Our room was clean and as expected. We got the suite with a jacuzzi and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I don't know what time they cleaned our room but they did not knock early in the morning. It was done after we had left for the day. Air conditioner worked well and they brought up extra pillows when we arrived upon request. There is a computer […] in the lobby to use if you're looking for local places to eat. The location is easy to find and there are plenty of local and chain restaurants in the area for dining, and it is maybe 5 to 10 minutes from downtown. We stayed when a motorcycle rally was going on in town and you could barely hear the loudest start in the morning. I would recommend this hotel and we will probably be returning next year sometime! The room was clean and in good repair. The motel is located just off of a loop around town and the main north/south hwy. Spent several nights at the Country Inn and it was an enjoyable stay. It was located close to many different restaurants and on a main road that leads out to the lake or up to the historic section of town. Very convenient. The room was roomy and comfortable. My only complaint is that my bed (we had two queens) was worn out. At first I thought my back […] was acting up due to the long trip but after 2-3 days I realized the mattres was sagging in spots and causing discomfort. The front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. Let me know guests get a 10% discount if they eat at Blu Monkey! Close to a lot of different things. The bed was comfortable.

Please, please clean the side walls of the jacuzzi. They are white but are stained black! Please extend the hours that the pool and jacuzzi are available. Open earlier, close later. The carpet in our room was a little work and there were some stains on the bathroom wall (or tears in the wallpaper - I didn't explore too closely). The rooms here are quiite comfortable and well appointed. The hotel employees are quite friendly and helpful. The enhanced continental breakfast was very good with something for everyone and variation each day. Easy check in. Adequate parking. Room clean. Nice t.v., small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & board. Plenty of pillows.Shower worked properly. Room temp regulated well. Quiet. That's all we needed.

Everything was great except the water in the pool was cold and that was the reason I had booked the room so my grandkids could swim in an indoor pool. The room was very nice and everyone was very helpful.

Pros - quiet, very clean and nice, indoor pool and hot tub was a lot of fun, Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room especially with kids. Staff was very friendly. Cons- A/C would not get cool enough for me, the breakfast was big in way of choices but lacked in quality of taste, But I'm from Louisiana and my tastebuds are spoiled.

We stayed one night here and were so glad we paid the extra $10 or so to get a nicer hotel. Past hotel experiences in Hot Springs have been NOT so nice. Please do not book this hotel for your stay. The front desk receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. I booked two rooms for two nights. After one night the cleaning crew packed up all of our friends belongings and moved them out of their room. The hotels response was, "Oh so sorry, it must have been a computer error." My friends felt so violated and […] was never offered any compensation for the major mistake made by THEM! They could of at least called and verified our stay which was for clearly two nights, before packing them up and moving them out. Really who just leaves and doesn't take their belongings? This hotel is about what I expected for the price. We had a king "suite", which included a sleeper sofa and a refrigerator. Those were nice. We slept two in the King bed, one on the sleeper. All good for one night. The shower curtain rod was loose, causing the curtain to droop. I reported it, but I would think that the cleaning crew should report those […] type of items as a matter of course. In the morning, there was a CHURCH BUS parked under the entry way. That placed the bus' engine RIGHT UNDER OUR WINDOW. The bus sat idling for an hour. Not the hotel's fault, but geez. The staff was amazing. They were always more than ready to help with any request. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was really hard, almost too hard to get comfortable. This hotel is also very kid friendly. The free breakfast was delicious and a great selection.
