Très bon hotel. Permet de bien se ressourcer après une journée de route ou de marche ! La piscine est propre et bien entretenue.

Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

The place was very clean and uniquely decoured in a lodge style with a class. Very comfortable and great atmosphere, I prefer 10 times more than the usual chain hotels. One is […] the hot water. There was a jagzee in the room but I could not fill up enough hot water in it because after a while it got nukewarm (I could take a pleasant bath in the end though). Second is the service in the restaurant. Their restaurant is also great but often there were no wait people in the hall for long time, we had to wait for refills, and the food seemed took time to serve also. We stayed in this hotel and took day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and the Smokeys. It offers very quick and easy access to the Smokeys. It is worth noting that to get to Gatlinburg it is a short drive down a windy country road and parking in town is a bit of a pain. "Amazing getaway"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. We have never had a more comfortable bed. The quiet was nice. Next visit we will take a 4 wheel drive. "Secluded in the mountain"
Beautiful place but not within walking distance of Gatlinburg. We loved it. Lovely rooms with a balcony, kitchen, whirlpool tub, hiking trails, a restaurant and peace and quiet. The hotel as a whole was great. Views were amazing, 5 minute drive to the strip. Hiking trail to the river on the property is awesome. Staff was great. Quiet and safe location. internet in room was strong. Will 100% return next year. My wife and I are professionals in our mid 30s, we have done well for ourselves and would like the same modern things […] we have at home while on vacation. Things to be improved upon in my opinion are: - TV in rooms needs to be a flat screen, mount it over the fireplace..... - Pool appears to be under construction, would have been nice if it was complete. - The free breakfast isn't so good. Stayed here for our anniversary. The loudest hotel or even motel for that matter that I have ever stayed at in my life. We were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing stay but unfortunately that was not possible. We were on the second floor and we were able to hear every step every person took on the third floor and the stairs or hallway. The atmosphere is very nice, however most of the staff acted as if you were very fortunate to be able to stay there. There were four light bulbs out in our room and very short on bath accessories.
