les lits étaient un peu mous et en cuvette. Les alentours calmes et résidentiels.

Très bel hotel, personnel attentif et disponible. Se charge des forfaits (sans prendre de com), peuvent même vous conduire avec leur van si vous loupez la navette!). Le tutoiement est de rigueur comme le veut la tradition autrichienne, ce qui rend l'ambiance très familiale. Idéal pour famille avec de jeunes enfants (bruyants lors des repas), avec deux personnes dédiées aux petits qui les occupent toute la journée. Chambres xxl très propres, tous les jours des fruits frais dans la chambre, possibilité de prendre son repas dans la chambre, coin cuisine équipée au besoin. A proximlité directe (- de deux kilomètres) de deux domaines skiables exceptionnels. Possibilité de rejoindre l'hotel à ski! Le bus de ramassage s'arrête devant l'hotel. Repas de très bonne facture. Tarifs des extras corrects (parking souterrain, animaux de compagnie).Possibilité de location de matériel à tarfi compétitif à 150m de l'hotel. Village encore très typique, loin du brouhaha de Mayerhoffen situé à une quinzaine de kms. Nous le conseillons vivement.

tres bon accueil bien que le fait de ne pas avoir de permanence le soir lorsque l'on arrive surprend. Chambre propre.

Situation
À Innsbruck, Hilton Innsbruck se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Triumphpforte, Galerie im Taxispalais et Musée provincial tyrolien. Les sites Hofkirche et Hofburg se trouvent également à proximité.

"Très bonne situation"
Excellent, et très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Deux points seulement à regretter : 1- internet payant ...!!! Bien dommage et un peu mesquin pour un hotel de ce niveau. 2- Les couettes sont beaucoup trop courtes pour la longueur des lits (et sans pan pour les bloquer), comme c'est toujours le cas en Autriche et en Allemagne... mais encore plus que […] d'habitude.... D'aspect extérieur défraîchi, la partie accueil présente les caractéristique d'un hôtel de standing. Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée. Petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Personnel agréable et compétent. (Petit souci dans la salle d'eau réglé rapidement). A ce titre une douche aurait été plus apréciée qu'une baignoire. For certain one of teh better Hiltons Ive used. Free ski bus stops within 50 mtrs, and being centrally located its handy for all Innsbruck has to offer. Room was fine and had great views.Breakfast buffet and service was excellent. Didn't have dinner in hotel so cant comment on that but suspect it would be a similar experience..Great italian restuarant […] nearby though Ill Gusto ... tiramisu to die for! Lovely location, nicely furnished room. The room was spotless. The receptionists were always so helpful and friendly. The night manager and day manager was very professional and delightful to interact with. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the service was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better service! It was a wonderful experience!

Hilton has always live up to their high standards. Staff were friendly in directions to old town and hotel is walking distance to main train station Innsbruck HBF. Breakfast was good. The room rate is really reasonable from Hotel.com
We had a most pleasurable stay. The staff & overall condition of the hotel was outstanding. There is a balcony at the end of the hallway on each floor that offers great views.

"Amazing Views"
This hotel is a modern, typical Hilton. I had a twin double room on the 8th floor with a decent view. However, each floor has fire escape doors which lead out to a viewing platform with amazing views. Go to the top floor and check out the views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. The room was great. Only 2 complaints.....A/C was virtually non-existent […] (a common situation in Europe), and there was no free wi-fi. My room rate included a lovely breakfast buffet (but watch out for the hyper salty scrambled eggs). Would definitely stay again at this hotel. Lisez la suite

"Did lot live up to expectations"
He had high hopes for this hotel but unfortunately it was a let down. The room was not clean, the bed sheets had a large stain (looked like blood) on them. We brought it to the attention of staff around midday and they said it would be changed. We arrived back at 8pm and they still hadn't changed the sheets. The room was very dated and there were a […] lot of stains on the carpet. On the plus side the bed was quite large and comfy. Every night the room smelt like smoke which seemed to be coming through the vents in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice with a large variety of items. All other hotels we stayed at provided free internet access, except the Hilton. For such a large company it really should not be hard to provide free internet access for it's customers. Fabulous views from our 13th floor room. Check in staff / reception highly helpful and friendly. Convenient for walking into the old town. What an excellent hotel. For what we paid, we got an amazing deal. Excellent breakfast, friendly and personal service from the cleaners to the receptionists and very close to city centre as well as to rail station. Highly reccommended to all.
"Right near everything in downtown Innsbruck"
Typical experience with a Hilton hotel room. Very nice rooms in a very nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, as is typical with all Hilton's, they have to charge you for internet service which everyone else let's you have for free. A lot of street construction around the hotel made it difficult to find the parking garage.

This was by far, the best hotel of our month-long trip to Italy and Austria. The pastries were to die for and I will be remembering those for a long time to come! The included breakfast has a great selection of foods, all of which were very tasty. We will use Hilton again for any future trips.

Just two blocks from the train station, in the center of town, walk to everything, my room was VERY quiet, laundry was VERY expensive. American's would be very happy staying in this hotel.

I loved this hotel! They were super friendly and very helpful. It was very clean and breakfast came with the room price! It was a beautiful view out of our room and a great location to go explore Innsbruck. Skiing was easy to get to from the hotel due to hte free ski shuttle bus. This hotel was worth the money.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. Very helpful in all respects. The breakfast was also very good and I am glad we included it in the package. Room had a lovely view of the valley and the old Olympic Ski Jump tower.

The Hilton is about 6 to 7 minute flat walk from the main railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our rather large room (by European standards) overlooked part of the city and the mountains. Our room (517) was quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. Other rooms on our floor (the 5th) with the same view would be 518 and […] 519 - probably a better view the higher the floor number eg 817,818,819. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold food, and a delightful waitress called Judy - nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is convenient to the touristy old part of town. We would definitely stay there again, and would reccommed to those who like 4 star convenient accommodation. Lisez la suite
