Hôtel à 3min à pied de l'aeroport de Lima,une passerelle permet de passer du terminal d'arrivée à l'hôtel. Très pratique pour dormir un peu en attendant les vols de corespondances nationales. Personnel serviable et petit déjeuner buffet servi dès 4.00 du matin .

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel au bord de la mer. Le service impeccable. Petit déjeuner au dernier étage où se trouve également une piscine. Il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu un buffet avec autant de choix. eh oui la crise fait que même dans les cinq étoiles on fait des économies. tout était parfait. surtout ne pas rater le restaurant japonais Mesa 18 tenu par M. Toshiro en personne un des meilleurs chef japonais au monde!
Situation
Bayview Hotel se trouve à Lima (Miraflores), à proximité des sites suivants : Larcomar, Parc Kennedy et Huaca Pucllana. Les sites Musée national et Parque de la Reserva se trouvent également à proximité.

"Great Location"
Some things about this hotel were nice, especially the location, being only a couple of blocks from Larcomar. However, there is no AC or elevator, and the carpet on the stairs smelled of urine.

A nice small hotel located in a safe neighborhood, close to everything in Miraflores. Excellent customer service. Clean beds, free WIFI, and close to Shopping areas. Nice complimentary breakfast. The staff accommodated a last minute request. And they even work with a 24 hours standby safe taxi service. An ok hotel, but with a lot of noise from early morning because of ongoing restoration. Very expensive laundry service! Staff could be better at English, but overall an ok hotel - especially nice that's close to the bay/waterfront!

This is a very nice hotel in the Miraflores area of Lima. Easy access to shopping and services. The hotel itself must be very old. It's in excellent condition with dark carved wood everywhere and delightful people. The dining room/bar is warm & the food is very good, the chef couldn't have been more helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

"Great location- mediocre hotel"
This place is pretty simple, but in a great location. We stayed in the Bayview in mid-August, which is winter in Lima. The climate is damp and cool, and the hotel does not have any heat. The rooms are clean but pretty outdated. Breakfast is plentiful (eggs and toast) and the reception very helpful. For the quality of the rooms and the outdated amenities, […] the price was a bit steep. But then again, we were in the heart of Miraflores and two blocks from the ocean. This intimate little hotel in the heart of Lima had me sold the second i saw the courtyard. Two tortoises reside there... Personnel were consistently helpful... Stay here while you can, I suspect it will be torn down and replaced with a huge chain hotel, before long, because it is so well located.

this was a nice little hotel, cute rooms, breakfast. great location close to Larcomar and all the restaurants and shops and the coast. internet and computers are available. while the room was comfortable in general, the bathroom of #17 stank so much it ruined my stay there. i would recommend the hotel in general but not stay in that room again!

"Nice hotel"
This is a very nice hotel in a great area. 2 blocks from a very nice shopping mall area on the cliffs overlooking the beach. Was very happy with my stay here.

Good, Miraflores is a very good area to stay in general. There are good restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. rooms carpet not clean, you can ear everything that is going on in neighbor room or outside the patio, rooms don't have good acustic, and bathrooms are very small.

Boy, not sure at all how this hotel got such high ratings unless most reviewers are back-packers. The locations of this hotel is prime. but the hotel and room smelled of old musty socks. The beddings and carpet appeared from the 1970's and everything was really cheap looking. I would put this at best a 2-star accomodation.

I would not recommend this hotel. The single room I was initially given was located on the other side of the nice patio area. However it was really small and had a strong musty / mold smell to it. I was thinking of cancelling my stay before spending the first nite in the room but I talked to the front desk and they did change/upgrade my room to one […] in the main building. The new room was the only one vacant in the hotel at the time so I was pretty close to being out of luck. The new room was a larger room, however I was unable to a hot shower in the morning or nite. The hot water was working because I was able to take one around 6pm. Don't expect to take a hot shower during normal hours though. The breakfast was a little on the short side also. Lisez la suite

Although there was no view of the bay, this hotel was in a good location and quite close to lots of shops and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Be warned...there is no elevator.

"The Bayview Hotel in Lima - an excellent location"
The Bayview was perfect for me and my two Peruvian friends. We had a room with three single beds, a closet and a large bathroom with a bidet which none of us knew how to use. The breakfast provided was very nice, with a good variety. The location is excellent, as it is one block from the large Marriott hotel and about two blocks from the Larcomar, a […] mall with mostly expensive shops, a theatre, and assorted places to eat, mostly American-type. The mall is right above the ocean with a lookout point. I will certainly choose the Bayview Hotel again if I need a Lima hotel in Miraflores, the safest area. Lisez la suite

I switch hotels from the El Nido which was horrible...no hot water and management that didn't care to the Bayview. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the food was edible at the restaurant there. The entire staff from the management to the regular staff were great! "Great impression!"
I was only at this hotel for one night but I was still very happy with the staff and the accommodations. The staff spoke English and Spanish so this was nice. The hotel looked very well maintained and is located on a quiet street. There really wasn't much of a view because there are building across the street but the beautiful trees and plants outside […] still invited you to open a window and enjoy the surroundings. Our room was modest, not large but it was perfect for me and my fiance. There was a mini-bar with a refrigerator stocked full of drinks and snacks. Priced a little too high but that's to be expected. The bathroom was large and very clean. The hotel has Wi-Fi and I had no problems getting a good signal all the way to the top floor. The included breakfast was nice and good. The hotel is situated within walking distance of Larcomar mall. The staff was also nice enough to hold our luggage and not charge extra so we could buy tickets for the rest of our trip. Again the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rates were very reasonable and we didn't encounter any hidden charges. Overall I would rank this hotel a 4.5 out of 5 stars. the hotel is small and clean in a quiet area. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It is a block away from the shopping center Larcomar which has lots of places to eat including a starbucks. I would stay there again.

My friends and I found this hotel to be exactly what we were looking for. The location is great, just a block away from Lacomar and it is in a safe area. The rooms were very clean and the staff at the hotel responsive. We also appreciated that we were able to lock up our things safely for an afternoon when we had to check out before heading to the airport […] for our flight. Voor een langer verblijf zou ik iets anders kiezen. Ligging is perfect, personeel (op 1 dame aan de receptie na) onvriendelijk en kortaf. Gastvrijheid is minimaal aanwezig. Stoffige, muffige, stinkende kamer en helaas een grote bouwput ipv een gezellige tuin achter het hotel. Wij hadden er meer van verwacht :-(

Hotel confortável, limpo, água quente muito abundante, toalhas limpas, ítens como shampoo, sabonete e cotonetes todos os dias, excelente localização a uma quadra do Shopping LarcoMar e da Praia, tudo isso em Miraflores. Recomendamos este hotel.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in direkter Naehe der grossen Shopping Mall. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet, das Fruehstueck ist etwas spaerlich. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, wobei wir nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbracht haben.

Muy ruidoso por la noche. Habitación de al lado había gente ruidosa por la noche y el sueño era muy pobre. Las habitaciones están separadas por una delgada puerta que no impide que el ruido.

Veggene mellom rommene er så tynne at du får med absolutt ALT naboen gjør/sier. Rommene er små, nedslitte, lukter vondt og er svært lite funksjonelle. Badet, derimot, er ok. Frokosten er svært spartansk og hver dag gikk de tom for mat. Denne hotellopplevelsen var en enorm skuffelse og irritasjon!

Kort avstand til det meste, og veldig nærme Larco, med masse butikker og restauranter. Var heldige å få balkong. Rommet hadde ok standard, men greit i forhold til pris.
