État très correct de l'hôtel et des chambres, mais la propreté de la salle du petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Concernant l'internet, le Wifi était correct

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix. Simple mais bien. Belle piscine.
Situation
Bénéficiant d'une situation idéale près de l'aéroport, à Hadley, l'établissement Hampton Inn Hadley/Amherst area se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Hadley Farm Museum, Academy of Music Theater et Smith College Botanic Garden. Les sites Porter Phelps Huntington Museum et Joseph Skinner State Park se trouvent également à proximité.

"Fresh does not come out of a bottle"
Hotel was lovely, staff friendly, but the hotel room reeked of freshener or some other spray. Too many people have allergies these days for this to be a smart practice. Would have been perfect if we didn't have to prop the door open to air out the room.
"Very pleasant place to stay"
The Hilton brand is so schizophrenic - they've devalued their own Hilton hotels, turning them into overpriced Holiday Inns, but Hampton Inns and Homewood Suites, their mid-range hotels are so lovely. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable - free wi-fi is a pleasure and the complimentary breakfast was great. Good coffee, and […] everything. The only negative thing I can think of at all - the Febreeeze-type freshener they use on the rooms is overpowering. That kind of thing really needs to be lost. "Fresh" does not come out of a bottle. As many people commented, the floors are squeaky - we asked for a room on the 3rd floor, away from any smoking rooms and that's what we got. It was very nice. I've stayed in a Hampton Inn twice and I would absolutely recommend it over a Hilton any day. Lisez la suite

"Stay here - but on the third floor!"
Typical Hampton Inn. Excellent service - clean room with very comfortable bed - nice bathroom also very clean -- excellent breakfast -- nice lobby area with plenty of seating for breakfast. Only warning -- ask for a room on the third floor! The floors are very "squeaky" throughout the hotel. We were awakened each morning by the people above us just […] walking across the room. "Exactly what I was looking for..."
Was looking for a clean hotel for a one-night stay and this Hampton Inn fit the bill perfectly. If you're looking for a place anywhere near Northampton, Easthampton, Hadley, Amherst, etc., I highly recommend it.
"helpful staff"
My car door was broken when I went to unload it. The people at the desk called the dealer, locksmiths, and local garages, and they came out with a screwdriver to try to help me. They finally found me a shoelace to tie the door shut. I really want to thank them for going above and beyond. "Good Choice for the Amherst/Northampton Area"
Clean, quiet hotel with friendly service. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet choices too (more than your typical continental fare). Definitely would recommend.

The hotel is located almost directly between downtown Northampton and downtown Amherst, which was perfect for us. It was clean, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent as far as hotel breakfasts go, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Close to the highway, close to good restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet location with a good breakfast.

We have stayed here many times. The hotel is always clean, but I noticed the beds are not all that comfortable. However, we always feel at home here.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. They offer a free, full breakfast buffet between 6 -10 a.m. which was excellent. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again

Not a fancy hotel, for sure, but there is a pool, a decent fitness room, and a standard complimentary breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Very conveniently located to the center of Northampton and to Amherst.

My wife and I had a family emergency out in western ma - found this hotel online at the last minute. Stay was extremely comfortable and the food in the morning was excellent. The rates were very fair. Honestly wish we had had more time to take advantage of the amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

When we checked in there was a very large bus group of High School students who were going to be visiting the area colleges. This could have been a disaster - but the front desk clerk assured us they had a curfew and the hotel had quiet hours. After we got back from a late dinner the place was absolutely peaceful. "Great homebase for visiting the 5-schools"
Brought my college seeking kid here to visit the schools of the 5-college consortium. Accommodations were more than adequate and breakfast and wireless internet included a definite plus. If she chooses on of these schools we will be back!
