"Spacious and Clean"
This hotel was very clean and spacious. Service was excellent. We were given free parking but normally it's $20/night. Room was beautiful and worth the value. The only negatives are the walls attempt paper thin, the elevator is terrifying, the pool deck needed maintenance. Room service breakfast was awful. "Great place to stay in Whistler!"
Location could not be better. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little saggy. The loft rooms are nice in that the bed area is well removed from the living area. Toiletries are nice. The shower was one of those with the head in the ceiling and a natural rain fall kind of feeling. Overall, highly recommended.

"Close to Lululemon"
The loft suite was not at all what I had expected- I was expecting to have a kitchenette- however all there was was a microwave, you better bring your own plates because I don't know what you were supposed to eat off of? As there was no plates or even a fork. I was pleased to hear we had a balcony! However a shovel would have been nice to use to even […] open the door as it was snowbanked in. (which they never informed us) the night club was so loud at night- all you could hear was pounding (and I am 21 and don't mind noise at all!) the loft itself was very loud at night as the roof is right above your head when you sleep. They told us we could check in early- however kept telling us..just 20 more mins..by the 4th time coming back, we finally got told it would be only a couple more mins...until 45 mins of waiting with all our luggage- had we known we could not check in early, we would have gone for lunch or dinner or anything!! If you are looking strictly for somewhere to have a good location this would be it, however for the same price you can get a nicer hotel and prob better service- with the same location. "Perfect location!"
We loved the Adara! The atmosphere was fantastic and the central location was perfect for walking around the Village. Being able to bring the dog was also a bonus.

"PARTY HOTEL!"
Our room was right above a night club, so the loud music was on until late night. On top of that a bunch of drink kids were shouting in the hallway at 5:00 am. And I hate the valet parking! Every time you need something from your car, you have to go to the front desk to get my own car keys!

"Average"
The service and location were great. The room was clean, but the shower should be re-tiled or renovated. I could hear music being played at the local bar until 3am both nights that I stayed, which was even in the middle of the week. However, they have a sound machine in the room that helps drown that out. I appreciated that the activity in the hotel […] was casual and quiet. "Nice room... Not so nice location"
Really nice rooms. Friendly staff. Unfortunatly the hotel suites are situated right above a bar. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and the music was so loud it was near impossible to sleep. I guess if you are there to party yourself it is no big deal but for myself 6 months pregnant and my husband who were there for some quiet relaxation […] it ruined our stay. Lisez la suite
"In The Heart of it All"
We were pleasantly surprised to fing we were right in the Village as the cost of the room led us to believe there would be a drive or long walk involved. Great place for the price! Staff was helpful and attended to any concerns. A bonus was the outdoor pool on the roof as well as a hot tub and a sauna as well. We will definetly return.

"Adara Hotel Whistler BC"
We made these reservations at the last minute the night before and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived via motorcycle and they let us park in the garage free of charge. The room was decorated very elegantly and comfortable. First time I've ever had in-room French press coffee - it was great! Service overall was excellent!

The staff was very friendly, that is where the complements end. The room decor was so confused retro/modern/woodsy which was the least of my concern after my first night there. There were no fitted sheets on the bed, but there were several hairs found when we arrived. My wife wouldn't even sleep under the blankets! There were several chips and dings barely worth a mention after all I've written, but thought everyone should know before booking a room. I read the reviews and thought it would be fine... it wasn't. We stayed as a family and the hospitality that was shown by the staff was great. They were very good with my kids and looking up information. Our car was always ready for us when we needed it and the efficiency was steller. We would stay again.

"Not a 4 star property"
The hotel photos and the actual condition of the hotel are not in sync. The room had damage to the walls and the doors were chipping. The shower stall looked dirty and worn like a public pool shower. The spare bedding was stained with bright pink giant stains from some other patrons drinks and it was just washed and put back rather then replaced with […] new clean looking quilts. The staff was extreemly pleasent and upgraded us but even with a "better room" it was still poorly maintained. The bed was compfy and there was modern furniture, but it was definately not up to a 4 star hotel standand - especially in Whisler! I would say their best asset is the friendly staff at the desk! Had a bit of a problem with house keeping. Picked a couple items (a bobby pin and something else) I handed in at the desk, but everything else was fine.

Room was never serviced. Hotel is under-staffed. Staff that was there tried hard to makes things work but it was not sufficient. Hotel is in centre of Whistler so convenient but very noisy. Noise of nightclub and restaurant visitors continues all night. Price was good but would rather pay more to have a better sleep and service next time.

Basically the hotel is presented everywhere with it's lobby. That one is nice,that's correct,but that's all. The rooms where old,partially damaged,the explanation booklet in the room says things about about fireplace which do not exist.It's a functional hotel,very noisy (in the hotel through bad door,but also from outside noise as it's close to bars).There […] is minimum staff which are certainly friendly but not very competent... "NO Good"
Classic case of looks can be deceiving. It was old hotel that was renovated to give updated look. Maybe I am too picky to notice every little detail but here are couple things if I can mention. When I open the door to my room, it had university bachelor unit kind of scent which was very revolting. Dishwasher was still running with dirty dishes inside. […] Walls on the hallway are all chipped with some poor patching job. Some of the room decals have fallen off which was fixed by duct tape. There was a mystery stain on the sofa. Grouts on the shower booth had yellow mildew on some pot. There was only 1 bath rob in the room. When I ask the reception for another rob…I was told that they ran out of stock. This hotel was lovely. The only negative was that the lofted bedroom was a little warm despite the AC. The lower level was great and the AC perfect for this part of the room. It would be an excellent spot for the winter and was very close to all of the sites.

"Adara Hotel, now I know what "boutique" means"
The staff at the Adara were helpful and well informed. However, the facility is not the most convenient hotel I have stayed in. House keeping is only by request, ice is only by request, access to your vehicle is by request. When I did request housekeeping it was not really thorough. Also, parking is an additional charge per day and there is no washer/dryer […] available for guests. On the positive side, the Adara is right in the village and the staff were great about helping me find the places and events I wanted to experience while I was in Whistler. Lisez la suite

This was our second stay at the Adara and we were pleasantly surprised when the staff remembered us, and remembered the room we stayed in during the summer season. As a small boutique hotel, the Adara shines in it's customer service, exceeding service found in larger chains. For example, the bellboy, not only came to collect our bags but took them down […] to our valeted car and loaded the car for us. If you are looking for a cute romantic boutique hotel, you should go to Adara. Nothing fancy, just cute and comfy. Location is the best if you want to hang out at the village. The staff couldnt be nicer, they go out of their ways to make you happy!
"Whistler in luxury"
Excellent location at little price (special price with Hotels.com) - we stayed at Adara because there was no more space at Crystal where our friends were staying - but we got a much better deal: proper sized room; with excellent airconditioning (god-send during a heatwave). Very good value for money.

"Make sure your room isn't adjacent to the nightclub next door"
This hotel isn't as nice as the photos would suggest. The rooms have no kitchenette, and they're already starting to look a little past their prime. Our room was loud with dance music until 2am. You can't park your own car, and you must leave your skis with the ski valet at the door, who puts them downstairs for you somewhere. You can't access them […] unless you ask someone to fetch them.
