Bonne impression dans l'ensemble.le problème a plus été dans son emplacement trop loin même d'une petite ville. Obligation d'un taxi où d'une voiture. De plus un hotel surtout intéressant pour les personnes pratiquant le surf. La plage étant assez dangereuse. 3 noyés en 1 mois.

Magnifique halte au Lacaz Chamarel à notre arrivée à Maurice. Un surclassement en plus, à notre arrivée. On s'est ressourcé pendant 3 jours. Le staff est aux petits oignons. Inoubliable.

séjour agréable au calme tout en étant près du centre-ville et ses attractions mais aussi des plages et des loisirs de la mer.Possibilités de profiter de la piscine ,de la salle de fitness et du spa mais aussi du bar lounge et ses soirées branchées et la clientèle people de l'ile...Bref,du pas mal du tout.

En transit pour Rodrigues, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre (facturée au prix fort en demi-pension) était absolument sordide, sans même un minuscule balcon (un comble pour l'île Maurice) et donnant sur une esplanade bruyante. "Great location"
Blue Lagoon has a wonderful location, right on the Indian Ocean, close to the marine park. Snorkeling right fro the beach, and also the hotel has two times a day boat trips to the lagoon.On our arrival our air-conditioner did not work. We asked for help, they send someone up. It did not work. When we went to complain again, they clearly did not believe […] us. Have a seat etc. etc. whilst nothing was done. Finally someone went to our room came back saying, it does not work! We were given another room, this one without a balcony but we were to hot to care. The food was really not good at all, Buffet and mediocre at best. The hotel lobby etc. was nice enough, though it all could do with a bit of a face lift. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated our very early breakfast before our flight. The location is ideal for a short stayover, the beach clean, the bay stunning. Alterations are still in progress but it did not intrude on us. "Close to airiport but very dissapointed"
We booked this hotel as we were in transit and chose to be close to the airport. This is the only advantage to this hotel as general facitlities are basic and I would not want to stay there for a week as the sea at this location is rocky and not very user friendly. We were prepared for the noise of planes going over which goes on till 11pm and then […] starts again early morning. What we didn't expect and couldn't believe, was the amount of renovation going on all night. No exaggeration, the frontoader, angle grinders, bashing of masonry and workmen noise continued all night. Closing the doors didn't help very much at all and our night was made worse because the airconditioning was not working properly. It was a night from hell. Questioning the staff in the morning, they advised that this had only been going on for a couple of weeks, as usually the renovating was done during the day. It was hard to escape the noise even then! Apparently it will go on 24/7 for another month. Regular visitors had apparently been moved elsewhere, so I am surprised they even allowed the rooms to be occupied. Things like a small tear in the sheet and worn out towels I could overlook, but the shower alternating between blisteringly hot to cold was bordering on lethal. Another guest confirmed his shower was the same. The TV was snowy on every channel, so we were unable to even watch that to distract us from the noise of building activities. "Good value for money hotel"
Good location, ok food, basic but clean room. I stayed with the half board package. I thought it was good value for money given Mauritius prices. The room was basic but everything worked including the air con. The bathroom was a bit tired and could have done with some TLC. The food was ok, buffet every night for diner, but the buffet had different dishes […] every night. I had no trouble finding enough to eat. The pastries, bread and cakes were especially good. One night was curry night and all that was on offer was curries, I think if you did not like curries you might be stuck that evening. Beach was small but ok, public beach next door was much better. The location under the flight path did not bother me perhaps 5 or 6 big planes each day, the latest seemed to be 9:30 at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No place for an English speaking person, especially if you are travelling alone ... in three days, nobody spoke to me at all except the front desk. The beach is lovely, the pool is very nice, and the food hearty and adequate. My room was dingy and so dark I could barely read in bed at night. However, the planes roaring overhead are a definite distraction! […] Still, only a few minutes from the airport and reasonably priced by Mauritian standards. Pity, really! Excellent situation near the airport and amazing value for money.. but it is quite basic (equivalent of 2-3 stars in Europe). Very friendly staff. Some amazing beaches are around the corner in Pointe D'esny and Mahebourg is a nice town to visit and eat in. I would recommend a car if staying there (there is free secure parking). "Beautiful Blue Lagoon."
We cannot fault The Blue Lagoon Beach Hotel. We upgraded to an ocean view room and were stunned with the view in the morning when we opened the curtains!! Tropical bliss!! The room was large, tastefully decorated and well air conditioned. The staff were more than attentive, especially the restaurant staff. Some of the younger ones were in training and […] they were amazing also. The entertainment each evening was lively and fun and certainly added to the holiday atmosphere. The buffet Breakfast and Dinner were plentiful and catered well for all the international visitors differing tastes. The planes do fly over a few times in the morning and again at night but, it was so incredibly loud that it was almost funny ( I guess you have to be there and in relaxed holiday mood.). but, it was no big deal, as it was so convenient to the airport from a late night arrival. The pool was lovely and the gardens were beautiful. Take the Snorkel boat trip ride it was fun. To get a taxi, walk out the gates past all the drivers trying to get your business, and others will eventually drive by and you can, more than likely, half the price. Taxi`s are great though because you can get a travel guide in the deal, as they are all locals. Just realise that they seem to be on a points basis with the more touristy shops, so that if they can get you in their doors, they earn rewards. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ajatellen itärannikon reissaamista. Lähellä on myös moottoritie, jota pitkin pääsee vajaassa tunnissa toiselle puolelle saarta. Ranta sopii hyvin uimiseen. Aivan rannan lähellä ei sanottavasti snorklatessa nähtävää ole mutta hotelli tarjoaa kaksi kertaa päivässä venereissun kauemmas merelle, jossa nähtävää oli enemmän. […] Perushuoneen sisustus on vaatimaton, huoneessa ei ole mm. jääkaappia. Siivous toimii hyvin. Hyvä huomioida, että vaikka hotels.com-sivustolla toisin mainitaan, standard-huoneessa ei ole tallelokeroa eikä parveketta. Aamiainen ja illallinen olivat tasoltaan OK, mutta jostain syystä lounas oli aina välttävä/heikko. Tämä saattaisi puoltaa puolihoidon ottamista all-inclusiven sijaan. Kaikenkaikkiaan hotelli on sopiva aktiiviselle saarella liikkujalle, joka ei odota luksustasoa majoitukselta. Ei myöskään saa kammota lentomelua: hotelli sijaitsee koneitten nousureitin kohdalla. "不错的性价比选择"
刚刚装修过，之前看评论还很担心很老旧，到了之后发现还是很不错的。房间够大，服务蛮好，吃的东西也还可以，我最喜欢每天不断变化的甜品，真的很爱。酒店有免费提供水上项目，包括每天两次的潜水。租自行车的价格是300RS半天，400RS一天。总体还是挺好的。Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Hotel nur für Kurzaufenthalt"
Das gute am Hotel ist die Nähe zum Flughafen, sowie zu Mahebourg. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (<3 Tage) ist das Hotel empfehlenswert, für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es zahlreiche bessere Hotels für den gleichen Preis. Aktuell war die Hälfte des Hotels eine Baustelle und der Baulärm den ganzen Tag im Hotelbereich zu hören. Hinzu kommt, daß das Hotel […] genau in der Abflugschneise des internationalen Flughafens von Mauritius liegt und die Flieger bis ca. 23 Uhr sehr tief übers Hotel fliegen. Vorher sollte man sich also nicht schlafen legen! Das zuerst angebotene Zimmer stank, worauf uns umgehend eine anderes Zimmer gegeben wurde wurde. In general, the hotel was ok. Hoever, it could be cleaner and some things would need immediate attention. For instance, the small birds were allowed to eat from the buffet table and we were not able to book the boat trip (that was included to the hotel prize) to the marine park as it was fully booked for the whole time of our stay (four days). The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a nice relaxed athmosphere at the hotel and the staff is in general very friendly. The all inclusive food and beverages were well worth the money. It is not gourmet food that is served but compared to the price it was ok. The selection of drinks included was rather wide. Treatments at the hotel spa were very enjoyable and the water sport equipment thats use was included in the hotel prize was a nice bonus. The proximity of the airport was very handy. Suolakurkut ruuan kanssa ja siestahetkien lettukahvit, intialaiset illalliset hemmottelivat meitä suomalaisia. Palvelu ravintolassa oli ystävällistä. Henkilökunta oli tehnyt perustyötä oppiakseen tuntemaan uusien asiakkaidensa taustat ja […] keskusteluhetket saivat mukavan henkilökohtaisen lisän. Hotellilla oli ohjelmaa päivän mittaan kaikille ikäluokille. Rantaa riitti, vieressä Blue Bayssa paikallisten lasten rantaleikit ilahduttivat. Snorklaus hotellin omassa rannassa mahtavaa ajankulua, kaunista ja värikästä korallia ja meren eläviä. Mielenkiintoiseen Maheburgiinkaan ei ollut pitkä matka. Edullinen ja eläväinen hotelli! L'albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione, nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto (partono pochi voli al giorno e nessuno di notte). La laguna antistante è molto bella.
