Situé dans un quartier agréable, centre ville accessible facilement en transports en commun ou à pied pour les courageux. Très bon service, petit déjeuner excellent.

Hôtel situé près de 2 stations de métro ( Münchener Freiheit , Dietlindenstrasse ) sur la ligne U6 ; atmosphère calme ; chambre confortable ( Attention ! Les salles de bains ne sont séparées des chambres que par leurs parois en verre , donc ... transparence totale ! Aspect agréable pour des gens qui se connaissent bien ... Petit-déjeuner correct , […] mais un seul type de plat chaud ; aucun PC à la disposition des clients qui n'ont pas pris l'ordinateur portable sur eux ( sauf si la personne qui se trouve à la réception accepte gentiment de vous céder pendant quelques minutes le PC de la réception ! ) ; petit centre de remise en forme au sous-sol , mais sauna et hammam communs hommes-femmes . I stayed in Fleming's Schwabing one night on a business trip. I got upgraded to better room although I don't know what was the difference. Room in top floor was a bit small but clean and stylish. Internet worked fine. There is a parking garage which was 15€ per day at the time of my visit but parking by the surrounding streets should be possible for […] less. Hotel has a small gym with some cardio machines and free weight bench. There is also sauna and steam room. It is not a walking distance to town but a Subway station is two blocks away. I've stayed there twice in two years. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast. I'll definatly stay there again.

This is my third stay in the hotel over the last 6 months. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was ready on our arrival and we were asked whether we wished the sauna to be warmed up to be able to relax as soon as lugages were unpacked. This hotel is 4 star / first class categorie. Very clean rooms and nice furnished. Magazines and newspapers. Waters and Apples all the team. Steam sauna and fitness area. Excellent and very knowledgable staff. Great breakfast buffet. Was a great stay.

Positive: Very nice breakfast buffet; Helpful and friendly reception and waiters at the restaurant; in the middle of in-quarter schwabing and good connection to public transportation; I was upgraded to a nicer and bigger room - big PLUS! Negative: A.C. broke down and it took them three days to fix it during a hot summer week. Also, they are quite understaffed. […] I stayed in the hotel for almost three weeks and it just showed everywhere. Some examples: I needed something from the reception about five times during my stay. The first time I waited over an hour cause the person couldnt leave the reception - simply she told me because nobody else was there. The next times I just picked it up myself. Another one: I had some cups of coffee parked in the hallway on the floor for three days straight and nobody picked those up...flies all over, so a bit nasty. All of the negative points are actually a NO-GO for a four-star hotel. Still I was quite happy there with everything because the few people working there are really nice and helpful. Biggest plus for me was that they upgraded me to a bigger and nicer room. Along with the really tasty breakfast buffet, I can recommend this hotel and cant complain overall. Lisez la suite

A well-situated, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast (included in the price) is out of this world and served in a beautiful atrium. This is a great hotel located close to the U bahn a few stops to the centre . Staff are generally excellent with good service but the breakfast at the weekend could be better organised due to long waiting times for buffet food and coffee. Lots of good nearby restaurants especially recommend 'Italy' an excellent Italian.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. About 10 minutes walk from nearest U-bahn and 30 minuteswalk from town centre. Some really nice bars and restaurants about 10 minutes walk. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was not very effective and it was very hot when we were there.

Excellent stay at this hotel, room was clean and contemporary, bed very comfortable. Free wi-fi is a good bonus. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant for lunch was also very good. The immediate area and the hotel itself was very quiet at night. The location is quite convenient, close to Dietlindenstrasse U-Bahn which is a 10 minute ride into Marienplatz. […] The hotel is also a short walk away from the Muenchener Freiheit area which has some great late-night bars. The service however was the real high point of this hotel - extremely friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about how welcome we felt there. Overall, excellent and highly recommended. Flemings Hotel Munich Schwabing was very comfortable and conveniently located for restaurants, bars and city center but if you need internet for work or just communicating bring your own. As of the beginning of may 2011 it did not work at all for my room no matter how many user names and passwords the front desk kept handing me as a fix. My colleague […] was able to get a brief connection but slow. Check on their internet if you need it. If you just want great location and comfort I recommend Flemings Hotel Munich Schwabing. This hotel is modern, well appointed, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing is, if you are not travelling with your partner, it may be worth knowing that their showers are open plan with the bedroom (glass cubicle)!

The hotel is on Leopold Str., one of Munich's major streets in the Schwabing area. This provides one with easy access to public transportation, excellent nightlife, restaurants and shops. It also provided, for a modest fee, convenient parking. The hotel staff were all very courteous, professional and helpful. My room did not have a coffee maker or […] flat screen tv, but otherwise was well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast, as noted by others, was wonderful. The hotel iin Munich has all you want for a hotel in Munich. It is close to transportation, rstaurants, and sereves a great breakfast. It is modern and very much up to date.

Very friendly hotel staff. Nothing too much trouble. Everything was as expected on arrival. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of good quality food from the buffet. The bar is very good with excellent sandwiches / snacks for lunchtime.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The room was fine though not luxurious. The breakfast included in the room rate was sublime. Walking to Marienplatz took about 45 minutes down a wide boulevard. We were very pleased with the hotel for the price.

The hotel was located within a 10 minute walk to the subway which was nice. The rooms are VERY small which means with 2 adults and one 6 year old we were walking on top of eachother and had little room for more than our suitcases. There are no drawers and barely any closet space so not so great for longer stays. Also, the bathroom ridiculously lacks […] privacy. The shower is practically in the middle of the room, with clear glass walls. The toilet had a frosted glass door. However, the breakfast is out of this world. We stayed at 4 different European hotels and this one had hands down the best breakfast. We weren't hungry until dinner! Lisez la suite

Good standard modern hotel in good location away from city centre only five minute walk from lots of bars and restaurants. 3 minute walk from tube station and just 10 mins on tube to wonderful Marienplatz. Breakfast not fantastic but good. To order eggs and bacon. Reception helpful.

breakfast was great, clean overall and conveniently located in the Schawbing area. It's a bit of a trek though if you want to be close to the tourist attractions.

The hotel was not as close to downtown as I would have liked. That is my own fault for not paying more attention but it would probably keep me from staying there again. In general the hotel had a nice modern decor which is what drew me to the hotel in the first place. However, the style was inconsistent. Often the flooring was traditional which conflicted […] with the rest of the style. Not a big deal but if you are drawn to this hotel by the decor pictures it is probably not as good as it looks. good hotel in a really good location,walking distance from english garden with lots of beer gardens, cost 55 euro to hotel in taxi from airport, 13 euro taxi to centre of munich shopping area,great service in hotel bar, happy hour 4.30 to 7.30 all cocktails 4.50 euro , cant beat that really, nice food as well, breakfast was good , room was very nice […] but not huge,would definitely go back. Es gibt an Austattung, Lage, Personal, Sauberkeit, Frühstücksangebot und Service nichts zu beanstanden.

Negativ: - Der defekte Fernseher wurde trotz nachfragen nicht repariert (verlor sporadisch immer das Programm) - die Renovierung der Nachbarzimmer startete um 7:30Uhr lautstark und war erst gegen 17Uhr beendet. - Ich wurde nie auf Renovierungsarbeiten hingewiesen. - die "Comfort"zimmer sind so klein, dass man im Bad nichtmal den Kulturbeutel abstellen […] kann Positiv: - leider kann ich subjektiv nichts positives sagen! Ich habe mich über diverse Kleinigkeiten so geärgert, dass ich nichtmal das inkludierte Frühstück probiert habe.... Lisez la suite

Ich verband einen Messebesuch mit zwei privaten Besuchen. Diese liegen geographisch so, dass sich Schwabing als Logisdomizil ideal eignet; dies wird auch beim nächsten Mal nicht anders sein. Ich würde das Hotel aber auch wählen, wenn die Lage für mich nicht so günstig wäre. Diese Aussage kann ich nun machen, weil ich es ja jetzt kenne.

Did get a very smoking room by default, which I manged to change. The new room was a in converted block of flats that was very small and outside the main hotel with no elevators.

Tolles Hotel - ein super reichhaltiges Frühstück und schöne Zimmer - wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt nur ca 5-10 Gehminuten von der Münchner Freiheit entfernt - dort findet man viele Bars, Restaurants etc. Alles war prima!

Dålig frukost med lietet urval, jätte små rum. Förstår inte att detta hotel kan ha fyra stjärnor, gymmet vae et skämt.

The room and the bathroom are so small.

Bra och prisvärt hotel i utkanten av city. Nära parker och grönområden. Rummet var relativt litet men rent och snyggt. Mycket bra frukostbuffe. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fungerade bra att komma med bil till hotellet. Rekommenderar hotellet både som turist och för arbetsresor.
