L'hotel etait de tres bon valeur - pas tres cher, excellent service, tres gentil proprietere.

Le charme d'un ancien moulin très bien réaménagé, avec juste ce qu'il faut d'ancien. Il est très bien situé, à environ 45 min du centre de florence à pied(en longeant l'Arno dans un parc), mais vous pouvez aussi utiliser des vélos ou la navette gratuite de l'hotel qui vous pose en plein centre. Notre chambre (classique) n'était pas très grande mais très jolie, avec salle de bain en marbre, douche à jets et vue sur l'Arno. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien, on nous sert à table pour les boissons chaudes. Nous avons profité du magnifique spa (payant) mais malheureusement la piscine n'était pas encore en eau, c'est vraiment dommage parce qu'elle à l'air super.

Bon emplacement central mais pas bruyant. Service attentionné et gentil. Un seul bémol, la literie un peu dure.

this hotel has a very excellent service, a shuttle bus to the santa maria novella and a clean and warm room. the staff are really friendly. good job!
"Great hotel - free & frequent shuttle service"
We stayed at the Hilton for a few days, including New Years Eve (NYE). Everyday the hotel has a free shuttle bus service which takes you from the hotel to the city centre and back, at specific times throughout the day. This journey takes around 20 minutes. The only negative aspect about this is that there is an allowance of a maximum number of people […] (around 30) that can take the shuttle bus for one journey. So you may have to wait until the next service which could be an hour later (usually the shuttle runs every hour). We were lucky in that we never had to wait, but the bus driver is inflexible on this point and won't allow any extra passengers on his bus. The last bus leaving from the city centre to go back to the hotel was around 10.30pm. On NYE, the hotel arranged for a much larger coach and it was running until 3am so we were able to celebrate NYE without having to rush. There is a public bus stop outside the hotel where you can take a bus to the nearest tram station and then take a tram to the city centre. This costs around 2.5euros and the journey takes around 30 minutes in total depending on how long you have to wait for the tram. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the city centre at a cost of around 15euros. Nearby is a "shopping centre" with a bowling alley and a few restaurants and a casino-style games room. We didn't stay around the hotel much so can't really comment on this much. In terms of the hotel itself, it was fantastic. The room was gorgeous and there were English channels to watch on the TV. The room was clean, the shower was great! No complaints really. One downer was that you have to pay to use the jacuzzi! Overall a great hotel, with well-organised travel facilities to make up for the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere. Lisez la suite

"Best choice for Florence visit"
Hilton is always a guarantee of good hotels and services. To visit Florence this is the best solution being just outside the city center without the stress of parking and traffic. Their shuttle bus service to downtown is the best solution to visit the city. Good price compared to quality. I recommend it
"Beautiful hotel not close to city"
This hotel was very nice, but you had to plan your day around the shuttle times unless you wanted to pay a taxi 20 euros each way. The shuttle didn't run past 10:30pm and only ran at certain times. Most of their staff was friendly, and their complementary breakfast was fantastic.
"It's just okay"
Room itself was clean and comfortable. Location wasn't good enough though there's a shuttle bus. Breakfast didn't meet my expectation at all but was okay. No sleeper, no gown at room. That's crucial to me.

We had a great time at the Hilton Florence Metropole. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. They offer a free shuttle to and from the city, which is very convenient. Just make sure you get there earlier than the scheduled time, because once the 29 seats fill up, they won't allow any extra people on board. It was a short ride […] in and out of the city. We only wish there were a few places around the hotel to grab some food, but it is very residential. We ate one night at the hotel, the food was ok, the service left something to be desired. "Great Hotel but far from the train station"
If you plan to arrive and depart via the train station, this hotel is not ideal. It costs between 15-18 euro to get to and from. The hotel was beautiful and very afforable but it wasn't close to anything. Since all we did was sleep there, it would have been better to stay closer to the tourist sites of Florence.

The hotel was very clean and modern. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is a ways from downtown, but does provide free shuttle service to and from the downtown area.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Hilton Florence Metropole on the tail-end of a short trip to Italy. We were very impressed with the accommodations, staff and overall experience. "Pro's and Con's"
This is our second time back to this lovely hotel. It is located about 15 minutes outside of the downtown area. This could be a "con" for some. We found this to be a "plus" as we enjoyed leaving the hustle and bustle of the downtown area to return to our serene, luxurious room at the Hilton. There is a VERY reliable (and FREE) shuttle bus that takes […] you to and from the downtown area on a regular basis. However, if you plan to go downtown early, make sure you get in line for the shuttle 15 minutes early to assure you get a seat. The food served at the restaurant and bar is ok, but it is WAY too expensive. 16 Euro for a small, tasteless burger? I feel the hotel gouges the hotel guests because they know there is no where else around the hotel to grab a bite to eat. Parking is plentiful and FREE if you park on the main level. 10 Euro if you park in the garage. Most all of the staff is bi-lingual (Italian/English), with the exception of housekeeping. The sauna and spa room is lovely, but again, there is a daily fee to use it. We feel this should be included in the room price. Overall, this is a fabulous, quiet, clean hotel. "Hilton Firenze - Muito Bom"
O hotel está muito bem equipado e o atendimento nos agradou muito. Apesar de não ser tão próximo do centro, o hotel disponibiliza ônibus de hora em hora para os hóspedes irem até o centro gratuitamente. Recomendo! Abs Leandro

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile,la struttura è molto curata e pulitra sia per quanto concerne le camere che gli spazi comuni. Unica pecca la navetta pochi posti e poche corse!!!!Bene l'organizzazione per il trasporto navetta il 31 dicembre!!!! E' stata una bella vacanza

In generale posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto, l'unico aspetto negativo a mio avviso è la distanza dal centro ma l'ottimo servizio di navetta gratuita ovvia a questo problema
