Tout y est, le staff hyper agréable et professionnel, le petit déj à chaque étage de l'hotel tous les matins, une salle de fitness complète et très spacieuse, hotel au bord de Willamette river...

Très bon hôtel, bien placé. Bruits de la ville mais normal pour ce genre d'emplacement. Par contre propreté dans les parties communes laissant à désirer

Cet hôtel récent est irréprochable en termes de confort et de propreté. Chambre très bien équipée (bureau, grande TV écran plat, fauteuil, etc.) et surtout une literie d'une excellente qualité (il y a un bouton pour régler la dureté du matelas - nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'y toucher). Propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est en option mais du café est proposé dans le hall gratuitement tout la journée. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes de highway pour rallier Portland Downtown. L'hôtel semble assez mal desservi en transports en commun. Il y a également de nombreux centre commerciaux à 5/10 minutes de routes. Si vous cherchez du confort, allez y les yeux fermés.

I liked the convenient location, but the room was not comfortable. No privacy with curtains open; dark as a tomb with them closed. Only one luggage rack. Ironing board but no iron. Difficult to get around bed to closet because it was so close to the wall.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Hotel is outdated and needs significant capital improvements. The room was not clean. A sticky mass left of the vanity was never cleaned up during my stay. The continental breakfast consisted of bad coffee, toast and jam, and packaged muffins. The muffins were OK. I would not stay in this place again.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"It was Not Bad but Not Great"
My husband and I needed a night away from everyone. So The GOOD - The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfy. No one disturbed us the whole night. The staff was very nice when we checked in and out. The BAD - is that I was charged twice for one room for one night. "Rude receptionist"
I had called a few days before my reservation to ask a question, and the woman asked my name, and when I had given her the wrong last name, she said "Your name isn't on here" and hung up. She also could hardly speak English. I had called a week before at three in the morning and the SAME woman was there. When we arrived she had very poor service, was […] very rude, and was yelling at her daughter ( i assume) for being polite and actually having good service. When we'd asked for an extra pillow, she said the laundromat is closed and she doesn't want to get another one out. The room was nice and clean, and up to standards, but the woman was so rude. "Downtown Vancouver"
I got in late at night and left fairly early the next day, so I didn't send much time in room except to SLEEP! The room was totally fine and the area was quiet enough for me to just crash. There was a bog ol' heater that worked just fine (because it was freezing February), but I had to shut off the heater after a few minutes because it was extremely […] loud. But that was really no big deal because I prefer to slee in the cold. I also assumed there would be more for "breakfast," but it was only toast and a muffin and juice. One of the reasons I chose that hotel instead of others was because breakfast was listed. But again, this didn't matter a whole lot because I had to check out and leave fairly quickly for a wedding. "Hotel Adequate"
I booked a hotel room for two nights. The room was a no-frills room, but had a fridge and hair drier. Overall, my stay was fine. The one point I am still upset about is the early closing of the laundry facilities. I needed to wash clothes at 7:10pm on a Monday night--but the front desk stated that the laundry closed at 8pm--thus I could not do my laundry. […] The hotel guide in my room stated the laundry facilities were open until 10pm. I ended up washing my clothes in the bathtub and dried them with the hair drier!!!!! The hotel wasn't horrible, but it wouldn't be my first choice. The Econo Lodge is just that... Econo. I had limited interaction with the staff (mostly because I avoided the smelly office), but they seemed nice enough. The room had an odd layout, and could probably have used some better cleaning. This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (or attempted to stay in). There were no non-smoking rooms so we settled for the smoking room. The room stunk so badly that at 2:30 in the morning we decided to make the drive home. We had to wash all of our clothing (even those that were not worn) to get the smell out. The room was filthy […] as well. We took a taxi out for the evening and the driver told us that the hotel was known for Meth and prostitution. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
