Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & Spa - Alghero - Sardaigne Nord

L'hotel est tres bien intégré dans le paysage. Les chambres sont grandes et décorées avec gout. L'hotel est propre avec du personnel très serviable et toujours souriant. La nourriture en demi pension est excellente et variée avec de nombreux produits frais et locaux.

Tout est super, sauf un petit "bémol" : des lits très durs, mais possibilité de demander à la réception des "ajouts" de mousse qui règle ce problème. Il y a une magnifique piscine d'eau de mer avec transat et parasol à disposition.

This is a big resort hotel. We had 2 suites - small bedrooms but larger living rooms with two sofas which could also be made up to bed so my teenage sons didnt have to share the double in their room. Sardinia is beautiful and great fun, just avoid the v expensive bit on costa smeralda, everyone is so friendly, service is great and prices are fine. Be […] prepared to pay for sunbeds on the beach and all soft drinks E3 in the hotel (same price as a local beer). A week by the sea in the sun with great food. It can feel a bit like Butlin's at the buffet but the range, quality and quantity of the dinner buffet were really great. There is an alternative waiter restaurant but it isn't as much fun. Really good, friendly & helpful staff. We spent most days on the beach, sun beds under an umbrella, toasting gently […] and this was late September. If this is not what you want to do you would need a car but for 6/7 days the hotel has what you need, 2 pools with lots of free beds and umbrellas. Italian, French and German as well as English guests. We used the Hotel transfer to & from Olbia airport as it was the cheapest we could find. I wouldn't normally stay at one of these resort type places - I'm a bit put off by the idea of what effect its having on the rest of the town's tourist industry, that said, I had such a lovely time here, my head has been turned. The accomodation is spread over the resort like a village and you have a nice little wander to go wherever you're going, so […] not just up and down in an elevator, plus there are plenty of chauffer driven golf carts going around for when you're just too tired. The resort is well planted with palms, reeds as well as flowering plants and has a well looked after feel. The half board service is either al a carte or buffett, all Italian or local food and of a very high standard, we tried both - the al a carte wins but the buffett is fair too and there's a reasonablly priced snack bar for panini lunchs (soft drink prices a bit too high if your thirsty). The service of all the staff was very good, friendly and natural feeling, we were impressed by the level of English spoken in the restaurants and by the English, German and French at reception. We went in after the school holidays so enjoyed a very peaceful stay and it felt altogether like a more expensive couples retreat but I can imagine it'd different with kids around. The resort is right on the sand beach too - wonderful for swimming and sunbathing, with no yachts to oil up the water - also meaning that there is plenty of room around the pool if you'd prefer that one day out of the week and it's a 5 minute drive from the town - for gift shops and such.There is a bit #animation# as the Germans call it, but when we were there it was also very good - a band with a violin doing simon and garfunkle covers was cute. We were impressed to see the manager helping out with getting guests and their luggage to their rooms when a travel company bus showed up while independant guests were checking in and he seemed to have a good rapport with the staff (always a good sign). We had a great stay at the Marinedda, service, food, rooms and location were great. The only thing I wasn't aware of when I booked it is that it is more like a little village than a hotel. The rooms are spread out over nice maintained area. Het complex ligt prachtig aan een mooie baai. Het is ook mooi opgezet en het is schoon. Het eten is erg goed van kwaliteit,maar het grootste nadeel van dit hotel is dat het erg massaal is. Er is een buffet restaurant en a la carte restaurant. Beide zijn heel sfeerloos ingericht en erg druk.

Mooie ligging maar ver weg van alles! Toen wij er waren was het erg druk en bijgevolg waren alle ligstoelen aan de zwembaden steeds bezet. Er was wel een stukje privéstrand maar voor de ligstoelen moest daar fors betaald worden(tot €25 per dag). 's Avonds was het ook erg druk en rumoerig in het buffetrestaurant. Una bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bella vista sul mare, pulizia delle camere e delle varie altre strutture veramente eccezionale. Il personale é gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Il cibo é ottimo e nei giorni variato. La spiaggia si raggiunge anche dalla camera più distante in 5 min a piedi o in pochi secondi […] grazie al servizio navetta gratuito. La spiaggia é ampia, vi é la possibilità di spiaggia pubblica o privata della struttura, in qust'ultima il servizio offerto dai ragazzi é veramente unico. Il mare é pulito con acqua limpida. Secondo il mio punto di vista struttura adatta per coppie in cerca di relax e romanticismo.Unica pecca, il prezzo molto alto del trasporto dall'aereoporto alla struttura (tra andata e ritorno quasi come il prezzo del volo). Der Aufenthalt war super! Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer (Typ Relax) war gross und sehr schön! Sehr gute Zimmerreinigung. Das Personal war höflich. Netter, breiter Strand mit relativ grobem Sand (je nach Zimmer-Lage etwa 600m entfernt, Shuttle-Fahrzeug in der Anlage vorhanden). Will man sich andere Ortschaften oder schönere Strände mit feinerem Sand […] ansehen, empfiehlt es sich ein Auto zu mieten, da das Hotel doch sehr abegelegen liegt (es lohnt sich!). Lisez la suite

They say they're a luxury hotel with a spa, but in fact it's a resort with families and elderly. Nothing wrong with that, but frustrating when travveling alone. Una settimana in hotel dal 29 maggio al 5 giugno. Il mare era ancora freddino e il tempo i primi giorni non era dei migliori: nuvole e tanto vento. Ma l'offerta di trattamenti benessere dell'albergo ci ha permesso comunuqe di trascorrere delle giornate piacevoli e rilassanti. L'equipe del centro benessere è davvero di buon livello!
