Un canapé avec un trou dans les cousins et les coussins délavés (propres ou sales ????).....manque de qualité par rapport aux tarifs....

This property had everything that we were looking for during our trip to Niagara Falls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff and well trained. The only inconvenience is the rooms dont have a microwave oven so if u have little kids u have to request one but they charge extra for that. But overall it's a good place. I recommend.

It was a very nice hotel and an excellent stay. I loved how close it was to the Falls and park. We did have an incident where we got stuck in the elevator, which was very frightening. Luckily there were two elevators because I refused to get back on the one that got stuck.

Only 2 elevators. Feels scary. No complementary breakfast. No fast food near by. Restaurant too pricey. Would not recommend.

This was an excellent location and worth the money. Very clean and a comfortable lay out. Short walk to the Falls and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was a horrible stay. The noise in the hotel is ridiculous. Rooms are extremely close together,and you can hear even the lowest of conversations as if they are in your room. when I requested to be moved as there was a newborn in the room beside us, and this was our anniversary I was very rudely told basically tough luck and people have kids ma'am […] that's reality. However to my defence I DO NOT HAVE kids, and look forward to a nice evening without hearing one for 5.5 hrs. at night! Very dissatisfied to say the absolute least. Lisez la suite

No complementary breakfast. Every thing in the restaurant was expensive.

This hotel was in a great location in reference to the Falls and other attractions in Niagara Falls. Each night, there was a strong CIGARETTE SMELL coming into our room, but our floor was supposed to be smoke free, so must have been under us or some one not following the rules. House Keeping did not come in our room at all to give us clean towels […] or make up the bed, which i found really odd. The location is very good and in walking distance to the falls. The room is clean and well maintained. Check in/out is fast and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The view of the falls was not bad. We were there in April and only on the 4th floorand not many leaves on the trees. View of the Canadian horizon was very nice. Hotel windows had lots of water spots that do show up in pictures. Close enough to walk to everything and there is lots to do. Pool was nice to relax in after a long day walking.

Hotel is close to the falls, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and plenty of parking. But: (unlike the description says) there is no sauna and the hot tub is extremely filthy.

I love staying at this hotel its so close to attractions the people there are nice the rooms are so clean The only thing I dislike.is the bar the drinks are over priced and the liquor is waterd down

My husband and I stayed here for one night. Super late check I and the front desk guy, Tony, was very helpful. Offered late check out and gave us info on buses. They held our luggage after we checked out since we had a couple of hours to spare. This hotel is a mere block from Niagara falls entrance. Able to use business center to print our tickets. […] Hotel looks like its been recently remodeled and looks very modern. Free wifi. Free parking. Easy to find, good location from falls and casino. Liked the wood floors--winter time definitely need rug area somewhere at doorway. The highlight of our stay was the peppertree restaurant in the hotel!! The food was amazing!

This is recommended for a short stay. The Hotel seems outdated and the elevator needs repair. The Hallways are under renovation but the room are updated and clean. Bath Towels need updating, too rough. location is convenient to the Falls and would have been perfect for warmer weather to walk to the Falls

Was a great stay however the Pool area lights Were. Of working and the fire alarm went off twice in a 24 hr period.

We spent a weekend at this hotel. Did not get to use the amenities much. Close to the falls. Walking distance from the visitor center. Do not miss the restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food.

I don't consider myself too picky; however I do have a list of must haves. This place was ok to sleep, but I would not want to have to spend extended time in the room. I liked the hardwood floors. When we first […] arrived, I noticed the toilet was not flushed. There was "unclean" toilet paper in the toilet. This pretty much set the tone for my stay. I was very skeptical about touching anything after that. I travel with antibacterial wipes, so I went to work! In all fairness, I noticed that the water in the toilet was shallow and required more than one or two flushes at times. But nonetheless, that should have not been an oversight. The house keepers were very friendly. I give them a 5. This hotel is under construction. The carpet on our floor was new. So esthetically, the hotel was in decent order. But some things seemed unkept: windows, smudges on paneling in elevator, trash in workout facility. I don't know if it was a busy time, but I did not want to touch anything. There is an onsite restaurant. Eating there was not even a consideration. There are 7 floors in this hotel. The elevator was down two of the three days we were there. We used the service elevator and boy did it smell. After all, it was the service elevator. Our last night, at 7am we were woke to a fire alarm. The hotel had to be evacuated. No one ever told us what the problem was. We went back to bed, a little after 10, the alarm sounded off again. I told my husband to call the front desk before we went down 7 flights of stairs again. Great stay...close to falls!

a very nice location in very close of it i highly recommended

The internet service at this hotel ruined our stay. Upon arriving in the room,we turn on our computer. To see we had five bars in green a excellence .That lasted about 5 minutes and never returned.Calling the hotel wireless provider they said somebody had to come to the room,which I throught was odd!Well I didn,t even get off the phone someone knock […] the door.He insisted the he had change our personal setting in our computer make it run with no firewall because we wern,t allowed to use the computer because the border was so close.From the time he left we had 1 bar connect and now anybody with any knowlegde of hacking could get in our computer.Nothing work right since now the computer has virus doesn,t wok at all Lisez la suite

Comfy, close to casino good for the price!

Hotel is being improved albeit slowly starting in hallways. Mildew in bathrooms mentioned to manager and never received call back. Rooms are dated but tons of parking.

I am disappointed with both Hotel.com and Holiday Inn. 1) Hotel.com booked me in a Non-smoking room with a Handicap bathroom without informing me about this during reservation. I checked the details during reservations again after return and do not find anything on the fine print. Very bad experience! 2) I hold Holiday Inn at extremely high standards […] but was disappointed with the standards maintained at this location. Poor elevators, paint coming off the walls, and the entire hotel corridor smelling as if it were a clinical studies lab!! The location of the hotel is great but I'd recommend Days Inn closeby over this one to anybody visiting Niagara. Avoid this hotel... Lisez la suite

For the fact that they are going through a re-model, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were really big and pretty! Great location, walking distance to a lot of things.

Very satisfactory experience and excellent location. Game room and pool a huge plus for travelers with children. Hotel restaurant, The Peppermill, provides good food and very good prices. Staff friendly and capable.

I enjoyed my stay ,except for the bed which kind of sagged in the middle, woke up with a tender back ! Peter at the front desk was great . He saw to all our needs and then some with the laundry soap. The wait staff and the food was excellent ,maybe the French onion soup was not exactly what I expected though my wife scarfed it down. Located at the Gateway to Niagara Falls State Park and in the Convention/Casino Neighborhood, this Hotel is a good choice for a Three Star Property. The room was clean and well appointed. I was at end of hall near noisy ice machine but have no other complaints about the room or its location. Perfect location near niagra, just 2 blocks.. Nice spacious rooms, very clean.

we have visited the falls many times on the Canadian side. Our last trip to the falls was the first time we saw it from the American side & it is now our favorite . Everything was within walking distance of our hotel,from the falls to the casino. & The location was clean & we felt safe walking at night. Overall really shabby - looks like lack of maintenance eg faulty door lock, lifts and laundry facilities not working properly Although convenient to the Falls I certainly would not recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at other Holiday Inns before and were happy, this however was not what we expected. The place was a mess. We saw signs around the building that they were planning a remodel and I hope they do so soon, because the place definitely needs it! The halls were disgusting, our room looked like it had new furniture but the bathroom was still […] old and ragged looking.
