Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, à quelques pas des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville et des zones de magasins et restaurants/bars - L'ambiance de l'hotel est très détendue avec un lobby agréable (canapés, écrans TV, accès internet libre, journaux) et un petit déjeuner varié. Une piscine et un centre de fitness sont situés au dernier étage (27ème) avec vue sur les buildings et la ville.

excellent and comfortable for those in transit... breakfast a little pricey & extra... could have used a better restaurant... none near not a good neighborhood for strolling but ideal for those flying in and out .... great beds.. would recommend highly and stay again if flying from midway... staff very helpful.........

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the check-in to the check-out, the staff was very helpful. Kristine was extremely friendly at check-in and she went out of her way to help us with all questions and concerns. We left our car there and flew to Hawaii and the car was fine. Even when we flew back and we were warming up the car before heading […] home, the staff could not have been friendlier. We will definitely stay here again when we are flying in and out of Midway. This hotel is conveniently located next to several other hotels near Midway Airport. You don't have to wait too long for the shuttle - there is a single shuttle which runs between all of these hotels and the airport.

One would thinkntdhat at thse prices parking would be free, but alas like most other Chicago are lodging your car costs, too. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

All good but if you're considering a stay, we found two disappointing things. They charge way too much for overnight parking. Also, the breakfast was good but overpriced. I spent too much for an adult and a child breakfast.

Not where you want to be to see Chicago.... but a good hotel for an early morning flight from midway. Good, clean bed and acceptable location in hotel grouping... the shuttle leaves from this hotel every 20 minutes and appears to be first in the lineup of hotels in the complex.

"amazing hotel complex near Midway"
Girls weekend September of 2010. Hotel was beautiful convenient CLEAN and beds were WAY comfy. Was concerned being SO close to the airport would be a noise issue and it wasn't. Highly recommend. We flew in and rented a car but this hotel has a service (FREE even) to get you from the airport to the hotel!

"Close to Toyota Park"
Hilton Garden Inn is very convenient if attending a concert (Jimmy Buffett, for us) at Toyota Park. The desk staff directed us down a less traveled road that lead straight to Harlem Avenue and the venue. Very good indeed! Staff were very friendly and aware that there were Buffett fans staying at the hotel.

great place to stay close to shops and restraunts
"HIDDEN COST"
This hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle to it, but the parking fees and high breakfast price makes me think it was not worth it. It cost $13 to park and $13 for breakfast buffet that didn't look like it was worth it. They have a mini-shopping area with $5 cans of Pringles and $4 boxes of cookies that cost $1 at the store. But that […] was the problem there was no store in the vicinity and only 2 restaurants in the hotel complex, you really didn't have a choice. The hotel itself was really nice, the pool was kind of small, but we were the only ones in it at the time. To top it off we didn't use the free shuttle anfd ended up spending less in parking that what we paid to park at the hotel. Lisez la suite

"Close to airport"
We needed something close to Midway for an early morning departure. Nice hotel and free shuttle service. This filled the bill for us.

etra payment should be showed online then I can get a good view of the hotel. e.g. : Someone has a car want to park should pay 10$ more perday.
"Needs Improvement"
We booked 2 non-smoking rooms with 2 Double beds thru Hotel.com. When we arrived at the Hotel they only had non-smoking rooms with 1 King size bed and a rollaway or smoking rooms with 2 beds. They said because we booked thru 3rd party we get what we get. The floor with the smoking rooms smelled soo bad we had to have the window all the way open for […] air. My friend has asthma and couldn't breath by morning. If we wanted to share a bed or sleep on a rollaway we would have booked it that way. Hotel did not care. If you book a room 3 weeks in advance you should get what you booked. I don't care how you booked it. I will not do that again or stay at that Hotel. Lisez la suite
