Un excellent hôtel, un service de qualité, des chambres modernes et très bien équipées,un petit déjeuner très copieux, bref, un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons fait à un prix très raisonnable.

Un très bon hôtel : l'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre supérieure donnait sur l'église d'en face. Spacieuse, douillette, propre et confortable, on y a passé 3 bonnes nuits. Hôtel parfait pour visiter Berlin rapidement : il est central et donc accessible pour aller partout. Le métro est à 4 minutes à peine. De nombreux monuments et emplacements touristiques et culturels sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Le Spa (gratuit sauna, hammam et salle de sport) était génial pour se ressourcer après une longue journée de visite et de marche dans la ville. Tres propre et sain comme le reste de l'hôtel d'ailleurs. Côté restauration : le bar est très sympa. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant qui était quasiment vide tous les soirs. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate : il faut marcher 7 minutes environ. Nous recommandons le Augustiner Am Gendarmenmarkt sur la place gendarmenmarkt : typique et gargantuesque ! Le restaurant Chipps juste derrière l'hôtel était très sympa pour un brunch, même si un peu cher, le lieu est très agréable et sain pour un dimanche matin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

"Hôtel à oublier illico !"
Nous étions dans la chambre 304. Le lit deux places est placé contre un radiateur toujours brûlant, même avec le thermostat éteint. Bien que signalé, l'anomalie n'a jamais été réparée.Un seule table de chevet, avec une TV miniscule placée dessus : comment la regarder couché ? Tv non branchée, connections derrière le lit ! Pas de deuxième oreiller par […] personne, pas de couverture supplémentaire. Impossible d'atteindre l'interrupteur de l'éclairage mural au dessus du lit, une fois couché. Pas de volets, mais des rideaux très fins. Aucun confort dans la salle d'eau : pas de gel douche, ni shampooing, pas de kleenex, juste un distributeur de savon liquide bas de gamme. La pomme de douche en plastique rouge devait sortir d'une dinette pour enfants. Pas de bloc papier pour écrire. Un seul verre pour 2 personnes. Pas de téléphone : comment appeler la réception ? Lors de la dernière nuit, aucun ménage de fait. Nous avons retrouvé le soir la chambre comme au matin : poubelle pleine, lit non refait, serviettes pas remplacées, et bien sûr, le radiateur pas réparé. Nous sommes très déçus. Le gros point faible de cet hotel est sa situation par rapport aux principales animations de Berlin. Compter environ 25 minutes en tramway pour rejoindre la place Alexander et ensuite accéder à plus de Transports en commun. En revanche, l'intérêt est qu'il est situé en dehors de la zone écologique et que l'on peut y accéder avec sa voiture et s'y garer […] facilement. Sinon, l'accueil est sympa, les chambres sont rès basiques et les couloirs assez austères . Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel non plus. "Autumn in Berlin"
stayed 7 nights in november. hotel suited our needs perfectly, we used it as a base for siteseeing (us being a mid forties couple) 20mins from the thriving hub of berlin out in the leafy suburbs. Hotel is clean fresh and tucked a smidgen away from the main road not noisy and we were facing the road. Staff were excellent room cleaned everyday didnt matter […] what time we left we came back to plumped up pillows and a tidied up room :-) well done. Thanks for a enjoyable stay. "Great Buy!"
The hotel is very basic, but everything was clean. There were no frills - we had to pay for internet and breakfast - but it was an amazing bargain. Parking was free, the trolley is nearby. Front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions and information about transportation, etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and the breakfast […] room is lovely. We also enjoyed the bar/restaurant downstairs. It was nice to relax with a snack and a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. Kids will love the fact that it is an old firehouse. "An enjoyable stay"
We found our stay very enjoyable, the room was a good size and kept very clean and the beds made everyday. The staff we saw were highly professional and friendly. We liked the area around the hotel also, the tram M5 stops near enough outside the hotel. The only thing missing in the room for us brits was no tea/coffee making facilities, having said that […] the cafes around the hotel open early and til late and could get a decent coffee, or the hotel itself but it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room so we could make drinks as and when we liked. Over priced and under kept. The room had a really bad odor to it. Given the price the hotel is not conveniently located. The rooms do not feel secure; the doors are flimsy. This hotel is located a little out of the city. However, it is located near a tram stop which has good connections with the city. Trams to the centre run every 10 to 20 mins throuhout the day and into the night. A bonus with this hotel is it is very close to the former STASI prison (Gedenkstätte Berlin-Hohenschönhausen). This is well worth a visit especially […] if you have seen the film "The lives of others". Anyway back to the hotel. The hotel is fine for those on a budget - clean and tidy as you would expect in Germany. However, it is a little dated and not making the most of its connections with its previous use i.e. a fire station. A bit of memorabilia and photos of its former life would brighten the place up. One final note, we initially stayed on the fourth floor and the room was very poorly designed - small and with very lttle head room. After complaining we were moved to a room on the third floor. This is a pretty hotel in a suburban neighborhood. Berlin is huge so to stay at this hotel you have to be really good at getting around on mass transporation. It is 20-minutes out from town so there is no opportunity to go back to your room to freshen up and then go out for dinner. Like other big cities the room are very small. The hotel has a decent […] restaurant. The breakfasts were really expensive, however, and they charge for coffee by the cup. This hotel was NOT what I was expecting. I booked a room for me, my husband and our two children. The lady at the front dest was nice, but we got our key and went upstairs to the room, and it was a sauna! The room was very hot, and only had a tiny window for ventilation. The room had two single beds and one full size. The single beds were only a few […] inches away from each other and one single bed was touching the full size. The full size was actully a pull out bed from the couch. The hotel would not be too bad for a single person traveling, but if its more then one person, there isnt enough room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, nor stay there again. Actully, we diddnt even stay the night. We left and went home, luckily we live in Germany and were only traveling in country. "God til kørselv-ferien"
Vi nød vores to overnatninger på hotellet. Vi havde vores bil med, og den kunne stå på gratis parkering ved hotellet, mens vi så Berlin med den offentlige transport. Vores børn elsker at køre med tog/metro/sporvogn mm. og sporvognen M5 går 200 meter fra hotellet og tager ca. 20 min. til centrum. Det var nemt og overskueligt, og hotelpersonalet solgte […] os billeter, som gjaldt i 48 timer og hjalp os på vej den første dag. Hyggelig betjening, men vi fikk to separate senger i stedet for dobbeltseng selv om vi hadde spesifisert ønske om dobbeltseng i vår bestilling. Det var heller ikke mulig å bytte rom. "Hotel ausreichend für sightseeing tour Berlin"
Sehr kleines Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, aber sauber und ausreichend, wenn man nur einen Platz zum schlafen braucht, die Betten sind sehr weich und es war ein Doppelbett mit zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten "Besucherritze". Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Tresor (Wertsachen kann man an der Rezeption lagern) und auch keine Minibar (brauch man auch nicht unbedingt, […] da im Hotel ein Restaurant ist). Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der allerdings nur bis Stockwerk 3 fährt, Dachgeschoss dann über Treppe erreichbar, also wer auf Rollstuhl angewiesen ist oder mit Treppen ein Problem hat, sollte das unbedingt beim Buchen erwähnen. Eine Kaution mussten wir nicht bezahlen, wir waren für drei Nächte dort. Die Straßenbahn ist vom Hotel aus schnell zu erreichen und mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20 min am Alex. Wenn man auf sightseeing-tour ist, kann ich die "welcome card berlin" empfehlen, man kann sie direkt im Hotel kaufen. Zu den beiden Seen, Obersee und Orankesee kann man hinlaufen und lohnt sich auch. Die immer über einen fliegenden Flugzeuge muss man einfach ignorieren (man hört sie am Hotel nicht). Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein kostenfreier Parkplatz, am Abend ist dieser zwar voll, aber man kann in der Straße auch parken. Merke: keine 5 min weg gefahren... parkplatz besetzt ;-) , es empfiehlt sich wirklich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Alles im Allem, schönes Hotel und schöne entspannte Lage. "Fredeligt hotel"
Hotel Alte Feuerwache er et fredeligt beliggende hotel med den fordel, at det er til at parkere på gaden eller på offentlig parkeringsplads lige over for hotellet. Det ligger i gåafstand fra det tidligere Stasi-fængsel Hohenschönhausen, som er et besøg værd. Hotellets interiør er ikke moderne men alt er vedligeholdt og rent. Der kører tram mod centrum […] lige over for hotellet, og det tager ca 15 min at komme til Alexander Platz. Det eneste som var mindre tilfredsstillende, var hotellets morgenmadsbuffet - der var det nødvendige, men hvis man ønsker sig en lækker morgenmadsbuffet, så må man ud af huset. Poloha hotelu je přímo ideální pro prohlídku Berlína. Jednou tramvajovou linkou za cca 15 minut jste na Alexanderplatz. V blízkém okolí hotelu je samoobsluha, pekárna, a několik míst pro rychlé občerstvení (kebab, pizza, těstoviny) a barů. Hotel je čistý, obsluha příjemná - němčina, angličtina. Et hyggeligt hotel beliggende i øst Berlin med en god restaurant, fantastik service orienterede personale samt en god og gratis parkeringsplads til bilen. hjælpsom med turiststeder at se. Børnevenlige og rigtig god forståelse for kundernes individuelle behov. Et af de bedste steder jeg har været på af hoteller, ikke pga luksus det er almindelig standard […] og godt men fordi personalet er super gode og beliggenheden for bilen er nem at komme til. Et koselig hotel som var genialt plassert når man kommer med bil. Lett å komme til fra Berliner ring og enkelt å komme til Berliner Mitte med offentlig kommunikasjon. Gode gratis parkeringsmuligheter. Et stille strøk med små spisesteder og butikker. Alt beregnet på lokalbefolkningen. God frokost, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening og pene rom. "Mycket prisvärt"
Ett rent, trevligt och litet hotell i de östra utkanterna av Berlin. Spårvagnen M5 till stannar strax utanför hotellet och är inne på Alexanderplatz på 15-20 min. Mycket smidigt. Frukost ingick inte i vårt pris och vi hade ingen lust att betala det relativt höga frukostpriset per person, så vi vet inte hur frukosten smakade. Vi tog bilen till Bar […] Gagarin och åt fantastisk frukost där istället, men det är en annan historia. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 4 personer. Rummet levde upp till förväntningarna. Det finns en parkeringsplats utanför hotellet där det var gratis att parkera och sällan svårt att få plats. Personalen var tillmötesgående och hjälpte till med svar på frågor om stort och smått.
