Beds are a little small and the down comforters were really hot!!

Stayed 1 night (quick trip), in non-smoking standard King room. #1: smoking in and around the facility = bad. It should be a non-smoking facility...period. I was sick for 2 days after we checked out...left there Sunday 10 AM and it's now Tuesday 1:20 PM and I'm just fully recovered. We only had one evening to enjoy the place: Nice pool and hot tub, […] but ashtrays and residual smoke smell; we had to leave. Nice balcony, but some guy smoking on his balcony 4-5 rooms upwind of ours; we had to go inside. Nice grounds, but several people smoking in areas we wanted to relax; we had to leave. So, basically, we had to stay in our room (which was nice, and only minor odor from cleaning), but the exposure was enough to make me react badly. #2: Bed was not quite firm enough, so backs were a bit fatigued in the morning (we're 50s and need firmness...or else), but coverings were in nice shape and high quality. We'll look for a nice place with total non-smoking facility next time, but if push comes to shove and there aren't any nearby, it is nice enough here for us to stay here for short stays again, and will just have to take benadryl the whole time and stay out of the above smoking areas. Great hotel - excellent staff, fantastic view from a corner room. Only sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel property!

Excellent hotel, great clean rooms in a lovely location. Staff a joy to communicate with and elevators quick and easy.

I travel quite a bit and always stay in superb accommodations...this is the first time I have taken a moment to write a review...this is THE hotel to stay in St. Pete. Great service and fabulous location!

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and a wonderful place to stay.

Nice Hotel. Front desk and room service very very helpful. My only complaint was that I went to the beach at 10 am and did not return till after 3PM and room was not even cleaned and I did not receive any clean towels until I walked down the hall and asked the cleaning lady for a couple. Pros - Enthusiatic staff, Nice and clean rooms, Excelent french toast! Cons - Very dirty wine glasses brought to the room, out of cork screws, vacuming durring our breakfast, dropping off the check before we even recieved our meal, wife ordered water and recieved tea and then the server as she walked away mumbled she knows she heard that she ordered […] tea. The Hotel was exceptional. The staff extremely friendly and the location perfect for my needs. There are eating places on site and conveniently located off site. Many options. This place is beautiful! It's sort of off the beaten track a bit - but the location is gorgeous! There's a pier to walk around on that takes you through the flora and fauna and it was perfect for exercising! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Next to the lake and preserve was awesome! It's a great place to take a walk thru the preserve and the wildlife was so plentiful, very deceiving in that industrial/hotel complex. It will be my regular stay when in St. Pete!

The service and staff were wonderful, my room was lovely and I had a great balcony which unfortunately I could not use because it was directly over the Therma heating/cooling system . It was loud and made the balcony uncomfortable to spend time on. Unfortunate because it provided such a lovely view of the sunset. This is a well kept, centrally located property close to Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. The lounge is very cool with lighted Bar and other special lighting throughout. The Hotel is located on a lake with extended wooden walkways to neighborhood buildings.

This was our first experience with Hilton. It was amazing! Eating or just lounging on the patio area was so much fun. We took our kids walking around the path/bay area. The room service was awesome!!!

Very clean, upscale, out of the way hotel. Our room was very comfortable, and we loved the fact that it was in a very quiet, out of the way corporate area of town. The only complaint we had was the service at the bar/restaurant Luna. I had a wonderful stay but i think that when ladies go for a swim they should keep their tops on. To me that was very disrespectful. I was in the hot tub with my husband and did not appreciate other female guests coming out and taking their tops off once getting inside the hot tub. This is the 2nd time my husband & I have stayed with this Hilton for Valentine's Day. Amazing every time. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The more we sleep on the ever so comfy Serenity by Serta bed allows us to look forward to purchasing it from Hilton. Soon my dear, very soon. I completely recommend this spot if you're looking for an elegant […] place to dine, have a few drinks, sleep sound, and relax at the view overlooking the beauty of scenery. My husband and I just had a recent stay at the Hilton and it was wonderful! The service at the desk was exceptional and we were delighted by the cleanliness of EVERYTHING! I must say that the beds were extremely comfortable. Another perk was that the guests were mostly business people which made it very quiet and no one in the pool or hot tub. Free shuttle from tampa airport which is 15 minutes away...surprising savings instead of a taxi ride. Hotel is located in an office park so there's not too much around you. Fitness gym is just okay... have several machines and freeweights but no review view or much space. Views are of the surrounding office park so you either get buildings or parking […] garages. This was our second time at the hotel and not as good of an experience witht he Staff. LAst time we were able to catch the shuttle to the game with no problems at all. This time we were told we could hop on it, that's the service is usually part of a package, but we could catch it to the game anyway. When I brought that up to the desk clerks they acted […] like we were crazy and even said that the shuttle doesnt go to the stadium (and it took us there last time we stayed). They were rude and not willing to listen, or work with us in anyway and needless to say we wasted hundreds of dollars worth of Ray's baseball game tickets because we had no way to get there so that was a real let down because we traveled amost 5 hours one way to get to the hotel and go to the game. We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great for us, close to Tampa airport and Tropicana Stadium. Also not far from St. Pete Beach. The lounge was a relaxing place to hang out and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

we loved the hotel. we especially liked the surroundings with the walkway around the lake. there was all sorts of wildlife so the mornings were especially enjoyable. the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. loved it.

Had stayed in a Hilton in Palm Springs the week before which didn't measure up, so was thrilled with how nice the hotel and staff were.

it was nice. staff very patient and helpful. comfortable and clean rooms. quite peaceful surroundings. beach about 20 minutes away. will stay there again.

loved every minute of my stay. Everything was so accomodating. The staff were humorous. the living conditions were great. I stayed only 3 nights. When i come back down, i will stay here again for my whole stay.

Very new hotel, is great shape. You would think it would only be to cater businessmen because of location, but good for all visitors. very helpful staff

This Hotel had good reviews prior to our stay and we confirm that it was highly satisfactory. The seting is very beautiful with lagoons and a boardwalk adjacent. For anyone interersted in birdlife there is a lot of interest. The pool also has a lovely setting. We had some chnages that we made and the management were very helpful in getting these resolved. […] We thoughly recommend the Hotel but caution that a certain amount of travel is needed to beaches and other places of interest. für Familienferien eher nicht geeignet. Es hat viele Business Gäste. zu teuer für den geleisteten Service. Pool und Besteck des (überteuerten Frühstücks) waren zu schmutzig für unseren Geschmack.
