"A great location in northwest AZ"
This is a nice hotel, probably better than most in the price range. The amenities are getting a little dated, time for a refurb'. but if you're looking for a basic base camp from which to explore Kingman, Bullhead / Laughlin, Lake Havasu City and northwest AZ, this is a good choice.

"Awful customer service tho cheap and clean room"
If you're only looking for a place to sleep and don't care about noise or accomodating staff, this is a decent value. The rooms were clean, the bed was uncomfortable, it's enar a highway with noise and the staff def. needs training on good cust. service.When I called the hotel TWICE requesting a quiet room since we were only going to be there for 6 […] hours, they were very discourteous.The room was qwuite noicsy near the highway and parking lot(bring earplugs) and truck exhaust entered the room in the morning. "Problem"
People who have too much to carry up and down stairs should not be booked or expected to stay in an upstairs room. The person I spoke with didn't appear to be concerned about me as a guest, but rather that she might have to rearrange something. Convenient, great price, should always make non-smoking rooms available at the same low price as smoking rooms, and refrigerators don't always keep items cold. Overall, very pleased.

"Knight Inn, Kingman"
A good, clean room, but crowded with little space to set luggage. Only a few electrical outlets available, as they were being used for the room's lamps, clocks, TV, etc. Very good staff service.

The location was great, lots of eating places and close to where my daughter lived. The room was fine. The negative is the freeway noise. The motel is right at the curve of interstate 40. Without the airconditioning on to drown out the noise it would have been unbearable.

I think the hotel used be Sweet Queen inn or something. knight inn have not changed the neon sign yet. You are not going to find the hotel easily. I recommend to stay only when you get special rate.

Wow! What a treat! Our room was as big as an apartment and clean as a whistle! We couldn't have asked for more!

Very reasonably priced hotel. This used to be the Silver Queen Inn and still has those signs, with smaller Knights Inn sign below. At check in, they had difficulty finding reservation for the second room (we had booked and paid for two rooms). The hotel is spread out on both sides of the Denny's restaurant, as well as behind. "Finding and Registration"
Findig the motel was difficult as they had changed their name and the sign in front so I drove by 3 times before realizing which building it was. Also, when I was checking in, it took the front desk a long time (30+ minutes) because she was having difficulty in finding my reservation and getting it to print off. This motel is just off Rt. 40 on the Andy Devine Highway, so it is very convenient for those of us who are just passing through. Since it had just become the Knights Inn, it didn't have good signage, but we found it using the street address. It is right in the middle of things, but was very quiet. Nice size room. Rooms separated from lobby by a Denny's. Good room for overnight stay.

We wanted a place to stay for the night on our way to Grand Canyon, and this was perfect. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities we needed. There is a Denny's and Pizza Hut right next to it.

The internet was pretty slow, we only had connections in one corner, and even this was not reliable. The pool was okay, even though rather dirty of little branches (but it was very windy that day!). Unfortunately, they offer no breakfast, but you get 10% discount in the neighbouring Denny's. A Walmart is 5min of driving away. "Silver Queen Inn"
We were pleased with the room we got at the Silver Queen Inn in Kingman, AZ. There was even a microwave and refrigerator in the room It wasn't a fancy room, but it had more than what we needed for the evening. The check-in was pleasant, so all-in-all we were pleased. So much better than the hotel we got the last time. Thanks hotel.com.
"It's a clean room"
Nice big room at inexpensive rates. No coffee or shampoo in room. Office has coffee only. Denny's is right there. Room has microwave and refrigerator. Rooms are far enough from highway to be quiet with air-conditioner running. No frills but the price is right.

"Good place"
We were with family and kids. Sikver Queen is a good deal for it price.
Voor de prijs die betaald werd kun je niet al te veel verwachten. De kamer was netjes, maar krap, en de bedden waren aan vervanging toe: als 1 zich omdraaide, dan stuiterde de ander bijna het bed uit. Het zwembad was vies.
