We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside we thought there was breakfast included and it was not....otherwise, great!

so, my friends and i went to this hotel for spring break. the best time 18 year olds can have

we stayed in a condo. the property is so large that we were far from the beach, but shuttles were provided. The condo could not have been nicer. 3 large bedrooms, 3 large full baths. large kitchen, separate dining room, and back patio large enough to have entire family eat out there as well

The overall quality of the hotel was awesome the only thing I didnt like was the quality of the breakfast buffet. In my oppinion it was horrible and the food was cold. The cleanliness and comfortableness was awesome however I didnt like having to pay $8 for parking in which I was unaware of.

I travel frequently for work and this hotel by far had the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the beds alone are worth the stay. The only complaint would be that the towels were a bit scratchy

Clean hotel. Manager very courteous and informative. Bellman efficient and fun. Bed was bad. When you crawled into it, it sloaped big time. My back was sore after a night in it. Female on front desk got a bit snippy when I requested a late check out. Was told they were booked and they wouldn't give late check out. We were exhibitors at a show in the convention center and the hotel was so accomodating to us. Our room was very comfortable and the restaurant and bar staff were awesome. Will definitely be back!

My overall experience was good. I only had two issues. 1. The bed was entirely tooooooooo soft. My back hurt every morning. But, if you are accustomed to a soft bed, then you will be fine. 2. In preparation for my departure, I asked the person at the front desk for a luggage cart and he said, "We don't have any." What hotel doesn't have luggage carts, […] especially at 4:00 am. You HAVE to pay 8 dollars for parking in their garage. The "continental breakfast" is over 10 dollars. we asked for a crib to be in the room when we got there and we had to ask for it again after getting in our room. You are paying for the name. it was a nice room and a nice hotel but there are plenty of nicer hotels in the area with better views and […] much cheaper. We will not be staying there again. The hotel us great! Nothing bad to say about it. We thought it was on the beach, "ocean front." It isn't. It's about 2 or 3 blocks from the ocean. We didn't look into the difference between ocean view and ocean front. This is an ocean view hotel. Again, the hotel is great. If you want to stay on the beach, however, look somewhere else.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful. We stayed there for our 45th wedding anniversary and found the whole epxerience to be more than satisfying and would love to return. We only wish it had an outside pool area. It was close to all amenities and offered great service.

Upon arrival I was so impressed with how the hotel looked on the outside because it looked so different from all the other 'resorts'. I was even more pleased with the inside of the room. The bed was soooo comfy and I even liked our city view. The light in our entry way was out; although it took two calls to fix it, it didn't take away from the room […] or our experience. Housekeeping did an awesome job keeping fresh linens and towels in our room throughout our stay. We were right on the corner, the elevators were so quick; no wait at all. Check in and check out were quick and efficient as well. I definatly think got our money's worth. My only complaint is that we had to pay for parking. All in all we will definatly come back whenever we visit Myrtle Beach in the future. Lisez la suite

Great hotel. It's very clean, beds are extremely comfortable. I guess the only negative would be the parking fee of $8.00 per day, but you kinda expect that when you have to park in parking decks at hotels that are convention centers as well. I didn't use the wireless internet service, but I think that costs extra too. Other than that, great location, […] plenty to do within walking distance. Broadway at the Beach is a few blocks away ( I don't recommend walking to it). Lisez la suite

This hotel was good with nice, clean rooms... The only issues we had during our stay was that the parking garage isn't attached to the hotel.. You have to park in the garage then go to the bottom floor and enter the hotel. You could not enter from the parking garage. Also, when we left and tour the city and come back the card key would not work to let […] you in the garage or the room. Traffic backed up waiting on you to get in the garage.... parking sucks too...... Lisez la suite

We stayed here because there were no other resorts with available rooms (last minute booking). The room was clean, but small and no frills. The view was of the roof top of another building and there was no couch or and one TV. OK for a couple, but not great for family with kids. We used a roll away bed from the hotel, but once that was set up, there […] was virtually no walking space in the room. Bathroom was nice and clean, but toilet had a weak flush and kept clogging :(. One very small indoor pool and hot tub. Two blocks away from the beach, so no ocean view. Had to pay extra to park on the hotel property (you have no option, there's no where else to park??). This is a good no frills kind of place for adults or if you just need a place to sleep. Very expensive for what we got though - next time will book a resort hotel on the beach well in advance. by far the worst sheraton i've ever stayed at. the toilet and bathroom were gross. maid never washed the toilet during our entire 5 night stay. the pool was nasty with hair floating everywhere and getting stuck on you. they never cleaned this up, even though we called the front desk. at the front desk, 5 of the 6 people we interacted with were "in training" […] and not very klnowledgable (told us fireworks were on tuesday nights, and they were actually on wed at the beach). breakfast buffet was not good. eggs, bacon and sausage were cold..strawberries were rotten. The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel was an excellent choice. The Ocean View room nice, though, not directly overlooking the Ocean. The Ocean is in the distant with building in between, but the view was still refreshing allowing you to enjoy the sunrise. The hotel restaurant was great w/good service, rooms were spacious and had appealing […] decor. I would definitely make thismy hotel of choice when I return to the area. My fiancé and I went for a stay to celebrate his 30th birthday. The hotel was beautiful in the lobby with bery friendly staff and concierge to help with our stay. The room was well cleaned and stocked with all the necessities. The only things I would say could be improved would be: the air conditioning was not really cool on the elevators and the showers […] are a Lil smaller which didn't really accommodate my fiancé who is 6'1. I would only suggest a little more in shower space for toiletries such as shampoo/body wash. Overall our stay was lovely! If only the hotel was a block closer to the beach would have made the stay even better. I would have loved to stay at this hotel and look out over the water. Maybe the owners can find a place to put a smaller just as nice version on the beach front! If so, we are there! Lisez la suite

The Sheraton was clean, the staff helpful and friendly with plenty of parking. Also near the annual Run to the Sun Car Show, our reason for this selection.

I had a nice stay here. The only issue I had was with my shower. It got clogged everytime I used it.

My wife and I stayed here while attending a convention next door. Enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the beach, but not right in the middle of all the neon - a plus, from our perspective.

This hotel has an upscale feel, with a nicely appointed lobby, and very nice rooms. Be sure to ask for an ocean view room; even though it's about three blocks back, the view is gorgeous. The downside of the upscale feel are the $7 per day fee to park in the garage, and the lack of free breakfast. At least they finally made the wired Internet connection […] fee. Highly recommend! Quiet hotel even though there were many guests, VERY clean throughout, friendly staff, great parking, perfect location. Wonderful stay!

The hotel is very nice with a warm and friendly staff...it is located about a block and a half from the beach, within walking distance but parking is so easy and free all along the public parking areas, that you might be tempted to drive. The hotel itself charges for parking in the adjacent garage...there is a great lobby with free internet and plenty […] of room to sit and have a drink at the end of the day. (And their Carrot Cake alone is worth the drive from Boston) The only down side was the dog-gone Ice machine and some hall traffic noise...because the rooms themselves are equipped with high end heating/cooling units that are silent... We checked the rate for this hotel on the phone after going to their website to see if they could do better, they said no, because the hotel was 90% plus booked, so we booked with hotels.com for much less. They gave us a room that overlooked all the air conditioning units (therefore we had to listen to all of that as well) and the fact was that the […] hotel was mostly empty...no convention there and the parking deck was nearly empty as well. We won't be staying there again, although the actual room was not bad! Lisez la suite
