un personnel tres agreables, serviable = professionnel j'ai vraiment passé un agréable séjour. A renouvler dès que possible.

L'accueil à la réception est très agréable. Mais dès notre arrivée on nous informe que l’hôtel est complet malgré notre réservation payée de long mois à l'avance. Afin de nous dédommager on nous offre un diner et on nous envoie dans un autre hôtel où nous sommes très très mal reçu, car l'accueil est hautain, la chambre et le petit déjeuner ne correspondent pas à notre réservation. Heureusement la responsable d'accueil du coconut court réagit très vite et nous rapatrie rapidement dans une chambre qui ne sera pas notre chambre définitive. Au bout de trois jours nous incorporons notre chambre définitive, très grande et confortable mais la vue sur la mer n'est pas à la hauteur de nos espérances, par ailleurs le coin kitchenette est très peu équiper. Le petit déjeuner continentale est copieux. La plage ne correspond plus tout à fait aux photos du site et mériterait d'être nettoyée quotidiennement des algues. Nous recommandons l'happy hour de 17h à 19h. Il n’y a pas de restaurant abordable ni de commerce à proximité, par contre la boutique de souvenirs de l’hôtel est bien pour dépanner et il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel.

accueil sympathique, la directrice est très proche des clients et donne de bons conseils touristiques. l’hôtel donne sur une petite plage agréable avec un bar où l'on peut prendre des cocktails à des prix abordables. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables grâce notamment à la terrasse vue plage. Des commerces sont très proches de l’hôtel. Hôtel parfait pour des vacances familiales.

Sur la plage de St. Lawrence Gap (Christ Church), l'établissement Baywatch Resorts - Yellow Bird Hotel se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Dover Beach, Accra Beach et Harry Bayley. Les sites Plage de Brownes et Wildey House se trouvent également à proximité de cet hôtel.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
Cet hôtel au bord de la plage offre un restaurant et un bar/lounge. L'accès gratuit à Internet Wi-Fi est disponible dans les espaces communs. "Exceptional Staff"
Decent, clean, and comfortable accommodations with a great balcony and view of the ocean. Located on a strip of restaurants and bars which was great for dining/entertainment options but the noise did tend to be loud and disturbing on Saturday evening (was not an issue other weekday evenings). "Excellent Bargain - Great Deal"
No complaints at all about my stay. Great location. Great staff. The small kitchen is perfect especially when there is a supermarket just down the road where you can buy rum and food really cheap. LOL The channel selection kinda sucks and the t.v.s are old but who comes to Barbados to watch t.v. right? The wireless interest was surprisingly fast. The beach is right across the road and the sea view is perfect from your balcony. Café Sol is right next door and lots of people and great food there as well as in the Yellow Bird restaurant. "Probably the best bargain in Barbados"
I have never been to Barbados before so there was so many hotels along the South Coast that it was impossible to choose. I asked some business colleagues in Trinidad and one recommended the Yellow Bird. If you are looking for the spit and polish of a high end hotel you are not going to find it here. The hotel is getting old and the rooms are dated and […] basic. The location is awesome. The noise from Café Sol is NOT that bad at all and is a great place to meet people. You are a 3 minute walk from the heart of the St. Lawrence Gap and just 10 minutes and 2 Barbados dollars from the Friday night fish party at Oistens which I highly recommend. TriMart supermarket is just the Highway and the rooms at Yellow Bird come with a nice kitchenette so you can eat and stay really cheap. Great beach across the road and to the West about 300 meters. The views of every room are awesome. Food in the restaurant by the pool is great and cheap. Leave your patio doors open and sleep to the sounds of the surf. The internet is free and very fast of which I was really impressed. The t.v.’s are old and should be replaced with bigger flat screens but t.v. is not that important to me. The satellite t.v. channel selection really sucked. The price was like waaaay better than any other hotels and is for sure a bargain. "pool out of order"
This is a pleasant and friendly hotel. It needs sprucing up, but the prices reflect that. My beef is that for the entire length of our stay (5 days) the pool was being retiled. I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel in Barbados, as we'd never been there before. I chose the Yellow Bird because of it's convenient location in the Gap, the fact that each room has a kitchenette (which can save you lots of money on meals here), and because we like smaller hotels. Nearby are several restaurants, food markets, and a neat little karaoke bar called Hal's Car Park Bar, which is basically an awning attached to the side of a building with a bar underneath. Be sure to go to Oistins on Friday night for the fish fry, take a catamaran cruise to swim with the turtles and snorkel over the coral reefs, and rent a car (I would suggest a Suzuki Jimny with a GPS from Direct Car Rental) to explore the island. Despite the nice staff at the desk and in the restaurant, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Barbados--and among the worst anywhere. The front area felt like a check cashing outfit and included big signs about how my property was not the hotel's responsibility. The room's walls were grubby and the floor sticky. Great vacation. Staff were terrific, very helpful and courteous. KIds loved having a pool and the food and service at the restaurant were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

La verdad, que me atendieron muy bien, la habitacion era cómoda y espaciosa, el personal muy amable, la ubicación excelente y el precio accesible. Si vuelvo a Barbados, no dudaría en regresar a este hotel.
