Albert Hotel - Riga

Situé dans le quartie Art Nouveau, sympa. Chambre petite comparée à celle que nous avions au Park Inn de Tallinn. Assez proche de tout, bien pratique, assez proche également des ferries.

Très bon accueil,très professionnel,romantique,très intéressant qualité/prix,un des meilleurs hotels de Riga!

Affordable hotell, a bit small rooms, newly renovated bathroom, sky bar, 15min walking to town center.

Almost 10 minutes walk to the old town, passing two nice parks. Good area. The breakfast included everything I needed. Rooms modern. The "skybar" relaxed.

Stayed for 2 nights, I recommend this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Albert hotel is modern and cousy. The location is wright for the people who want to be near all must-see locations and buzzing oldtown, but to be able to rest at quiet and peacefull area. Hotel is located in so called "quiet centre" which is popular with many embassies, parks, restaurants and posh vine bars. Only 7min walk to OldRiga. Was very pleased with the Albert hotel and a great price on Hotels.com. The room was not massive but modern and clean. Only minor complaint was there was no shower curtain and the shower tended to spray everywhere. Buffet breakfast was very good and Skyline bar on the top floor has great views of Riga and had 2 for cocktails early evening. The hotel is really impressing, especially, in the light of its price. The stuff is friendly, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean with all the necessary stuff their. The airconditioning and the free WiFi are very very usefull. The hotel is a little bit far (by foot) from the old city - about 15 min and it can be a bother. The Hotel which has an Albert Einstein motif was very well located for our needs. The rooms were comfortable though not overly large. The only negative point was lack of drawer or shelf space for storage of clothing, etc. The people at the reception desk went out of their way to be helpful.

There was no air conditioning in this hotel - it is a swamp cooler which adds moisture to the air to cool the temperature - this summer was the hottest on record for the last 20 years (according to the locals) and air conditioning would have been preferred. Room was nice, view was lovely, hand held shower only. Breakfast was perfect!

very comfortable bed, nice staff, great bar with a happy hour that has awesome drinks 2 for 1 on the top floor surrounded by windows, very relaxing. didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms at all which was great! if your looking for a hotel that is away from all the hustle and bustle then this is it. they also serve a wonderful breakfast every morning...checkout […] was as quick and easy as check in...would definitely recommend and will probably stay there again. The hotel is very nice and clean. The price was outstanding. The only issue that I had was the noise. The soundproof of the walls and floors are terrible. You hear your neighbors moving around and god help you if someone moves a chair! But you don't hear tv's,voices, or anything like that, just mechanical sounds, that in the early hours of the morning […] could get really irritating. I spent 3 nights in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and all spoke english, hotel rooms very clean, cosy rooms. lots of choice for breakfast. The 11th floor lounge bar was a great place to chill with great views of the city. The hotel is in a quiet location not too far to walk to the city centre, would definetly use this hotel again

It was a friendly atmosphere and service was timely and professional. The room was clean and it was quiet in the hotel at night- no late partying by other guests. The breakfast was filling and varied. This sounds almost like a professional blurb for the hotel but I really did enjoy the stay in the hotel even more than I enjoyed visiting the city! […]  The weather was chilly and after walking around for hours it was just nice to return to a warm and inviting hotel and room. Great location, clean, good breakfast. Everything you'll need. Dont waste your time and just book it if the price suits you.

The hotel is situated quite central in one corner of the old town. There is walking distance to all the landmarks. In despite of this we had no problems with noise at nights. It's a quiet neighbourhood.

For our winter visit to Riga . We needed to be close to the old part of the city, the Albert was well located, close to the park areas which looked so pretty dressed with snow. Trolley buses into the centre ran every three minutes if needed, the old town is well worth a visit, pedestrianised full of interest.

Great Hotel-all facilities provided-nothing was too much trouble!!

Jeg har bodd på Albert mange ganger - har vært fornøyd hver gang. God service i resepsjonen, god frokost, taxi rett utenfor. Alt dette til en fantastisk pris.

замечательный персонал, всегда с отличным настроением, с улыбкой. великолепная еда и разнообразное меню. уборку производили быстро и очень качественно. я путешествую много и могу с полной уверенность сказать, что отель держит высокий стандарт обслуживания, несмотря на 3 звезды. Hotelli oli mielestäni siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Aamupala huippuluokkaa! Vanhaan kaupunkiin oli noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka.

Hyvä hotelli kaikinpuolin. Palvelu oli toimivaa ja suhteellisen ystävällistä ollakseen latvialaista. 11.kerroksen baari oli mukava ja valittavana oli laaja drinkkivalikoima. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen, vaikkakin välillä safka loppui kun aamiaisella oli paljon porukkaa. Sijainnilta Albert on ihan ok, vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelee noin 15 minuuttia. […] Albertin vieressä on muutama loistava italialainen ravintola ja Art Nouvue -alue. Suosittelen tätä hotellia. Jeg kan ikke huske sist gang jeg var gjest i et hotell hvor betjeningen var meget smilende, høflige og behjelpelige. Å være gjest så følte jeg at jeg virkelig ble satt pris på, og hvor alt ble gjort for at mitt opphold skulle bli det beste. Fantastisk frokost buffet hvor alt var lekkert og meget smakfult. Jeg har bodd på Albert hotell mange ganger i gjennom jobben, og er godt fornøyd med hotellet. Men servicen i resepsjonen kunne vært høynet noen hakk. God frokost og helt greie rom. Jeg savner roomservice.

Sijainniltaan loistava. Vain kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista, Zeppelin halleista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Sijainti kuitenkin sen verran "syrjäinen" että lähikaupoissa vieraillessa rahaa kuluu vähemmän kuin keskustan liikkeissä. Me gustó mucho el hotel, es bastante nuevo y tiene una bonita decoración. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno fenemenal y sin aglomeraciones. La única pega, la ducha no tiene mampara por lo que al ducharse sale toda el agua por fuera.

Hyvällä paikalla oleva siisti hotelli. Hyvä parkkihalli hotellin alla (5€ vrk). Ilmastoidut huoneet.

Parempi ja siistimpi kuin osasimme odottaa. Voi hyvin suositella! Ylimmässä kerroksessa kiva baari, jossa palvelu tosin oli hidasta. Maisemat sitäkin upeammat. Aamupala oli vähän niukahko ja joka aamu täsmälleen sama 4pvän jaksollamme. Kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin sykkeestä.

Likte beliggenheten. En meget god frokost med en vennlig betjening. Rommene var reine og fine. Og romtempen om natten tilfredstillende. Ikke støy om natten. Jeg er en fornøgd kunde som kommer gjerne igjen og vil anbefale det til andre.

Albert hotel is my favourite hotel in Riga; friendly staff, nice rooms, good restaurant and located in a calm and nice area! I'll be back next summer:-)

Vastaanotossa hyvä ja tehokas palvelu. Ravintolassa ja näköalakerroksen baarissa hidasta toimintaa sekä aamupalatarjoilussa tarvikkeet ja ruuat loppuivat yhtenään. Runsas ja monipuolinen aamupala sekä kauniisti esillepantuna kun tavaraa riitti. Siisti hyvä hotelli, hyvällä paikalla.

Godt beliggende hotel - i fornuftig gåafstand til den gamle bydel og til indkøbsgaderne. Dejlig gåtur gennem parkerne på vej mod den gamle by. Let at køre til - fin ny parkeringskælder med direkte adgagn til hotellets lobby.

Dette hotellet (som er viet til Albert Einstein) anbefales på det sterkeste! Hotellet ligger pent plassert i ambassadestrøket i Riga, kort vei å gå til Gamle Byen og ikke ubehagelig å gå tilbake til på kveldstid. Veldig bra service samt god frokost med godt utvalg. Rommene er noe små, men har god standard og er rene. Bar og lounge i toppetasjen med […] flott utsikt over Riga i retning Gamle Byen. Anbefales! Lisez la suite

Albert hotel is a cosy hotel. It's clean, offers a nice breakfast buffé and a sky bar. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Old Town.

Hih, oikein komia ja hiano hotelli. MUTTA palvelun asenteessa paljon parantamisen varaa. Olimme varanneet porukalla huoneet etukäteen ja kun pääsimme perille, esitettiin meille (saavuimme kahdessa eri ryhmässä) heti respassa, että heillä tekninen ongelma, että voimmeko vaihtaa hotellia. Että lähellä olisi juuri meille sopiva hotelli ja halvemikin vielä. […] Sanoimme että ei käy, olemme jo maksaneet huoneemme ja että porukalla ajattelimme viettää yön juuri tässä hotellissa. Seurue kakkoselta kysyttiin että montako meitä sitten vielä tulee. Vastasin, että ei yhtään. Respan kommenti oli THANK GOD! Dette var 6. tur til Riga, og den beste. Riga har utviklet seg enormt fra vel 20 år tilbake. Albert Hotel ligger 10-15 min spasertur fra gamlebyen, og mye av turen kan legges gjennom parkområder. Sammen med 9 venner, flere ikke helt i sprek alder lenger, ble det daglig to turer til gamlebyens spennende bygninger og sommerlige utekafeer. Sightseeingbussen […] stopper også rett ved hotellet. Anbefaler gjerne Albert Hotel. 10 pensjonister på tur. Lisez la suite
