Très bon hôtel idéalement situé, service discret et sympathique, rien à redire. Superbe hôtel pour un séjour touristique à Madrid. Idéalement placé et néanmoins très calme. La chambre était impeccable; le petit déjeuner parfait, sauf les hôtesses qui débarrassent sans cesse les tasses et cuillères sans se priver de faire du bruit... Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain voyage

L'emplacement de l'hôtel Vincci Soho est plutôt bon, il est très proche du centre historique et à quelques pas des principaux lieux incontournables de Madrid et de ses belles places et terrasses pour flâner, boire un verre, déjeuner ou dîner. Excellent entretien et propreté de ma chambre, cependant il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre et celà pour […] certains, peut être gênant pour l'impression de confort général. Excellente situation, à proximité de tous les centres d'intéret de madrid. Personnel agréable, disponible et discret. Petit bémol sur la petite chambre....pour une semaine je m'attendais à avoir une chambre légèrement plus grande!

I couldn’t sleep well even after changing my room because the windows don’t isolate from weather and noise. The location is really good but the hotel comfort and the sympathy of the concierges are really bad. For this price, they should make an extra effort to satisfy their clients.

9 euro per hour charge for wi-fi? In 2012. In an expensive hotel? Reception poorly staffed and overrun. Won't stay a second time.

Very nice hotel and good location. Clean and big rooms. A litle bit dark and you could only use internet through a cable in the wall at your room. But down in the lobby they had free wierless internett.

Wifi is free indeed but not available in hotel room, only in hotel lobby. Never figured out how to make it work and reception staff was not enclined to help... Hotel design is cool and first look at the room as well. Second look and you spot that room finishing is far from perfect. TV remote was not working really well. It is great hotel, in one of the best locations in Madrid. The personal was very friendly and very helpful, room was big and clean and cozy. I travel to Madrid from time to time and I will stay only in this hotel now. Tatyana from Houston

Had a 24 hr stay and we lucked out on this hotel. Wonderful area in the midst of all the action of the city. Amazing restaurants just across the street. Within walking distance tons of small cafes, big city squares with multiple restaurants with outdoor seating. Felt very safe walking around day or night. Would definately stay there again. Vincci Soho was a delightful find ... Upon a recommendation I stayed at Vincci over a larger corporate chain and was quite happy to have done so ... Vincci is very conveniently located near all three of the major art museums, at least two very nearby Metro stations, and the major Atocha train station, not to mention plaza sta ana and of course Puerta […] del Sol ... The service in the hotel was also quite pleasant - both the restaurant and the bar were accommodating and the food was of good quality ... Housekeeping services were also quite punctilious - respectful both of "Do Not Disturb" as well as "Please Tidy" door signs ... Wifi did not quite reach the confines of the room, but the lobby was frequently commandeered by wifi needsters, all respectful of the others' need for space and privacy ... All in all I found Vincci quite accommodating and deserving of repeat stays in the future ... Lisez la suite

The front desk staff was not the friendliest bunch. Maybe the hotel is meant for people on business, but its location is so convenient for tourist attractions, it is a shame that the staff is not more outgoing about helping tourists. Just a little help and a smile can make the guests happy and their experience more positive. The rooms in the hotel are […] on the small side, even by European standards. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. I enjoyed staying at the hotel and loved ambience of the room and the bathroom layout was well thought out and had quality fittings.

Excellent location and service. This was my second stay at the hotel within a week, the first room I had was located on the 1st floor and was better maintained than the second room on the 4th floor. I had an issue with the location of the room on the 4th floor, it was difficult to find. I had to take a lift to the 1st floor then change to another lift […] at the other end of the floor which took me to my room. I tried to return to my room via the stairs and got completely lost, I ended up having the ask one of the staff for assistance as I was going around in circles and couldn'd find the room. The hotel has been furnished with dark colours - and whilst in the evening it gives it a pleasant atmosphere, if you need light to see what you are doing then you may be frustrated. The other slight frustration is that the lobby wifi does not reach anywhere where there is a seat - so you have to surf standing up. A really good hotel only comment would be that the beds are a bit hard compared to the soft Marriott beds and that a little bit more soundproof would have been good. Otherwise I can strongly recommend

Great location - footsteps from the main going out square - Plaza Santa Ana, so no need for taxis at the end of a night and stumbling home with hurting feet not too far! Hotel was perfect location and excellent value for money, a little quirky which was nice. Great for exploring Madrid loads of great restaurants nearby

The hotel was too dark and the beds unconfortable.

The place had great new style decor and was comfortable but small. Had black out curtains in the room which helped with sleeping. The only problem we had was that the internet was not working in the entire hotel for our entire weekend visit. We couldn't have found a better place to stay for location. From this hotel you can walk to everything in the […] downtown area. We never had to take a train or taxi. Not to far from a subway stop so if you have the time take the subway to and from the airport it will save you a ton of money over a taxi ride. Lisez la suite

Great location, but the hardest beds ever. Also not a good hotel if you want to work in the room, as there is no desk and chair. But free internet is great, and the service was helpful.

Nice, modern hotel in great location near Gran Via/Puerta del sol. The internet connection was difficult to figure out.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, which is fantastic. Other than that, you can forget it. The bed, which was smaller than a queen-size, took up most of the room. There was barely room to walk around it. Likewise the bathroom was tiny. For the price we paid for the room we assumed that breakfast would be included, but it was […] not. Likewise, they charged really high rates for internet. The staff at the front desk were somewhat rude and gave very poor directions. We had just arrived in Madrid and it was 8:30 am and they let us check into our room. I am glad we were not near the elevator because it makes a very loud bing everytime the elevator comes to your floor. The room is very modern and clean. It is a boutique hotel if you enjoy those. We had free wifi, which is a nice amenity. Rooms are small but not tiny, Clean n modern. Bathroom shower was good. Bathroom was good size and well designed.

The hotel was very clean, multiple lingual hosts were congenial and helpful, and the room was well appointed and within walking distance of the wonderful museums. I would certainly returned. Good value for the Euro too.

Hotel is a short (<10 min) walk from the Anton Martin train station. Two metro stops from the museums. Neighborhood felt relatively safe. A little late night noise not enough to keep us awake. Room looked like the pictures on the website and was clean and comfortable.

Vinci Soho is located close to many city attractions. 5 minutes walk to the Museo del Prado, 10 minutes walk to Reina Sofia, Puerta de Sol and Plaza Mayor. Vinci hotels are great hotels to stay in Spain, clean, consistent and cool decor.

Definitely recommended, the rooms are very clean and well kept, the bathrooms are very neat and modern, while in an old building in the historic city center. Its location is also excellent for tourism. The staff was very friendly and answered all requests promptly. I stayed here 2 separate times, and I would return again. One time I had a 4th floor […] room which I enjoyed, since they have additional small windows on the ceiling (they have a shade you can close if you so desire). I love sunlight so this was excellent. Great room for the money, one block from beautiful plaza Santa Ana. In the heart of Madrid.
