The hotel itself is very nice, clean and tidy. The staff were all very accomodating to us. The location is a little bit up from the beach (15 min walk or 6 euro in a taxi) and about the same to the main square where the church is, however this made the hotel pool very quiet and relaxing to sit at. Nice staff, clean rooms, some of which have been updated recently. We had half board and found food was very good, plenty of it and reasonable choice. There was entertainment every evening in the bar area, which was generally good. The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from the town (uphill on the way back) with plenty of restaurants and shops. […] There is a cheap bus service but this doesn't run during the siesta hours, so if you don't like walking this could be a problem. We walked in every day and it wasn't a problem for us. We had a modern room at the front above the cafe/bar but this was very noisey in the evening and night, after 3 nights of not sleeping we asked to move to a quieter room. They offered us a room at the back of the hotel which was a little dated, but much bigger and very quiet. We changed rooms and everything was fine from then on. The staff were very pleasant about the room change and we were glad we had asked to move. Only other gripe was that we understood there was an indoor pool. In fact this was part of the spa and was very small, also because of the package we were on we had to pay to use it 8 euros each for one hour! free parking on the street, room was good, staff were good, buffet breakfast was fine, good value for the money. not sure about the location if you were staying for longer, we used it for 1 night passing through, it seemed to be a residential area more than a main tourist area

Usually when I read reviews on hotels and they have received poor marks based on staff, I simply ignore it or put it down as subjective seeing as one persons opinion on a person might not be mine. However, the staff at this hotel were particularly bad and have to be mentioned in this review. Firstly, the bar staff will ignore you unless you have tipped […] considerably on previous occasions (I spoke to several Irish, English and Germans who all felt the same, and were pretty angered by it), secondly, the housekeeping barged into our room at 10am and when I said "no, gracias", the housekeeper laughed and went outside and imitated me to the other housekeepers and they all had a good laugh at a guests expense. Not exactly what you want when you're not exactly confident about your Spanish in the first place!! And thirdly, the general attitude of all staff members to guests is very poor. Asking any of them a question was painful - they would look at you as if you were bothering them. Overall, I LOVED Nerja, I met many people (mainly Irish, English, and Dutch) who were so friendly and made the holiday worthwhile, but as for the hotel? NEVER AGAIN I'm afraid - simply because of the staff Lisez la suite

Hyggelig hotell med proff og vennlig betjening! Fin og solid frokost.Fine oppholdsrom, fint bassengområde og bra nett-tilgang! Vi bor mere enn gjerne der igjen!

I stayedin Nerja Club in July 2011 for 4 days and I have to say I was quite satisfied of it. The hotel is in a good position, not too far from the beach, easily accessible from the main road; the staff were helpful and lot of facilities were available for the guests. I reccomend in particular the free Jacuzzi and hydromassage! The only negative thing […] was that the bathroom sometimes really had a strong and unpleasant smell; being without window it was difficult to get rid of. Hotellet i sig selv var skønt, og levede op til næsten alle forventninger. En stor ulempe var dog, at hvis man vil til centrum for at handle eller til stranden, er der meget langt at gå. Man skal også gå langt for at komme til spisesteder.

Obwohl wir angerufen hatten und ein E-mail geschikt hatten war das Zimmer verkauft und nicht in Ordnung. Der Portier gab uns 2mal Fruhstuck, aber das war nur wegen seiner schlechten Gewissens.Wictig: Wir hatten im voraus alles bezahlt.

Hotellet ligger en kvarts promenad från stranden. Musik och underhållning sent på kvällarna så kanske inget för barnfamiljer. Rent och fräscht. Högljudd luftkonditionering.

Ganske udemærket hotel, men du skal ikke tage hertil for at slippe for Costa del Sol larmen - der måske skruet lidt ned for tempoet i byen, men selve på hotellet er pakket med ældre mennekser, som hotellet underholder til midnat med sing a long sange.
