It was great! The only negative was the limited breakfast selection. Everything else was outstanding!

Clean and moderate rooms, try not to get rooms across fire station though.

Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village over President's Day weekend. Room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Location in the Village was perfect, close to the slopes (the lockers at Mountainside make all the difference) and close to all the great shops and restaurants. Could not fault the hotel and staff and one of the best hotel breakfast's we,ve had. We stored our ski,s in the Pan Pacific mountainside which was a 2 min walk, so as soon as you got off the slopes you could take your boots and ski,s off and walk back in comfort. This was a beautiful hotel with great staff, and a wonderful breakfast! Our room was fantastic and our whole family had a great stay ~ definately will go back there!

Amazing location and service was impeccable. After a hard day skiing we went to the hot tubs in the afternoon to get a beverage delivered spa side by the manager. Helpful friendl service and I would not hesitate returning forever.

I spent 5 days in the Pan Pacific in December 2011. This is probably one of the nicest and most practical hotel rooms which I can remember. The room had one foldaway bed and a sofabed as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel had an outdoor hot tub and swimming pool which was welcome relief for aching muscles after a tough day on the slopes! We […] were able to store our equipment about 30m from the Gondelas in the Pan Pacific Mountainside (about a 50m walk from the Pan Pacific Village) even on the day of our departure (i.e. after checkout). We were also able to use the hot tub and changing facilities on the day of departure after Skiing! The staff at the hotel were excellent! I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely return! Wonderful suite - VERY VERY nice staff - great breakfast - fabulous location within Whistler - we'll be back!

We stayed in this hotel during our honeymoon. The ammenities and hotel services were amazing, and the mountain views from the hotel couldn't have been better :) Thank you for helping us have the best week of our lives!

The Pan Pacific Whistler Village upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Location is ideal and while we didn't use their car parking facilities(too expensive but is probably the going rate for the area) there was free public overnight parking near by which we used. The location, the staff, the hotel condition were all perfect We arrived early and the room we reserved was not ready, but staff gave us a key to allow us to use all the facilities, and to allow us access to the parking garage. You should be aware of the fire station across the street.

The positives are that the staff were very helpful and the room was excellent. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable and clean. The price was also very good. The negatives are that the breakfast room is small and there is no hot breakfast. We had to wait to be seated on the first day and then there was a limited range of things to eat. The hotel is located in the heart of Whistler Village. Great location for everything and the staff is so friendly and helpful. On top of all that, a great breakfast included. I would definately return!

Extremely helpful front desk. We witnessed a "disgruntled" client who was handled very professionally (almost too kind) regarding a concern he had. We were very pleased with their help, suggestions, and they met our every need.

Whistler is basically a fake alpine village, all pedestrianized, surrounded by beautiful country. The hotel is in the middle of the village and close to everything, and its all-suite format makes it very comfortable. We just stayed one night but everything was A1. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were upgraded to a suite on the 8th floor, but even so we were more than happy with reception. If only all hotels could be so helpful and charming. The hotel is handy to lifts on both Whistler and Blackcomb. There is no restaurant onsite, but the nearby Pan Pacific Montainside caterd for guests.

This was a great hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was huge, beds were very comfortable, clean and good views. We loved it and the location was excellent.

Our rooms were very spacious and included everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal for us. It was every bit as good as we had hoped.

Located in the village close to shopping and restaurants. There was an additional charge for 4 persons in a two bedroom suite. Seems like two bedrooms should already be priced for 4 people.

We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Village Gate in Whistler and it was fantastic. Great 2 bdrm unit with kitchen, tons of windows and views. A very nice bright unit. Great deck as well. Location is great, 5 minutes to the lifts and all the village amenties yet quiet and away from late night crowd. Pool and hot tubs are great. one bedroom with lonuge, kitchen and bathroom, lots of room, lovely area, very central. Also had a laundry room which was very useful halfway through a 2 week holiday.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Pan Pacific. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and assisted with dinner reservations on a busy weekend in Whistler. The hotel was also well equipped to deal with bicycles (our stay was after a ride from Vancouver to Whistler), and quick to assist with storage and retreival. We would certainly stay here […] again. Very pleased with this hotel

Great location and very comfortable hotel. We had a two bedroom suite and it was large--two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fire place. Roof deck was huge and had a great view of the village and mountains. Buffet breakfast was included and while not fancy, it was more than adequate. Was very satisfied with this hotel. Location was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern. The people were helpful, friendly and courteous. The only problems we encountered were with the wifi. It worked in the hallway outside our door but as soon as I stepped into our room it would cut out. I reported it to the front desk. They said it would be […] fixed the next morning which did us no good as we were checking out. The shower door in one of our bathrooms did not stay shut. My wife and I were very satisfied staying at the Village Pan Pacific. It has the flexibility of a condo but the services of a hotel in the village. The only potential issue is the loud partying in the nearby bars on the weekend but I think that is the same for many of the other hotels and is the price one pays to be right in the mix of it--nothing that […] a pair of earplugs did not remedy. The staff was very helpful, gave excellent advice on restuarants, etc. and would probably stay there again. I will miss the morning breakfasts and dips in the pool and jacuzzi. Lisez la suite

The Queen size bed in our room was the most comfortable bed either my wife and I have ever slept in. HORRRRRRRIBLE

We got a pretty good rate for the Pan Pacific and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in... the rooms were huge and very clean! I usually bring in my own pillowcase but I felt pretty comfortable using the linens. Did not get to use the kitchen, but did check out the restaurants near by, there's a good spot "earls" literally as soon as you walk […] out, and not to mention "cows" ice cream, which is just around the corner. Definitely go there for ice cream- it is worth the calories. The free breakfast was a very nice touch- who can turn down a free meal on vacation? Right in Whistler Village. Very nice amenities, and the convenience of an equipped kitchen, it would be great for an extended stay. It was too warm during our visit to use the fireplace, but it certainly would be a welcome plus during the winter!

I used this hotel on a recent MTB trip for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations. They even looked after my MTB in secure lockups. The free breakfast was great!

Pros: Super easy access to Whistler Village (it's right at the base of the hotel), two jacuzzi's and a pool, coin-op laundry, kitchens, spacious rooms, free continental breakfast. Cons: Lobby area felt small, pool was unbearably cold at times (could have bumped up the temp a bit), one particular valet was not helpful, my room was nice but looked a […] little 'lived in' (light staining, marks on walls, mildew in shower). This was our first trip to Whistler and we were very pleased to have chosen this hotel. Excellent location in the village. Large, clean and comfortable rooms with a full kitchen area (fridge, microwave etc.). Hotel staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nos alojamos un par de días mi mujer y yo en un viaje para recorrer los parques naturales del oeste de canadá en Septiembre. La idea e nuestra estancia aquí era conocer Whistler y ver un poco el ambiente del pueblo y sus actividades en verano. Este viaje era por nuestro aniversario, y así se lo hicimos saber cuando hicimos la reserva por internet. Al […] llegar y hacer el check-in, lo primero nos felicitaron por el aniversario y nos dijeron que nos daban una habitacion superior de regalo por la ocasión. En la habitación nos encontramos también una carta firmada por los empleados dandonos felicitaciones por el aniversario. Sobre el parking, es de pago, pero nos dijeron que al ser solo 2 noches, también corría por su cuenta, y pudimos aparcar en el propio parking del hotel (subterráneo) gratis. Un alivio, porque todo el pueblo es de pago para aparcar. La habitación con terraza, cocina completamente equipada y nuevecita, salón con chimenea, etc. Todo muy limpio. La verdad que así da gusto. Totalmente recomendable. El salón tenía una tele plana nuevecita y enorme, y en la habitación otra tele un poco menos grande. El Wifi iba bastante bien y nos llegaba buena señal a nuestra habitación. Nos dimos un bañito en las piscinas exteriores climatizadas, todo un lujazo!! No había nadie, y era increible poder bañarse en el exterior estando a 10º fuera (3 piscinas, a diferentes temperaturas y con burbujas 2 de ellas). El desayuno, bastante correcto. Buffet con algo de variedad, aunque nada espectacular. Además, está situado casi en la misma calle comercial de Whistler. El pueblo no es que sea enorme, pero si ya estás situado en el propio centro, mucho mejor... a unos 5 minutos andando de la góndola. Lisez la suite
