pour nous 2 et nos 3 ados, un appart avec 2 chambres (car Pas de 3 dispo). Finalement, un des enfants a dormi sans problème dans le canapé lit. L'appart est très spacieux . Nous avions suivi les conseils de certains et emmené nos capsules nespresso. mais il y a aussi une cafetière filtre normale. ( un pack filtre, une dose café moulu sucre et thé sont offert à l'arrivée dans l'appart, ainsi que 3 ou 4 doses L.vaisselle et lave linge)) .Une télé dans chaque pièce (meme les chambres), chaque chambre a aussi sa salle de bain...Bref, équipement, très fonctionnel… Le ménage est fait régulièrement, surtout les lits! Les restos sont sympas! Il y a une épicerie à coté de l'accueil . l'arrivée. Il faut vraiment une voiture car il n'y a rien à voir autour de l'hotel, les locations de voitures sont faciles a trouver à l'aéroport de Malaga.. La plage est très sympa, mais je trouve mesquin de nous faire payer les transats sur le sable… Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées en ce mois d'Avril, dommage! les parkings sous terrain sont très agréables et donnent direct dans les apparts. Pour les animations, nous ne pouvons pas juger car il n'y en avait pas à cette période, sont dispos : (Foot, internet, wifi, ping pong, crochet, jeux de dames et échecs géants extérieurs et jeux de société à demander à l'accueil). N'hésitez pas également à demander des peignoirs qui ne sont pas systématiquement proposés dans les apparts en tout cas.

Cet hôtel a plus le caractère d'une chambre d'hôte chaleureuse que d'un hôtel impersonnel.Cela est dû principalement à sa propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande ouverture d'esprit. On se sent dans cette maison un peu comme chez nous et on sent une ambiance très "cosy". des personnes de + de 75 pays y ont séjourné et cela en fait un coin typique et authentique. Très sympa.

Très bon hotel, nous avons eu une chambre avec vu sur la mer pour ne rien gâcher au plaisir. Le coeur de ville est facilement accessible à pied.

Hôtel bien situé. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un balcon. Petite piscine sur le toit mais très agréable. Seul gros point noir: l'insonorisation. Vous entendrez vos voisins parler, leur télé, leurs pas etc...

Hôtel : Très propre, personnel francophone, ménage fait tous les jours, très bonne situation, piscine petite mais très agréable sur le toit de l'hôtel. Environs : Quartier très prisé, à 2 pas du vieux Marbella et au pied de la promenade et de la plage. Stationnement très difficile mais l'hôtel d'un parking payant. très bel hôtel. Très propre, bien situé. Seul inconvénient piscine petite.
Personnel agréable, hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage et de la vieille ville. Pas le palace mais très propre et confortable. En un mot sans regret sur la qualité prix.

Having stayed here on many visits to Marbella I find the location, standards and comfort to be great.

From the arrival process to check out this short break was a real pleasure. The gentleman on reception greeted us warmly and made our check in painless. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided an excellent service. The lunches were very tasty. The studio apartment was opposite that of our friends as requested on our booking. Our view wasn't […] the best and we did experience cooking smells from the separately run restaurant below but these were minor niggles. Stayed last week of august,room was clean with nice kitchenette and small shower room.Definitely not 4 star but good 3 star. Great location right on the prom near all restaurants shops etc. Restaurant with outside terrace and great sea views on 8th floor.Pool on the 9th floor was quite small and not heated ,not a problem in hot weather. The big problem […] with this hotel are some of the reception staff who are at best off hand and at worst rude. On arrival a couple in front of me who were making a reasonable complaint about their room were told that if they were unhappy to check out in the morning and leave,a first on my travels.My own check in was preformed in a cold manner without the usual welcome.On check out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay ,wished a pleasant on ward journey or even said good bye to,I was the only one checking out at the time so it was not as if they were busy. Some of the reception staff were fine but at least 3 I met need to get out of the hotel trade as it does not suit them. When I return to Marbella I shall go back to the El Fuerte next door which I have stayed in before and is an excellent hotel and worth the extra money,a 4star which is close to 5.For that reason I would not recommend this hotel. We had a studio apartment at the Princesa Playa for a week. It was a good enough hotel for a week of lounging around by the sea. My main complaint was the fact that there is only free wifi in the lobby. I would have preferred to have wifi in my room (even if I would have had to pay for it). The rooftop pool was good, albeit small. It offers a good […] alternative to the crowded beaches. Service was generally good, especially from the reception desk. Some of the staff were a bit distant and cold, which more to be expected in northern Europe rather than the south of Spain, but the service wasn't lacking. They even checked us in early as we arrived in Marbella at around 11:45 am, whereas check-in time was at 15:00. Regarding the room, my wife complained about the limited range of kitchen utensils, and whatever was there was quite low quality. There was also a lingering smell of stale food in the room as the extractor fan over the stove was not working. The location was excellent. Although the beach directly in front of the hotel was a bit rocky (just under the waterline, not on the beach itself), there are sandy beaches either side no more than 5 minutes away. The old town was also easily within reach and there is a small mini-mart nearby that can satisfy most of guests' needs. Overall, it was a good enough hotel. I probably paid over-the-top for booking late, but if you can get this place for a bargain, I would say it's worth it. Lisez la suite

Hotel is quiet, right on the beach - great location for restaurants and beach. We where there for a party holiday, and puerto banus is great location for that. Puerto Banus is a 13 euro taxi fare away from the apartment. Great hotel, great town - would definately recomend. "The Apaermentos Princess Playa - Marbella"
These hotel apartments were very well situated on the front and nearby Orange Square etc. Pool was on the small side and room a wee bit cramped but very clean. There was no kettle in the room but overall I would say it was very good but not great.

"Too much noise"
The Apartamentos Princesa Playa is a great hotel and location except for the fact that they were renovating a number of apartments during my stay. Drills, electric saws and constant banging in my ears whilst trying to enjoy my siesta!

Only came for the weekend, the hotel was in perfect location, right on the beach with great amenities restaurants and bars near by. The room spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a perfect location. Bus service from Malaga Airport direct to Marbella is a brillant service. Five minutes walk from Hotel to Orange Square in the old town. Lovely relaxing pool area on the 9th floor which was a nice alternative if you did not want to sun bath on the beach which was right outside the front door. Only negative thing I could […] say about the Hotel were the beds. They could do with new mattresses, they were so uncomfortable. Also make sure you are not in one of the rooms to the back of the Hotel. When we checked in they were putting us in one and they reluctantly gave us a side view even though we had booked a sea view. I stayed for 6 nights. It was perfect located at the beach, maybe not the best beach in the area but absolutely ok. I was lucky to get a new room once to get the seaview. The apartmenthotel was well kept and clean, the staff was nice and I would love to stay there again. The wifi is in the receptionarea, not in the apartments. I never give online hotel reviews, but having just had 6 nights here it deserves a mention. It's on the beach in Marbella. You fall out of the hotel onto the promenade for leaisurely walks. It's right near Orange Square, THE place to sit and eat in Marbella. It was less than half the cost of any hotel near it You have a fridge to keep your beer […] cold What more do you want. "Princessa Plaza - Location selling point"
This is defintely more an apartment then a hotel. Rooms are basic, yet clean. Hotel overall is very dated. Great location - on sea front and 5 mins walk to Old town (nicest part of Marbella town). Pool on rooftop unusual and patio area can get very warm. Location and value alone makes this a winner.

Lovely hotel very good value. Rooms spacious , airy and clean. Maid service daily. Breakfast wasn't included for our stay but we paid to have it on a couple of mornings and was excellent. Large buffet with choice of hot and cold food of good quality. Good location opposite beach couple mins walk to main restaraunts and bars. Would return!

I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and price. I stayed in an apartment with a pullout sofa. Although it was fine for 2 people I would find it very cramped for 3 people. The staff were nice and the hotel was quiet.

Bra läge nära till restauranger och till gamla stan. Bor alltid på det här hotellet när vi besöker Marbella. Rummen är alltid bra städade.

Hotelli itsessään oli positiivinen yllätys hintaansa nähden. Uima-allas katolla oli mukava joskin sulkeutuu yllättävän aikaisin (auki klo 10-17). Sijainti on lähellä vanhaakaupunkia sekä rannan turistiravintoloita yms. Ympäristö vain on outo - hotellia ympäröi muut, suljetut hotellit sekä täysin autio kauppakeskus "Mar Bella Centro". Marbella taitaa […] olla nähnyt loiston päivänsä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja huone erittäin mukava täysin varusteltuine keittiöineen. Vessakin erittäin siisti. Meidän huoneemme näkymä tosin oli rumalle sisäpihalle/katolle ja käytävässä haisi hienoinen tupakansavu kielloista huolimatta. "Pen beliggenhet"
Meget god frokost, veldig bra spisesal med tilhørende terrasser, ok basseng med terrasser. Alt dette på toppen av hotellet med god utsikt utover havet.
Sijainti huippu, lapsiperheelle erittäin hyvä ja mukava hotelli! Naapurihuoneista kuuluu herkästi äänet läpi, meitä se ei tosin häirinnyt.
