Springhill Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont - Longmont

Very lovely hotel! Enjoyed the fitness center and pool, as well as how close it was to everything. Just walking distance from several restaurants! The staff was so friendly and professional. Very clean and spacious rooms. It was a great nights sleep and I would reccomend it to anyone.

Good breakfast (and I'm picky!) and better than I imagined.

Everything was great about our stay while we had no power at our house. The suite is an excellent size for a fam of 4. However, why have an indoor pool if both the room and especially the pool are COLD??!? we have 2 kids under 5 and one of the biggest reasons we chose this place was to give them the opportunity to swim. We could barely get in the water. […] brrrrrr. i know its expensive but if thats the case then restrict pool hours or something so you can reclaim some of the heat. disappointing. Lisez la suite

There are several hotels in this area but the suites was perfect for our needs. I was traveling on business and had my partner with me. We needed some space for working as well as relaxing while on the road for the weekend. This was a great find to have the space with some privacy as well. Large rooms separated by a small wall gave us plenty of privacy […] when bedtime came. The bath was large as well. Very clean and comfortable; and there was plenty of food choices in the morning. We use to stay here every year while visiting my son and were always happy. We were very disappointed this time. The price has gone up considerably and we encountered quite a few problems. The lock on the connecting door between the rooms didn't work and when hotel was told the response was that there was just one adult in that room and no kids. This […] person had access to our room and whether they had children or not was not relevant. At breakfast the tables were not clean, the oatmeal was dried out, the eggs were overcooked, etc. On top of that the bath towels were so thin. All in all a very disappointing experience. too far from main attractions in the Rocky Mountain National Park. i was told by Hotels.com that it's 20 minutes away from the park, when actually it's 45 minutes. beside this the hotel is decent.

Very attractive property, reasonable cost, very nice front desk staff, attractive room. Only problem was one of the beds did not seem to have fresh sheets. Front desk person was quite embarrassed and whisked us to another room. My husband, who is extremely picky, was happy with the new room and the prompt response to our complaint. We were extremely disappointed. I thought a suite with a kitchenette would be just that. The "kitchenette" was a counter 18" X 6" and a microwave. As a gluten free household it's easier for us to eat in rather than go out and it was very difficult to prepare any kind of meal. Also we inadvertantly turned on the fan and it was so loud we couldn't sleep […] and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The room is cut up very strangely with the door to the bathroom cutting off the space to the sink. Every time someone closes the door to their room the walls shake. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love having a warm cookie at nite. There was a children's slumber party that was so-o-o cute. Breakfast was wonderful. THe hotel was great as was the staff. All very helpful. The continental breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The hours were also a little short. Done by 9:30 on weekends and 8:30 during the week. The overall facility was very clean. The fridge in our room kept turning off so that was a pain to keep checking to see that it was on. Our stay was excellent. The location is away from major traffic, but within close proximity of many resturants and other shopping opportunities. The staff is awesome. Everyone (clerks, maintenance, housekeeping) were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. There is plenty of space and the bed was great. I slept well the entire visit […] . Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and how was your trip? The next morning when we were at breakfast, the servers were most friendly and had outstanding service. Overall, I was very impressed - nice, large room, clean, friendly desk clerks, servers went out of their way for you!!! Excellent hotel!!

First time in Denver and we were a little farther away from downtown than we anticipated, but it worked out well because the hotel was in between the mountains and Denver. I was a bit skeptical because of the low price, but it was clean, it was updated, the staff was so kind, helping us with directions and giving us maps, the elevators were there when […] you needed them. We upgraded to a suite which didn't cost much more so we had a small fridge and microwave. I'm fussy and my husband is thrifty so this was a great hotel for both of us. Excellent....Great staff...attentive and couteous...very satisfying breakfast...great room....couldn't have asked for more!!
