Bonne impression de l'hôtel. 2 séjours de 2 jours chacun et à chaque fois, un personnel gentil, serviable et prêt à nous aider. Le service de taxi affilié à l'hôtel est performant et rassurant.

L'hôtel est agréable avec une belle piscine. La réception ne parle pas français et à peu près anglais. On s'est débrouillé. Une petite marche est nécessaire pour aller sur le site de Téotihuacan, mais c'est plus agréable qu'en centre ville et propre. Les repas sont tout à fait bien. Le personnel est très gentil.

Situation
Au cœur de Mexico, l'établissement NH Centro Historico se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites Ayuntamiento, Plaza de la Constitucion et Zócalo. Les sites Cathédrale métropolitaine et Palacio Nacional se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement

Good location for sightseeing and work, relatively close to airport and many financial & government places. Very good internet connection Common area carpets are worn out, should be removed and replaced with tile flooring for a fresher look. Room is of good size except shower area which almost requires a balancing act to get in and out of the tube. […] it would be much more practical to have a standing shower setting instead of a tub. "The NH Hotel Zocalo in Mexico City"
This hotel was ok for the price, the room very small but clean, very quiet and modern bathroom. There is a coffee maker in the room but you have to pay for the coffee envelopes and also for the bottles of water. WIFI in your room is NOT free as the hotel advertised it. "NH Historic Center Mexico City"
The hotel was in an ok location, 1 1/2 blocks away from the Town Square, the "Zocalo". There was also a private entrance from the hotel to the adjoining Starbucks which was convenient. The room was spacious and the king size bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a bit oddly laid out, and I also had a magnificent view of a brick wall!! "Nice hotel, nice location.....some pricy things"
The hotel and staff were very nice. The location is probably the best in the Centro historico area. the only thing I didn't like was that they put together two twin beds to make one Queen bed.

Stayed 5 nights. Very pleased with hotel. Good central location yet no city noise at night. Easy walk to Zoccalo, shops, restaurants, turibus, train etc. Due to one way streets and frequent street closures to vehicles, tour buses often wont drop off at front door in late pm but can get to within 50m of it. The hotel in general was great but there is not much included besides the room: breakfast (150 pesos/day), internet (prohibitive rates), etc. However there is a Starbucks around the corner (with a direct access to the hotel!) that provides both internet and breakfast at a very affordable price (especially when you are used to European prices!). "Great Price, Great Location"
Loved the hotel. It was clean and modern. Stayed on Independence day weekend and the area crowded but I chose the location to be near the square or plaza where everything was happening. On the way taxi driver stated bad part of town but I disagreed. We walked day and night, had no problems what so ever. Close to shopping and all types of restaurants. […] Also close to the subway system and only 15 minutes to airport, without traffice, probably 30 with the normal traffic. Due to streets being closed because of celebrations, I had to be dropped 2 blocks and walk. I had no problems or no fear in this. Will stay there again when I return. I would highly recommend. If you are not acustomed to staying in Mexico City, you need to go somewhere and pay the same rates you pay in the US. "Centrally located hotel at a reasonable price"
The hotel is located within walking distance to Zocalo, the historical centre of Mexico City and the subway station. It is in a very safe area with good lighting at night. In terms of meal options, a Vips (chain restaurant) is just around the corner. But for something more authentic there are interesting bakeries and rotisserie restaurants a few streets […] down to the south. There is a Starbucks around the corner with access to it directly from the hotel. This would prove useful as internet costs extra, and you can get free wireless access at the coffee shop. Keep the receipt as the login and password is printed on it. I shared a room with a colleague and overall it was very comfortable. No complaints at all. The lobby staff was very polite and attentive. "NH Centro Historico - too many extra charges"
Very convenient location but not recommended because of the extra charges eg internet. A bottle of water is placed in the room but it is charged extra. Also bag of coffee in room but it is charged extra. Not what I expect from this quality of hotel Food in restaurant has very small portions

"Muy buen hotel"
Lo bueno: Muy buena la ubicación, ya que el mismo esta en la zona centrica de la ciudad. Lo malo: Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas y la distribución del baño muy mala. Además habia pedido una habitación con cama doble y me dieron una con dos camas. Al otro dia de hacer el reclamo nos cambiaron a la habitación que habiamos solicitado inicialem […] ente. en todo es muy bueno exepto 2 cosas en el internet y en las camas ,pedi una cama grande y pusieron dos pequenas juntas ,en lo cual cuando me acostaba en medio caia en el suelo....jajajajajja

El hotel eestá en buenas condiciones, buena ubicación pero lo que no me agradó fue que cobran el estacionamiento, debido que no tienen propio, pero para que no se vea mal ya que lo incluyan en la tarifa, porque eso hace q baje la clientela.

Un poco lejos las habitaciones del elevador si eso no te molesta. No tienen estacionamiento propio y el valet no esta de 9pm a 8am, dejan el auto a tres cuadras en uno muy seguro. Limpio, comodo y a buen precio

Mit unserem Aufenthalt waren wir vollstens zufrieden - das Hotel liegt super, um die Stadt zu erkunden, wenn man mal aus dem Centro Histórico raus will, liegt die nächste Metrostation nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Hotel in einem guten Zustand und das Personal war freundlich. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten! Kleiner Tipp: Wer morgens […] nicht früh aus dem Bett geschmissen werden will, sollte den Zettel "Bitte nicht stören!" raushängen, da jeden Morgen um ca. 8 Uhr geklopft wird, ob man denn nicht Wäsche zum waschen hätte... Ik had specifiek een tweepersoonsbed gereserveerd, maar bij aankomst bleek ik een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden te krijgen. Ik heb moeten praten als Brugman om te krijgen wat ik wilde. Geen goed begin. Toen het gelukt was alles OK.

We chose the hotel from the pics and from the location. The room was a bit small and dark, but the beds were comfy. Our air con didn't work as it should and so I had to call the reseption and it took them an hour to get to the room (!) This was too long time.. I addition the wifi in the hotelroom was extremely expensive- 45 pesos for an hour! At least […] they had two computers for free in the lobby, but expect a line to use them.. "Servicio de Estacionamiento deficiente"
Al hacer el check in no te advierten que el servicio de estacionamiento tiene un costo extra, tampoco que el servicio de valet termina a las 9:00 PM y que el estacionamiento está físicamente a 4 cuadras del hotel, lo que cuasa problemas al pedir tu auto y al arribar al hotel después de la hora que da servicio el valet. Por ejemplo si llegas a la 1:00AM […] al hotel después de un evento te dicen que tienes que ir a dejar tu el auto a 4 cuadras y regresarte caminando solo a esa hr en el centro del DF. Lisez la suite
