Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

A little outdated but beautiful view! Accidently left my wedding ring in the bathroom but they promptly mailed it to me. Great staff!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed being on a mountain top as well. The only downfall was that we were a bit further from downtown Gatlinburg than we realized when making the reservation. This would be a great resort to visit in the Fall.
"Absolutely Awesome"
My husband and I booked a last minute getaway at Deer Ridge, we had never been and didnt really know what to expect. Upon arrival we were amazed. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. The pools are also very nice. We hope to return soon with our family!!!!

"A good option"
Pros: -The indoor pool was great -The views are amazing -Our kids (7 and 3) enjoyed the playground -The full kitchen is a plus -Very quiet -Wildlife all around Cons: -Small balconies...a little intimidating at first -Beds are the most comfortable but are "OK" -Distance from Gatlinburg may be a bit far for many -No private grill We had a great time […] and would stay here again. I consider the 'cons' to be small nuisance. There were several wasps flying around our balcony as the building structure is wooden and offered several gaps they seemed to enjoy for nesting. The wasps never bothered us but their presence was something we always watched. The balcony offers an amazing view but it's small size left us feeling a bit of anxiety the first time we stepped out. Afterwards we were comfortable sitting on the provided chairs (2 chairs and a small table provided). We stayed in building 'B' which is directly across from the playground and near the entrance of the property. We had a short walk (maybe 50 yards?) to the indoor pool. We stayed 4 days and this property was great. If we were to stay a week I'd probably consider something a little more convenient to drive into town from. Be careful with this property in the winter -- steep roads and sharp corners could prove difficult in bad weather (it's like driving to a secluded cabin rather than your typical hotel). We didn't see any bears during our stay but there were a number of ground hogs and baby geese. This is a condo - not a hotel. Keep it in mind as small things we came to expect from hotels did not apply here: no coffee (there is a coffee maker), no shampoo/conditioner, take out your own garbage, no daily housekeeping, etc. On the flipside, they do provide dishes, towels, hand soap, dishwashers, garbage bags, paper towels and a hair dryer. Pool towels are provided at the pool. We rented a crib for our stay for just a few bucks. Lisez la suite

I were very satisfied with this resort except one thing. The location of this resort is a bit difficult to find at night. I couldn't see the way sign well and need to protect the guard to avoid falling down. Thanks,

"Mini Honeymoon"
We got married in gatlinburg on Friday the 8th and decided to stay over the weekend. I loved the view of the Smoky Mountain Park. The room was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was the screen door on the balcony was hard to pull close. It was a home away from home. We would come back again and recommend this resort.

Pros: Great location..Great View of mountains.... if you prefer peaceful environment, (15 min from Hard Rock Cafe - Gatlinburg.); Friendly staff, Clean Room, Wifi available and actually works!!!! My husband and I stayed at Deer Ridge Mountain Resort when we vacationed in the Smokey's. It is a wonderful place to stay. The view is just magnificent. We were so pleased with our stay there that we will definitely come back.

The views from the resort and our room were incredible! Resort claims to have "the best view of the smokies" and I can't necessarily argue. Our room was very clean and comfortable, except the sleeper sofa would collapse when you would sit on it. The first day we had no hot water, however as soon as we let the office know, they sent someone to our room […] while we were out and apparently adjusted the hot water heater. We had a fireplace in our room which was wonderful! The resort was about 10 miles outside of Gatlinburg... a straight shot, but further than we wanted to be. The only real downside of the resort was that apparently in the winter the office closes by 7pm which means no access to the indoor pool or hot tub. All of the signs and advertisements around the property say office closes at 11pm. This was somewhat of a disappointment. Overall we were very happy with the resort and would definitely recommend it! Awesome view from the room. Probably the beat part of the whole stay. Room was clean and perfect size for just the two of usand customer service was great. The only bad things I could say is the bed was a little uncomfortable and the hot water inthe shower ran out in like 5 minutes. "Seclusion in the Smokeys"
Nice, away from it all condominiums. Lovely views. Saturdays in October bluegrass/picnic was lovely. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool/hot tub/sauna were great. Allow travel time if coming from the West - 12 miles or so east of downtown G'Burg.

We stayed here on a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and we didnt have to leave because there was so much to do at this resort. My children had so much fun they are already planning our next visit. The room was very clean and super nice. The view from the balcony was absolutly gorgeous. Best views in Gatlinburg!!!

I took the advice of another reviewer and went and found the place during the daylight hours. That was key! I can't imagine trying to wind my way up that steep narrow road at night having never traveled it before. If you can get there before dark it will really help you. It's not a hotel. My husband and I were so thrilled with our stay here. We came at the perfect time of the year (no crowds) and perfect temperatures. We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath condo and had all of the amenities that we needed. This property has the most beautiful view of the mountains and of a golf course. Very fair price for the room, I definitely recommend booking […] from this website, if you book directly with the property you may pay more. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The property is close enough to main street Gatlinburg (15 minutes) but far enough to be away from the busyiness of it all. Complimentary in-room interness access is very nice. I have stayed at DMR many times and have never been disappointed. They advertise that they have the best view in the Smokies and they truly do. We spend the days hiking, shopping, and rafting, then spend the nights in the hot tub & pools. It is a little ways outside of Gatlinburg but totally worth the extra miles. The area was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. It's a great place to get away to for some quiet time. It is also a good place to take the entire family to.

This place got great reviews and was rated #2 place to stay in Gatlinburg but we were very dissappointed. The ceiling had water spots and some places where starting to droop. Doors were broken/off their tracks. No cable in the bedroom. Very hard matress and didn't get much sleep. It is also a drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "clean and cozy"
The property is old but extremely well maitained. I was impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of our condo. Beautiful location although the drive up the hill to the resort is a bit steep and night time drive could be hazardous.Coveniently located to downtown and over all good value for the money. Would recommend to everyone.

I went for a get away just be myself. Felt safe, had a cozy fire. I don't golf but it looked as if they had a couple of courses.

These were nice little condos for the money. The view is really pretty up there but just know that to get there the road is really steep and curvy so make sure you go in daylight hours. Also its a bit aways from the gatlinburg but that was part of what I enjoyed about it.
