Hotel très propre (comme partout au >Japon d'ailleurs!) Le hall d'entrée est souvent "envahie" de personnel de compagnies aériennes qui visiblement descendent ici, certainement à cause de sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Narita

hotel tres americanise.un concentre d activitees proposees superficiellement.mais tres sympa la piscine .nombreux enfants et la salle de sport plait aux mr en mal d activitee.trouvez la meme chose d un un autre club de vacances de masse.

Nice property. Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable with nice amenities. Hotel staff were accomodating and friendly. Service was very good. Hotel shuttle from and to Narita airport a real plus.

Did an O/N stopover after a long haul and prior to a long drive to the ski slopes of Hakuba - fantastic staff and great value. Concierge even helped to program in our destination into the Japanese language GPS in our rental car.

Very good hotel but a little bit far from Narita Airport. I stayed there after coming back from Taiwan so next day I went to the city in Japan ( i did not have to go to airport) but i think if you have early flight, you need to get up earlier than in another hotels near Narita airport. We hauled into Nartia from Kyoto fairly late and then waited 20 minutes for the Raddison bus to arrive. I thought the hotel was only a few minutes away but it really almost 25 minutes w/o any traffic. It took 30 minutes in the early AM to get back to Narita. However, it is a very nice hotel for the price. Room is small but clean and room service operates […] at all hours so we were still ablte to get some food at 10PM. We needed to make a stopover in Japan to break up a long return flight from the US. After researching and reading reviews of hotels, we decided on the Radisson and we were not disappointed. Great place to stay. The staff was definitely a plus here, especially if your Japanese is not particularly strong. Most of the workers here deal with foreigners so they're quite competent in speaking in English. They try their best to accommodate your wishes. Despite the room being small (which is the norm in Japan), it was very pleasant and had decent […] amenities. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. It's location was not. While I was very sick, the staff took extra care and responded to requests very promptly. Spacious indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, gym.

It was Beautiful and service was great. The room was clean but do not expect a large size room. This is not the USA. Do not let size put you off. The room was beautiful and we will use this hotel again as we travel to see family. The Radisson has done it again with equality and grace for a hotel.

This was not a planned stay, we got stuck in Japan due to being overbooked on a flight. Hotel was very nice, room a decent size. Had kettle, tv & dvd player, free internet via ethernet cable. But the absolute best thing was the "HEATED" toilet, this was the first i've ever seen and tried. Plus it has a wash function for "you know what". Very clean hotel near (25 minutes from) Narita Airport. Good buffets for breakfast and dinner. Affordable and convenient. Free airport shuttle.

This is a GREAT hotel with good services. From the relatively huge bathroom to Free internet access, i am sure a returning customer=) I was about to tip the bell boy when he declined my $ with politeness. The hotel is fine in all respects, including pool and food, etc., peaceful (I was recuperating between international flights). Actually stayed there twice, Lots of airline crews use it. Very reasonable rates (though food is kinda dear). A bit of a schlep from the actual airport terminal, however, and the shuttles for ordinary people like me don't run […] that often--and are cramped mini-buses--whereas the airline crews get big spacious buses and what appears to be more frequent service. My only other disappointment was (on first stay) the room was badly overheated when I entered it and the windows don't open very far so it was hard to bring it down to a decent temperature. The hotel's neighborhood is nondescript and unmemorable so once you're there--the grounds are spacious--you won't likely have much reason to wander down the street. Lisez la suite

20 min with its own free shuttle bus from Terminal 1 at Narita. Perfect place to get a good night's sleep before your flight. Note: Do not listen to what the airport staff will tell you about the shuttle bus (they told us it had stopped and that we needed to get a taxi), it runs from early in the morning till 2200. The friendly manner of the staff from the shuttle driver from the airport to the front desk folks to the bellhops was outstanding. In fact, we may go back during the holidays to stay there and visit Tokyo just because they were so nice. The evening manager could not have been more helpful. This hotel is lovely. It is located further from Narita Airport than expected, but they have several shuttles running. It took about 20 min. on the shuttle. We were so very impressed with our room: spacious, clean, comfortable. We also had a lovely view of the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Can't give a good review because I was just staying at this hotel for a night before leaving the next morning. But, there is a very thoughtful children's playroom at the lobby area, which in my opinion is great for families with young children.

For a 4-star hotel the room was extremely small, other than that it was as expected

Besides the normal level of service you would expect from a 4star, it also has excellent free bus-service, pick-up and bring you to Narita Airport, free City bus, porter service is 5star, all staff is helpful, restaurant menu has excellent choice of asian and western food, and beautiful green surroundings and to a very fair price. Really enjoyed access to the free indoor pool after our long flight

Change of flight plans made it necessary for my wife and I to stay near the airport. Radisson Hotel Narita was not our first choice, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise in values for the price, i.e., accommodation, food and beverage, convenience, spacious and peaceful surroundings, choice of recreational facilities, safety and security, friendly […] and courteous service. Pros: The hotel is clean and comfort. Staffs are very kind. Cons: the location is bad. It's far away from the airport.

Mycket bra hotell. Har det man behöver och en riktigt trevlig sports-bar. Trevlig personal och god service.

Hotelli sopii mainiosti lyhyelle lepojaksolle lentojen välillä. Huoneet ihan siistit ja hinta inhimillinen. Ehdoton plussa on hotellin ja Naritan välillä kulkeva maksuton airport shuttle- bussi. Mitään "Japani eksotiikkaa" täältä on turha hakea. Hotelli oli niin sisutukseltaan, vierailtaan kuin tarjonnaltaan kuin japanilainen "USA- simulaattori". Egen buss fra flyplassen med avgang 1-2 ganger i timen gjør det lett å komme seg til/fra hotellet. Vennlig stab og god komfort på hotellet gjøre dette til et bra alternativ for slitne reisende etter 11+ timer i lufta og 8 timers tidsforskjell. 직원들 매우 친절하고 서비스 만족스러움. 무료 셔틀버스로 나리타 공항은 물론 나리타 시내까지 오갈 수 있어서 더욱 좋음. 호텔 내 아침부페는 다소 비싼 편. 전반적으로 추천.

The primary reason we chose this place was due to that its close to the airport, but its actually not that close. More 30 minutes shuttle than the 15 specified here. The shuttle started with being late, which I find to be a bad sign. However, the hotel itself is not bad at all, maybe the food fas a bit expensive for what you get, but it always is. el hotel era perfecto, me gusto mucho el servicio de transporte gratuito del hotel al aeropuerto, la atencion fabulosa, la relacion calidad precio esta bien, lo recomiendo a otros viajeros.

Pretty nice hotel in the middle of Narita. Not the airport. Still only a 30min free transport to the hotel. Good and clean hotel with quite affortable restaurant downstairs. Just a minor detail but the pool was not free, costed about 1000 yen per person.

Took a bus from Tokyo Station. Very convenient. Room was nice and clean. Only complain is that there was a sound of wind going through the ventilation (i assume) intermittently (in room 925). The A/C control only had 3 different levels, low-mid-high. (So i guess I have two complains now.) Other than those two, everything was good. Rent och snyggt överallt! Små rum, som alla hotell i Japan. Lite omständigt läge i förhållande till staden och flygplatsen i jämförelse med de andra flygplatshotellen. Bra med direktbuss till/från Tokyo Station, dessutom billigare än tåget.
