This hotel was conveniently located to family home, mall (where we had to get my son's glasses repaired), greenway, and other relatives' homes. The kids enjoyed the pool, dad enjoyed the work out area, and all enjoyed the breakfast. The suite had everything we needed...including decaf tea and a friendly clerk upon our late arrival. Located in a suburb that has the necessities (dining, shops, small mall) and is about 5-10 minutes away to the aquarium, stadium, river, parks and all the other Chattanooga attractions. The suite room was adequate size, very clean (almost spotless in fact) and the bed comfortable (the sofa bed was adequate, not recommended for more than 1 adult or 2 […] kids), and they gave us plenty of towels. The pool was pretty good, the exercise room OK, as was the breakfast. The only downside is that it wasn't much aesthetically, as the carpet and sofa were faded. But being spotless and not much to look at is much better than being gorgeous and not particularly clean, and being stuck with less than clean rooms in the past makes me much prefer the former to the latter. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and worked great too. Nice, decent hotel that fits the bill for a vacationer or business traveler who is looking for a good place to stay (NOT recommended for someone who is looking to be entertained by the hotel itself). The first time we stayed at a country Inn &Suites in Pa.We would not stay anywhere else.The rooms are always clean and you feel safe. And the stay in Hixson Tn was the same why.The staff is Great they make you feel very welcome.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the area was very convenient and I loved the quietness of this hotel. I will be back again!!

We stayed 3 nights. The location was great for seeing the Chattanooga area with good access to local attractions without the need to use the Interstate. The hotel was comfortable, quiet with well informed staff. Breakfast was excellent each day. Fresh coffee, cookies, granola bars and fruit was available most of the day despite the hitel being almost […] full on all three nights. The only downside to the whole stay was that our room was not cleaned on one of the days as was the same for the room occupied by my Brother-in-Law and his wife. Lisez la suite

Smelled really bad in here and the carpets in our room had stains all over.Also it was off the street in a strange corner which was like a maze to get to. The pillows were not good at all like you were holding onto a rolled up sheet no support at all.

Indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The hot breakfast was a hit wth everyone. The hotel is nestled away from the downtown, but the downtown sights were easily accessible via a short car ride. Would definitely stay again.

Not happy.

I visited Hixson to attend a funeral so I was particularly pleased that my room was as comfortable and nicely appointed as I hoped. The continental breakfast offered an extensive array of items and I was able to eat a hearty breakfast even though I cannot eat any products with gluten. The lady who managed the breakfast food was very helpful. Considering […] my reason for the stay, I was especially grateful for the cozy surroundings. My only complaint was that they were out of the complimentary mouthwash and I was unable to purchase any stamps because they were out of them. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite

We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving. Really nice hotel.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room and hotel was clean and very nice. Pool was great too. Lots of breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm not bashing the Hotel, you can tell its been awhile since someone has been in the room, pulled the curtain back and there was a think layer of cobb webs, and there was a stale smell in the air. It was horrible, but it could have been better.

I stay here 6+ nights per year with my two sons, ages 2 and 6. We have always enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. However, the pool is not very warm in the winter.

My husband, two children, and I have never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before and are now planning to use this chain in each vacation we plan. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the gentleman that checked us in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious...especially the strawberry waffles. We loved the indoor pool and how quiet everything […] was. The lobby was cozy and welcoming. It was just outside Chattanooga and close enough that we could be at Ruby Falls in minutes. Very comfortable stay, higher quality experience than most comparable hotels. Only negative is that at breakfast there was noone on staff to replenish needed items. They did, however, leave the supply room open so we helped ourselves. Would stay there again.

Good location. Hotel is new and clean. Staff are eager to help. Plentiful hot breakfast choices. Clean pool. Gave kids backpacks with goodies at end of stay. Would definately stay there again or at any hotel in this chain.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The employees made you feel like you were part of a family. The breakfast was very elegant, clean, and simple. We were very happy with our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and clean except for stains on carpet. Beds were comfortable. Pool was cold even though supposed to be heated. Hard to find the entrance. Overall would stay again. Few negatives but lots of positives.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff that I met was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was only one sink in the bathroom and the drain was clogged. That was an obvious problem that should have been fixed. I was also surprised at the cost of the room considering the low occupancy during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. The area was very quiet, no traffic noise from the highway or expressway. The size of the bathroom was really like being home. We will stay again when we go back to Chattanooga. We loved the breakfast every morning, just not enough tables when the inn is full of guests.
