We arrived very early and therefore the room was not ready, but the staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for the two of us...the bed was so comfortable and big! Free wifi and laptop in room very handy. Very happy with it all.

This is a short walk 1 block walk with two turns to the Plaza Nueva (local train and taxis), and also a few steps to the Cathedral. Excellent location, though we would have had trouble finding it the first time. Taxi cost was 10 E from the Renfe, which was well worth it. The front desk was wonderful. She is pleasant, helpful, and speaks fluent English. The hotel is small and modern but has the facilities and service that you would expect in a larger chain hotel. It is very clean. The staff are welcoming and speak very good English. The rooms are adequate and the bathrooms well equipped. Water always very hot! The location is excellent for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all attractions […] and wander along the lanes to take in the atmosphere without the need for transport. Some very nice restaurants nearby. Excellent location within wlaking distance of the major locations of interest.Dont bring a car as hotel is on a very narrow street with little parking..Staff tended to be young and very helpful

Best hotel i've stayed in Sevilla.

This was an outstanding place to stay. The two biggest advantages were its location (very close to many dining areas and the Cathedral), and the staff. Our Spanish is not very good, but the front desk staff were extraordinarily helpful in getting us to different locations (e.g., a trip to Gibraltar) and tickets for events. Very nice hotel in tiny backstreet, as all of the streets are in this old part of Seville, full of beautiful buildings. Rooms are a reasonable size and well appointed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of good places to eat nearby, although nothing is too far in Seville.

First off, the location is hard to beat. Just a short walk from many of the main attractions, and from the tram. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find my way around, and they graciously let me store my bags in the back for a few days while I made a side trip. Great hotel, perfect location & great value for money. The only difficulty was finding the hotel round the one way streets of Seville. Defintely get good directions beforehand if driving.

If you are not familiar with Seville, be very very careful driving to this hotel. The streets are extremely tight and street signs are difficult to spot. We put our trust in our GPS and once we got into the old town the GPS lost its signal and we were on our own. We eventually ended up parking in a public lot and taking a cab. This hotel is very comfortable and in a great location. The bathrooms are huge with great spa showers. Our only complaint is that breakfast was not included, and breakfast is 15 Euros per person. Instead, we walked less than 100 yards to the right and found two different breakfast places where two could eat for less than 15 Euros total.

L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, si trova dietro alla cattedrale e all'inizio della via dello shopping (per gli interessati). Non ho mai dovuto prendere un mezzo, mi sono sempre spostata a piedi. Ho prenotato tramite Hotels.com e la stanza che mi han dato era pessima! piccolissima, il finto parquet di linoleum del bagno era tutto scrostato e i muri […] ammuffiti, l'unica finestra dava su un patio interno dove c'era puzza di fritto costantemente, la rotellina del termostato non funzionava e ho avuto freddo, il bidet non cera e la doccia non era pulita bene. Ho così chiesto un upgrading e la signorina della reception che ho trovato in quel momento mi ha risposto con un NO categorico, perchè l'albergo era tutto pieno. Ho provato a fare la stessa domanda dopo un paio d'ore ad un'altra ragazza che mi ha risposto che non c'era nessun problema! ho così avuto l'upgrading e mi hanno dato una camera più grande, con due bei balconi sulla stradina dell'albergo ma con gli stessi altri problemi di muffa, di linoleum nel bagno e di assenza di bidet. Il bello dell'hotel è la hall con divani, poltrone, tavolini e accesso gratis ad internet, ma il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo questa bella zona non era più accessibile per manutenzione. La colazione è di scarsa qualità. Non lo consiglierei in quanto non rispetta i miei canoni di 4 stelle ma devo dire che la posizione è perfetta! Lisez la suite

Минусы: нереально самому подъехать на машине на зная старого города. Везде кирпичи и одностороннее движение, 2 навигатора (Том-Том и Гугль) не помогли. Пришлось брать таксиста и ехать за ним. паркинг […] платный - 21 евро сутки. Завтраки - так себе. в один из завтраков - явно вчерашние продукты на шведском столе. Zimmer unterer Durchschnitt, keinesfalls 4Sterne plus.Anfahrt (ohne Navi.) sehr schwer in der engen Altstadt (mit nur Einbahnstraßen)zu finden.Eigene Einordnung als HiTech/Design-Hotel. Frage: Warum?? Bad mit zerkratztem Plexi-Waschbecken, ohne Vergrößerungsspiegel. WLan funktionierte gut. Wanne/Dusche-kombination mit Ausstieg über Toilette. Bett miserabel; […] Matratze so hart wie ein Stein und knarrte bei jeder Bewegung. Airkondition ist nur eine Kältepuste und direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet. Tiefgarage teuer. Empfang/Desk unfreundlich und inkompetent; 5 Damen unterhielten sich lautstark über ein PC-Problem und ließen uns stehen und warten.; Gäste sind lästig. Insgesamt leicht angestaubt, Renovierung wäre erforderlich. Zimmer um ein zentrales Atrium sind laut. Man hört jede Tür und insbesondere spät eintreffende Gäste, die sich beim Weg zum Zimmer unterhalten. Lage in der Innenstadt ist hervorragend.Dennoch gehen wir beim nächsten Mal in ein anderes Hotel. Es gibt einige gute in der Nähe, sogar mit Dach-Pool.
