Hotel propre; chambre bien equipee; personnel ageable; situe dans une rue relativement calme a l` ecart des grands axes mais proche de ceux-ci (10 a 15 mn en taxi de l` Airport Express Station selon circulation et 10mn a pied de Central Market et du tram qui dessert la ville d`ouest en est. C'est un problème, cette caution, somme retenue sur le compte mais pas débitée... Tous les hôtels d'HK le font mais ça fait quand même perdre de l'argent quand la somme remboursée va subir les fluctuations boursières. Gros moins pour le Central park : les connexions internet est payante et leur système est loin d'être clair.

Petit hotel sans prétention, excellent accueil. Chambre vraiment très petite, mais propre et bien entretenue. un peu bruyant si votre voisin de chambre rentre un peu tard. Par contre, extremement bien situé sur central, pres des ferry,du MTR et des réseaux de bus/Tram. Donc ideal pour rayonner dans tout HK.

The only complain is the bathroom. Toilet bowl too low even for an average person like me (1.65M). It's quite noisy taking a shower when the water hit on the glass partition.Otherwise it is perfect place to stay.

I loved this hotel! it is all you need when traveling. Rooms are small compact, fresh and adequate. Staff friendly and efficient. Butterfly's and hug me pillows a lovely quirky touch. Value for money in an expensive city.

I have stayed at a couple of other Butterfly Hotels in Hong Kong and I have always enjoyed them. This butterfly stands out for me because of the helpful staff, Raymond in particular. Very inexpensive boutique hotel for Hong Kong standards, but you get what you pay for. This tiny hotel is cozy and in a good Sheung Wan location, which is an up and coming district loaded with antique shops & cool restaurants & bars. Walking distance of the metro & Central areas. I was here on the first leg of my vacation for 3 nights. Initilally, I saw that the hotel was on top of a hill. It was a chore to walk up the hill daily. The hotel, it's self, was very nice. They went all out with the cheesy Hollywood theme, but was amusing non-the-less. The rooms were a bit small but clean and efficient, considering it was just a base […] of operation and a place to lay your head at night. It location was was very convenent: the Western market was only a few minutes walk, as was the electric trolly and the ferry terminals. The beds were firm but not rock hard like in the other hotels you will find in China. I did not have much contact with the staff, but the contact that I did have was very friendly. I speak some Mandrin, but the staff, actually the whole island, speaks English. Overall, I liked the hotel and would recomend it to anyone staying on HK Island. Lisez la suite

Good location close to all amenities, walking distance to MTR and many many food stores. Not the smallest rooms in Hong Kong but close. Excellent staff, good clean tidy hotel room. Not a huge fan of having the vanity sink on the main table / desk.

The room is quite clean but the noise of the fan in the bathroom is really irritating. And this hotel doesn't have restaurant, so don't except room service if u are as lazy as me.

Not worth the price of 100/night that I got it for.hotel had a really awful stench that I could not determine, but really strong chemical you smell as soon as you get in the lobby and in the halls.it was probably a massive amount of perfume spray to mask how old and dirty the hotel really is.the hotel room was the smallest Ive […] ever been in, my parents were so uncomfortable and angry the moment we got there plus very dirty carpet with a leak from the bathroom. This hotel was good value.. The red cushion on the bed was covered in small hairs and generally seemed like their had been a pet in the room, that was pretty gross. Once I moved that aside the room was fine.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Very close to the MTR station (sheung wan) and short cab ride to all the hot spots in central. Extremely small bedroom, walls were mouldy, bathroom had sliding glass door that couldn't close properly, no cups for coffee/tea (description of room mentioned coffee/tea maker, not kettle). Would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at Butterfly on Hollywood and LOVED it. The staff were super helpful and always friendly and the location is great. It is about 5-10min walk to the MTR and close to many tourist attractions. There are also many excellent restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it! :)

Location is satisfactory. Many antique galleries and a temple is located near the hotel. Main streets are five-ten minutes away by walk. Service of the staffs are good. Overall, it has cheap and reasonable price among hotels in similar level. Only one thing that I didn't like was sounds. Soundproof system was bad.
