Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

"Lazy Lodge - True to It's Name A++++"
My extended family and I booked a vacation for labor day weekend. We were not able to find out which 4 bedroom cabin we had until check-in (since we booked through a 3rd party) but we did contact them 2 days before and were given a reservation number. Great customer service at check-in, and thankful for the directions to the cabin! It was beautiful, […] clean, and more than we could have expected. "I hate this freaking place"
If you love having to off-road to get to your cabin, this is for you. If you love water that smells like rotten eggs, this cabin is for you. If you love incompetent office staff that are unaccommodating to your needs, then this cabin is definitely for you. Enough said.
"Very Nice"
We stayed in the Hanky Panky cabin. It was very nice. We had two minor issues with it though. First, it didn't have Wi-Fi access which for the price that you're paying for these cabins should have been included. Also, this cabin was a 1-bedroom which was downstairs, but the one & only bathroom was upstairs. The bedroom & bath should be on the same floor. […] Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. "Not quite what I was expecting."
Me, my wife and daughter decided to get away for a night in Gatlinburg for some fun. We stayed in the "Smokey Waters" cabin. I'm going to start with the good points: The cabin was beautiful, the staff of Hickory Mist were friendly, big flat screen tv, pool table, hot tub, breath taking view, comfortable beds. Ok, now for the bad: The cabin was over […] 14 miles away from the Hickory Mist office, up a mountain, around hair pin curves, washed out gravel roads with deep ruts. So having an SUV to get to this location would be a plus. Unfortunately for us, our little Toyota Yaris got beat to death and bottomed out several times (cringe). The worst part about the cabin and I'm suprised that nobody has mentioned this yet, was the fact that the only water you have to drink, make coffee, take a shower and/or brush your teeth with is sulfer/egg water. So, bring plenty of bottled water for coffee and brushing your teeth. Taking a shower might require you to hold your breath. We were not totally satisfied with out stay, but we were not totally unsatisfied either. It truly is a beautiful cabin with an awesome view of God's creation. cabin was great. up in the mountains great view. worth the money. only little problem is that u have to go to a different location to check in. And u do not want to check in at dark time!!! driving up the mountain and looking for cabins in pitch dark is not good

I had to admit when I looked at the hotel website, I was nervous that i was going to be charged more upon checkout, not the case, this cabin (two of hearts) was soooo perfect for me and my husband, we will ALWAYS choose hickory mist when coming to gatlinburg (and check out coffee and co, they are awesome too!!!)
"great vacation"
This was our first experience staying in a cabin before, and we weren't sure what to expect. We loved our cabin!! It was roomy, comfortable, big, and the view was beautiful. The only problem we really had was actually getting to the cabin itself as the roads were very winding and bumpy, and our car got a beating just coming and going from the cabin […] to the attractions. However, the over all visit we had was wonderful and the price through hotels.com was alot cheaper then booking with the hotel directly. We would most certainly recommend this hotel to anybody who is interested in taking a quiet get away with a great view. Lisez la suite

"Needs some work, but overall a great experience"
Overall, we were impressed with the cabin we were given. It does need some work, though, minor things that if were fixed, would make it the perfect getaway. For example, when we drove up into the driveway, a man pulled up behind us, getting ready to fix the AC. Luckily he was able to get it fixed. There's also a hinge missing on the door with the key […] code lock on it downstairs...makes me worry about the security of it, especially with wild animals around. The road is awfully tricky to get up, use Low gear on your car going down. The ceiling in the upstairs bathroom makes it hard to stand up straight when using the sink. We grew to love the creaky floors, and the deck was the most relaxing place to be, after the jacuzzi of course. We looked forward to going back to the cabin after our hectic days at Dollywood and Wonderworks. The kids LOVED the pool table and spent many hours playing on it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely visit again, and hopefully bring extended family with us. Lisez la suite

The cabin we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a great wrap around deck and a hot tub. The view was amazing!
"Outstanding"
My family and I really enjoyed the cabin, it was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was nice because it was close to the main strip, however, when I reserved a cabin , I did not picture staying in a cabin in a residential area. My thoughts were that the cabin would be tucked away in the woods somewhere.
"Gorgeous View, oustanding accommodations"
With a view of the smokies which was unbeatable.....overall cabin was perfect for the 6 of us. Every bedroom was comfortable, we had a great time. The driveway was a little tricky but we managed and would stay again. Hotel.com makes everything quick and easy.
"Quaint cabin"
We stayed in the Morning Glory cabin. It was cute and had a full kitchen. It had two balconies but only a view of trees, not of mountains. The upstairs was very warm and the downtstairs was much cooler so we took the hide-a-bed mattress and put it in the bedroom downstairs. It was a good value but not a luxury cabin by any stretch.
"Great Get Away"
Our cabin was fabulous and it was tucked away just far enough into the mountains but not too far from the amenities of Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay with Hickory Mist on our next visit and recommend them to anyone.

Very nice 1 room cabin with terrific view. Great if you don't mind the 25 minute drive from Gatlinburg to get there.
